Dear Bill,

The rest of the world couldnt give a shit. American paper = flow down the fricken toilet.

Now, if on the other side of the trade anyone investing in toilet paper that actually has a quantifiable benefit in polishing the arsehole could in my humble opinion be considered a genius.
