China's Official Press Agency Calls For New Reserve Currency, And New World Order

Tyler Durden's picture

We assume it is a coincidence that on the day in which we demonstrate China's relentless appetite for gold, driven by what we and many others believe is the country's desire to have a call option on a gold-backed reserve currency when the time comes, just posted in China's official press agency, Xinhua, is an op-ed by writer Liu Chang in which he decries the "US fiscal failure which warrants a de-Americanized world" and flatly states that the world should consider a new reserve currency "that is to be created to replace the dominant U.S. dollar, so that the international community could permanently stay away from the spillover of the intensifying domestic political turmoil in the United States."

Of course, if China were serious, and if the world were to voluntarily engage in such a (r)evolutionary reserve currency transition, then all Magic Money Tree theories that the only thing better than near infinite debt is beyond infinite debt, would promptly be relegated to the historic dust heap of idiotic theories where they belong.

Some of China's (which as a reminder is the single largest offshore holder of US Treasury paper, and the second largest of all only second naturally to the Federal Reserve whose $85 billion in monthly monetizing "flow" is what is keeping rates from exploding higher) thoughts as captured in the Xinhua Op-ed:

  • Reform of the world’s financial system should include the introduction of a new internatonal reserve currency to replace the U.S. dollar
  • The international community could thus permanently stay away from the spillover of intensifying domestic political turmoil in the U.S.
  • Fiscal impasse in the U.S. is a good time for “befuddled world” to start considering building a “de-Americanized world
  • Impasse has left many nations’ dollar assets in jeopardy and the international community agonized
  • Other cornerstones should be laid to underpin a de-Americanized world, including respect for sovereignty, recognizing authority of UN in handling global hotspot issues and giving developing and emerging market economies more say in major international financial institutions
  • Purpose of such changes is not to “completely toss the United States aside,” rather to encourage Washington to play a much more constructive role in addressing global affairs

Of course, if and when the day comes that the USD is no longer the reserve currency, kiss America's superpower, or any power, status, which is now based purely on the USD's reserve currency status, and the ability to fund half the US budget deficit with debt promptly monetized by the Fed, goodbye.

Finally, as a reminder...

From Xinhua:

U.S. fiscal failure warrants a de-Americanized world

As U.S. politicians of both political parties are still shuffling back and forth between the White House and the Capitol Hill without striking a viable deal to bring normality to the body politic they brag about, it is perhaps a good time for the befuddled world to start considering building a de-Americanized world.

Emerging from the bloodshed of the Second World War as the world's most powerful nation, the United States has since then been trying to build a global empire by imposing a postwar world order, fueling recovery in Europe, and encouraging regime-change in nations that it deems hardly Washington-friendly.

With its seemingly unrivaled economic and military might, the United States has declared that it has vital national interests to protect in nearly every corner of the globe, and been habituated to meddling in the business of other countries and regions far away from its shores.

Meanwhile, the U.S. government has gone to all lengths to appear before the world as the one that claims the moral high ground, yet covertly doing things that are as audacious as torturing prisoners of war, slaying civilians in drone attacks, and spying on world leaders.

Under what is known as the Pax-Americana, we fail to see a world where the United States is helping to defuse violence and conflicts, reduce poor and displaced population, and bring about real, lasting peace.

Moreover, instead of honoring its duties as a responsible leading power, a self-serving Washington has abused its superpower status and introduced even more chaos into the world by shifting financial risks overseas, instigating regional tensions amid territorial disputes, and fighting unwarranted wars under the cover of outright lies.

As a result, the world is still crawling its way out of an economic disaster thanks to the voracious Wall Street elites, while bombings and killings have become virtually daily routines in Iraq years after Washington claimed it has liberated its people from tyrannical rule.

Most recently, the cyclical stagnation in Washington for a viable bipartisan solution over a federal budget and an approval for raising debt ceiling has again left many nations' tremendous dollar assets in jeopardy and the international community highly agonized.

