Obama To Explain His "Negotiating" Tactics - Live Webcast
Given the statements this morning it is clear that President Obama is unwilling to negotiate on his unwillingness to negotiate. It would seem that he would do well to listen to the immortal words of Mike Tyson, "everyone has a plan, until they get punched in the face," and we suspect the market is about to deliver that upper cut... which in reflection is exactly what the President called for last week - though as we noted earlier - the polls are mixed as to who is to blame.

To come out every day with a speech is to provide network radio programs with Obama sound bites every half hour, day after day, and that includes Fox News which never misses a chance to use an Obama criticism of the Republicans.
In spite of the fact that Obama has not said anything different for days, his talk provides consistent headlines as “news.” It almost doesn’t matter what events take place today and tonight, the local papers tomorrow morning will have a headline with what Obama said today. And, in the meantime, the networks repeat portions of his rap as “headlines” over and over and over like updates on the weather; the only difference is the weather changes but Obama doesn’t.
And the news media doesn’t. Never mind that the Republicans are getting calls eight to one in support of their stand and polls are showing Republicans need to hold the line on the issue for which the House Republicans won their majority in 2010.
