The asshole Luxus driver probably ran a red light while giving the finger to the traffic cam and somebody clipped her rearend causing the car to swerve into the white-house gate. The guard, seeing that she was just an asshole Lexus driver, took the opportunity to just shoot her.
I think he did the right thing too.

A woman was driving stupidly, as woman do. A bunch of armed thugs dressed in SWAT outfits decided she got too close to whatever building they were guarding, and pretended in their minds that here is actually a terror threat in America. So the miltarized police thugs playing army lit her up, and those were all the shots fired. The car coasted into piece of cement barrier due to the fact the driver was killed.