Such alarming days when the destinies of others are in the hands of a hypocritical nation have to be terminated, and a new world order should be put in place, according to which all nations, big or small, poor or rich, can have their key interests respected and protected on an equal footing.

To that end, several corner stones should be laid to underpin a de-Americanized world.

For starters, all nations need to hew to the basic principles of the international law, including respect for sovereignty, and keeping hands off domestic affairs of others.

Furthermore, the authority of the United Nations in handling global hotspot issues has to be recognized. That means no one has the right to wage any form of military action against others without a UN mandate.

Apart from that, the world's financial system also has to embrace some substantial reforms.

The developing and emerging market economies need to have more say in major international financial institutions including the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, so that they could better reflect the transformations of the global economic and political landscape.

What may also be included as a key part of an effective reform is the introduction of a new international reserve currency that is to be created to replace the dominant U.S. dollar, so that the international community could permanently stay away from the spillover of the intensifying domestic political turmoil in the United States.

Of course, the purpose of promoting these changes is not to completely toss the United States aside, which is also impossible. Rather, it is to encourage Washington to play a much more constructive role in addressing global affairs.

And among all options, it is suggested that the beltway politicians first begin with ending the pernicious impasse.

Rhino horn is so valuable in China, thieves have begun to hit zoological museums in the Western countries for lack of live rhinos to kill. They have even hacked away at exhibits where it was clearly posted that the rhino horn on display was fake.

All of which begs the question:  Why not just sell fake rhino horn to these fools?  Like, ground up chicken bones or something?  What, do they sell rhino test kits in China so you can tell if you have the real McCoy?  I mean, it's not like there'd be any difference - it's all placebo effect anyway. Besides, everything else in China is fake, so why not rhino horn?

The Chinese are dumb as shit.  TPTB gave them the manufacturing trade to head of WW3, which was inevitable as the commie dumb asses couldn't feed their population.  Now their system is enslaved to the whims of the American and European consumer.  The US would recover from a dollar crisis a hell of a lot faster than China would.  The suddenly unemployed middle class along with the peasants and the smart (as in self preservation) oligarchs would over throw the politburo in record time.  The resulting "democratic" China would likely take years to stabilize.  Meanwhile the US would reopen old factories and the slave wage McDonalds workers would switch from burgers to iPads.

It’s called surrender to your enemy; not to China, but to the international bankers and the new world order.

The value of the dollar is ticking away at $85 billion a month in excessive QE and more, and in all probability will end in the biggest financial crisis America has ever known.

Ultimately, it will bring about the end of the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.

Should that happen, America’s national monetary system will collapse, as well as Americans’ high standard of living. Poof!

A government that borrows and spends $435.8 million per hour with 46 cents of every one of those dollars borrowed, no longer can afford the interest on its loans, let alone Obamacare which is predicted by the CBO to cost the American people $2.6 trillion in its first 10 years.

Since August of 2007, the Fed has manipulated interest rates down from 5.25% to a zone between zero and 0.25%. Should interest rates now rise just to a mere 4%, by some estimates, government would have to spend $34.3 trillion “simply to repay what we owe right now.”

The dollar’s status as “the world’s reserve currency” has allowed the U.S. as the only debtor in the world to pay off its debts by simply printing the money to literally consume free much of the foreign imports of the rest of the world.

Should the U.S. dollar lose its reserve status, as it is now doing, it's current game over.

Billionaire Sam Zell tells for whom the bell tolls: "My single biggest financial concern is the loss of the dollar as the reserve currency. I can't imagine anything more disastrous to our country. I'm hoping against hope that ain't gonna happen, but you're already seeing things in the markets that are suggesting that confidence in the dollar is waning. I think you could see a 25% reduction in the standard of living in this country if the U.S. dollar was no longer the world's reserve currency. That's how valuable it is."

JR i always enjoy your insights,  i'm wondering if you might elucidate on this notion...possibly GS, JPM & the NWO have already hedged accordingly, and are shorting gold to ensure china can use it to back the new reserve currency?  possibly the NWO, JPM, GS have already set up storage in china or HK to hold their holdings and transfers?  it strikes me that it matters very little TTPTB  if the reserve currency is american or chinese.  while it matters to america, if the NWO is as devious and self serving as it appears really it must protect its interests and preserve its dominance.  it's probable this happened when the pound lost to the USD.

You make an excellent point, emersonreturn, and, yes, I have thought along similar lines. Obviously, GS, JPM & the NWO value a hedge affiliated with China because they have been moving technology and various vehicles of ownership to China for almost three decades. And in my view, it is not only possible that they are buying and storing gold in order to hedge against the collapse of the dollar and/or the revolt against paper money, but it is likely.  As bankers who understand the eventual worthlessness of paper money, they would be the first to seek a counter balance power center (wherever that might be) if a world currency comes into play and collapses.

It’s a huge danger for the peoples of the world to have the bankers as the owners of the largest percentage of the gold in that, as you indicate, today’s tyrants intend to be tomorrow’s tyrants. But here’s one factor in our favor: civilization and its demands for opportunity and humanity for all, coupled with the progress made in literacy and today’s educational opportunities and technology, could trump whoever holds the fiat money and whoever attempts to use the gold for their tyranny.

The monarchies of Europe found that it took more than arms and gold to keep the people from pressing for reform.

In the meantime, as the dollar is no longer a safe store of value, I personally believe gold is a good option in these times of great uncertainty.

As an aside, in 1970 it was new-world-order advocate, Henry Kissinger, who sat down with Chairman Mao to discuss opening up China back when America was at the peak of her power, the international bankers then proceeded to export America's manufacturing base and capital to China.

In 2011 as the Communist Party of China celebrated its 90th anniversary, Kissinger was back in Beijing passing the baton of global leadership on to his hosts. Opening a conference of China's most important think tank on globalization, Kissinger compared China today to the U.S. in 1947…

Nathan Gardels of the L.A. Times, referring to Kissinger as "the great statesman," wrote: “Kissinger told his hosts that while this transition from one system to another will likely take another 30 years, China's role will only grow because it is obliged by its own self-interest to shape the global system that has shifted away from its ‘North Atlantic pole’ toward China and the emerging economies."

Now, I read comments above this China thing will "destroy" the dollar and equities tank. Is this demonstation of paradoxal causation effect or because the whole system falls (that one last grain of sand on the pile)?

Sun, 10/13/2013 - 16:53 | 4050925 JR

I say the effect is linear not cyclical, that when Paul Warburg created the Federal Reserve in 1913, he set the U.S.A. upon a monetary train headed straight for the wall, for total collapse – for the inevitable financial "cosmictrainwreck." And here we are.

When investors can no longer trust a rapidly devaluating currency, the entire financial system breaks down: price signals break down, exchange of labor and capital breaks down, trust in savings with negative returns breaks down, capital investment breaks down…

As demand decreases for the devaluing dollar, causing it to diminish and/or lose status as the world’s currency, a run on the currency looms that would cause mortgage rates to soar triggering the prices of houses to plummet and stocks to implode - some say as much as 40% if the dollar should devalue radically.  The market got a taste of this in 2011.

Wikipedia: "The August 2011 stock markets fall was the sharp drop in stock prices in August 2011 in stock exchanges across the United States, Middle East, Europe and Asia. This was due to fears of contagion of the European sovereign debt crisis to Spain and Italy, as well as concerns over France's current AAA rating,[1] concerns over the slow economic growth of the United States and its credit rating being downgraded. Severe volatility of stock market indexes continued for the rest of the year. ... Gold increased in value up to US$1750."

"If the currency collapses, everything else goes with it...  stocks, bonds, commodities, derivatives and other investments are all priced in a nation's currency. If you destroy the currency, you destroy all markets and the nation." – James Rickards, Currency Wars

Very Euro-centric chart. I'm pretty sure the Chinese, Indians, Japanese and other organised countries were not using Portugese, Spanish, Dutch and French currencies as a "reserve" currency as they went about their economic affairs.

In fact the whole notion of a "reserve" currency was only meaningful once the major economic countries departed from a strict gold standard while relying on the USD to maintain value.

So according to Xinhua, "spying on world leaders" is a big No No.  Something the virtuous Chinese government would never do, despite the fact that throughout history countries have tried to spy on the leaders of other countries.

When they are repressive states, they also spy on their own people -- like China, the Soviet Union, East Germany, and now the US.  For anyone committed to liberty, that is the big No No, not spying on other governments.

Sounds like China wants a shortcut to greatness. Ordinarily, a reserve currency emerges naturally as people trade with it first, then save in it, and then base the whole system on it. The natural process can take decades or centuries. China appears to want a shortcut. I don't think it will work.

What would dethrone the dollar though, is Iran's deployment of nuclear weapons. The dollar's convertibility into oil is maintained by brute force and the threat thereof. If there was a nuclear armed regional deterrent, one that had the credibility that comes from a demonstrated willingness to use nuclear weapons, the USA would no longer be able to maintain the Petrodollar Regime.

"A reserve currency emerges naturally as people trade with it first, then save in it, and then base the whole system on it." That much is true, but the end can be fairly quick either through conflict or through the economy. I was impressed how effectively, and for the first time, Russia with China in the background stopped a potential confict in Syria. It looks like we have entered the transition and if that's the case, it won't be decades before it is over.

That can be done rather easily sans an Iranian A-bomb. Russia can field tac-nuke forces in Iran just like they did in Cuba and Ukraine, and many other Soviet era satellite states.

The US did it openly for decades in Turkey, West Germany and South Korea, and still does, so there's nothing at all to stop Russia using that precedent and the fact that we know the US still has even strategic-yield nukes within Western Europe, right now.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-22840880

http://rbth.ru/news/2013/08/14/us_tactical_nuclear_weapons_must_be_withd...

So there's more than enough precedent available to provide the Iranians a 'nuclear umbrella' to ensure the US and Israel will not attack, nor have the US prance about the gulf area with their navy and drones to intimidate and antagonize Iran.

This I think is the surest way to bring Washington's belligerence and petro-dollar trade unstuck within the region.

And I do specifically remember listening to Vlad many years back saying with regard to Bush's missile defense deployment in Alaska, that countries will do what they must do to respond to this, and the US may not like what they do, but they will have to accept it and get over it (words to that effect).

So I would not presume he won't do what he feels he needs to, if he feels he needs to do it, and that he will take major strategic moves, if he feels the overall circumstance and trend warrants it.

And we do know what he really thinks of the US financial global parasitism, and of the future role of gold. China is largely just repeating what Vlad said in 2010.

If Washington has any brains it will snap out of it and tell netanyahooey to shut the hell up, and stay that way.

Because the Iranians would be well within their rights to invite Vlad to do so, if they felt this was needed, or the best strategy.

"... and fighting unwarranted wars under the cover of outright lies. ..."

It's not just the US, it really is the entire Western sphere of influence, and it goes back a very long time, even before WWII. The US is just the most powerful country in that sphere of global control. The rot is very deep and very ingrained, if not deeply inculturated.

Let me illustrate the degree of prevailing murderous Western lying and civilian murdering during WWII, and then go forward from there, as we don't even have to focus on the USA, per-sec, as this really is a westernized mentality, and cultural-elite practices, of massive hypocrisy and outright lies, designed to deceive the entire world.

Including, and especially, to deceive our very own civil generations ever since with the nonsense of the moralistic western 'good-guy' -- this is what we really are, and have been.

--

There were dozens of deliberate massed bomber attacks on German civilians and cities, by the RAF, during WWII. These were not accidents, they were premeditated mass-murders of hundreds of thousands of civilian people and their homes.

"... Three years later, on April 30, 1963 my book The Destruction of Dresden was published around the world. A year after that, I was given a tour of the underground Cabinet War Rooms from where, on occasion, Mr Winston Churchill had directed the war—his ‘bunker.’ In those days it took a minister’s approval to see the rooms, still intact as on the day Churchill left office in July 1945; Duncan Sandys arranged it for me. I was deeply impressed.

Then I noticed a stereoscopic picture viewer set up in one corner for wartime VIP visitors; I switched it on—and found that the stereo pictures that the prime minister had left on display were an aerial view of Dresden after the February 1945 air raids: row upon row, street upon street, acre upon acre of gutted, lifeless buildings. He was not ashamed of it; indeed, he had boasted of his achievement. ..."

"... While Professors Blackett and Zuckerman had decisively dismissed the possibility of inflicting serious damage on the German populace, Mr Churchill had consulted a different oracle: he had asked Professor Lindemann, who had had the persistent failure of R.A.F. Bomber Command before him since his secretary’s melancholy discovery of Christmas 1940, to propound a bombing policy by which Britain could effectively assist her new ally in the East.

Lindemann’s final report, dated March 30, 1942, suggested that there was little doubt that an area bombing offensive could break the spirit of the enemy provided that it was aimed at the working-class areas of the fifty-eight German towns with a population of more than one hundred thousand inhabitants. ‘Each bomber will in its lifetime drop about forty tons of bombs,’ reasoned Lindemann. ‘If these are dropped on built-up areas, they will make about 4,000 to 8,000 people homeless.’ Between March 1942 and the middle of 1943 it should be possible to make about one-third of the whole German population homeless, provided that industrial resources were concentrated on this campaign.

The Lindemann minute was passed to Professor Blackett and another eminent scientist, Professor Henry Tizard, for comment; both of them were former naval officers, and both dismissed the calculations as being seriously in error. They suggested that Lindemann was overestimating the success of an area bombing offensive by six and five times respectively. Both were overruled.

The bombing policy which Lindemann advocated did not require many changes in Bomber Command’s tactics. As recently as February 14, 1942 Bomber Command had been reminded in the most unmistakable language that its primary purpose was to attack Germany’s residential areas. ‘Ref the new bombing directive,’ Sir Charles Portal had scribbled in pencil to his deputy the following day, ‘I suppose it is quite clear that the aiming-points are to be the built-up areas, not, for instance, the dockyards or aircraft factories where these are mentioned?’ This was to be made quite clear. Portal emphasised, if it was not already understood. This, then, was the policy of destroying residential areas which awaited Sir Arthur Harris when he arrived at Bomber Command’s underground headquarters at High Wycombe to take up his new appointment as commander-in-chief on February 22, 1942. The Casablanca Directive of a year later merely reiterated the area bombing policy in bolder and more concrete terms. There can be no more eloquent proof of Harris’ innocence of having personally initiated the policy of the area bombing of civilian residential areas.

As Elizabeth Corwin pointed out in an elegant little study for the University of California in Los Angeles in 1987, this policy was effectively concealed from the public by the British government until March 1961 when it was exposed by C P Snow in a slim volume entitled Science and Government. It was then admitted the following September in the Official History of the Strategic Air Offensive against Germany. ..."

"... Even when the Church, in the person of Dr Bell, Bishop of Chichester, did in early February 1944 protest vigorously about the air offensive—he had learned of the horrors of Hamburg and the other great cities from neutral sources while in Sweden—the national newspapers were enjoined to deride and ridicule this lonely voice. This contemptuous deception of the elected representatives of the people, this deliberate blinding of the eyes of the Church, these strictures on the voice of the national press—these were all the ugly manifestations of the total power necessitated by total war. ..."

"... More important perhaps than these mechanical innovations was the favourable climate of public opinion towards the bombing offensive which now existed in England. In all of his public pronouncements the Secretary of State for Air, Sir Archibald Sinclair, had been careful to stress that Bomber Command was bombing only military objectives; he and other politicians had decried as absurd any suggestion that their heroic bomber crews were executing deliberate attacks on residential or working-class housing areas.

This deliberate deception was perhaps the most egregious fraud perpetrated on the British public throughout the war; a hundred thousand airmen knew and recognised that their aircraft were being dispatched night after night with the deliberate intention of setting fire to Germany’s cities, knew that since December 16, 1940 the aiming points had invariably been in the heart of the civilian housing areas.

Inevitably, rumours of the truth did leak out. Early in 1943 a Bombing Restriction Committee made its appearance in London with an address in Parliament Hill, but attempts by Labour Members of Parliament to have its leaflets banned and its members interned came to nothing. The real attack on bombing policy, from the highest governmental and religious quarters in the United Kingdom, was to be delayed until the late autumn of 1943; by that time three of the most devastating and bloody air raids on Germany had already been executed.

The first target which was to experience the full force of Bomber Command, its aircrews fresh and the bomb-aimers undeterred by ground defences, was the twin city of Wuppertal, at the eastern end of the Ruhr, on which disaster fell on the night of May, 29-30, 1943. It was the first time that one air raid had killed several thousand people—burning most of them alive. ..."

"... ‘When we came to the target area at the end of the attack it was obvious that the city was doomed,’ remembers the pilot of a No 3 Group Lancaster which had been hit and delayed by flak over Chemnitz. Originally briefed to arrive at Dresden five minutes before the end of the attack, their Lancaster was now over ten minutes late. Probably theirs was the last aircraft over the target. ‘There was a sea of fire covering in my estimation some forty square miles. The heat striking up from the furnace below could be felt in my cockpit. The sky was vivid in hues of scarlet and white, and the light inside the aircraft was that of an eerie autumn sunset. We were so aghast at the awesome blaze that although alone over the city we flew around in a stand-off position for many minutes before turning for home, quite subdued by our imagination of the horror that must be below. We could still see the glare of the holocaust thirty minutes after leaving.’

Another No 3 Group pilot on the way home was so impressed by the persistent red glow in the sky behind that he verified the aircraft’s position with the navigator: they were over 150 miles from Dresden. Instead of growing dimmer, the fires beyond the horizon seemed to be getting brighter. In his diary afterwards this pilot noted, ‘It was the first time the R.A.F. had bombed the city. I don’t think it will have to be done again.’

‘The second force reported that their marking and bombing too were concentrated,’ summarised Bomber Command analysts afterwards, ‘and that the resultant fires were visible for 150—200 miles.

Between them the two forces had dropped 1,477.7 tons of high explosive on Dresden, including 529 four-thousand pounders and one eight-thousand pounder, and 1,181.6 tons of fire bombs. In the diversionary raids, 109 Mosquitoes had attacked Magdeburg, Bonn, Dortmund, Misburg, and Nuremberg without loss. ..."

"... A third of the incendiaries had small explosive charges added to deter fire fighters. A large number of long-delay time-bombs had been dropped. By mid March the German authorities had located 331 unexploded bombs. To add to the long-term dislocation, the bombers had also dropped bundles of psychological-warfare leaflets and millions of fake ration cards. ..."

"... As  the swathe of smoke drifted down the River Elbe toward Czechoslovakia, the people in the towns and cities over which it passed must have guessed that here were the results of no ordinary raid, that these were in fact the last mortal remains of a city which twelve hours earlier had sheltered a million people and their property.

As the smoke pall was driven ever further from the burning city, the air cooled; as the air cooled, the damp clouds, heavy with dust and smoke, broke. The rains fell along the length of the Elbe valley.

Not only rain descended from the sky: the countryside to the leeward of Dresden was drenched with a steady shower of wet and sooty ash. British prisoners of war working in the large parcels sorting dump at Stalag IVB over twenty-five miles south-east of Dresden noticed that the smoke pall lasted three days and that particles of smouldering clothing and charred paper were still floating down over the camp for many days after that.

The owner of a house in Mockethal, some fifteen miles from Dresden, found his garden littered with prescriptions and pill-boxes from a chemist’s shop; the labels showed them to have come from the heart of the Dresden inner city.

Papers and documents from the gutted Land Registry in the inner city likewise showered down in the village of Lohmen, near Pirna, some eighteen miles away; schoolchildren had to spend several days scouring the fields for them.

These were the manifestations of the most terrible fire-storm in the history of the R.A.F.’s area offensive against German cities. According to the police report the fire-storm appears to have erupted between half an hour and forty-five minutes after the first attack began, and to have subsided only gradually until, with the fall of a light rain toward three A.M., it could be said to have worked itself out and lost its fury ..."

"... It would be March 22 [1945] before the R.A.F.’s photographic reconnaissance planes obtained clear photographs of the city. From their study of these, Bomber Command’s operational research section reached some surprising conclusions: the two British raids, they said, had devastated 85% of the fully built up area, ‘Rail facilities and industries suffered immense damage,’ they claimed. ..."

"... The summer of 1944 provided a further exposition of the theory of the area attack, this time by the German air force. In June 1944, the V-weapon offensive against London began. ‘Essentially indiscriminate,’ as Mr Churchill angrily termed the V.1 offensive, it could be compared with the nightly nuisance raids by the Pathfinders’ Light Night Striking Force Mosquitoes on Berlin. The effect of these V-weapons, small though they were, was almost as immediate as it was unscheduled. While on the one hand they produced a grave rift between the western allies—the British prime minister strenuously advocating the use of gas bombs on German targets as a retaliation 1 ..."

{Footnote #1 - "... In Cabinet on Jul 6, 1944. He was inebriated at the time, according to the private diary of Anthony Eden (Univ. of Birmingham, Avon Papers); and see the diary of the Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Sir A B Cunningham (British Museum, Cunningham Papers, Additional MS 52577): ‘Too tired and too much alcohol.’}..."

So Churchill had knowingly and deliberately ordered the mass-murder of ordinary civilians, within all German cities, and Germany's military had the unmitigated temerity to attack London in reply, but with much less effective 'terror' weapons, so Churchill then goes on an alcoholic apoplectic binge and actually argues on the record within the war cabinet, to wipe-out the German population, using massive chemical attacks of lethal gases.

Indeed there's an incredibly rich trail of formal and informal documentation and archival evidence that shows quite unambiguously that Churchill and the Head of Bomber Command had both continuously argued for and emphasized their wish to make repeated massive "thousand-bomber raid" saturation area-bombing attacks against the most highly-populated urban centers in Germany. Their aim was to kill and smash as much of the city's population and buildings as possible, in order to create an overwhelming avalanche of homeless, wounded, starving and dieing German refuges, as possible, under an operational proposal referred to as "THUNDERCLAP". This was a genuine national racial genocide attack operation, that called for the deliberate and concerted use of massive incendiary bomb attacks, against the civilian population centers of Germany.

In the Pacific War the US air force actually used the same "Thunderclap" approach, on Japan, where they typically butchered between 40 to 60% of the populations of most of the cities which they burned to the ground. Frankly, Churchill and the US leadership were no better than Hitler, Stalin, or Tojo. The 'Allied' govts merely won, and had far better propaganda and lie-support apparatus, plus a forgive-all 'democratic' veneer, and their small-c 'christian' hypocritical glosses. Plus the West had a much more conditioned shallow jingoistic war-inclined populations, who did not hesitate to march off to imperial wars, and they not merely refused to seriously challenge the political and media interests, which openly supported racial total-wars and mass-murdering of any non-combatants -- civilian mothers and children -- but were instead keen to murder as many Germans, and Japanese civilians, as they possibly could.

And they were very good at this, and have taken great pride in it ever since.

And when that was all over, the rotten bastards in charge just pretended someone else did it, and the western sheep started mouthing platitudes about "universal human rights", civil-societies, and world-peace, while the victors re-wrote the hystery, and claimed UNreproachable and heroic  'good-guy' status, while they pretended they'd saved the entire world from the scourge of blatant Fascism!

George Orwell should have called his book '1948' (the year that he published it), not '1984', as I'm fairly sure that's why he used that year, within the title, as he'd just witnessed the 'Victors' re-write the lying western hysteries of WWII.

Then came along this naughty David Irving hystorical-revisionist chap, who used the formal documents of the actual events, and blew the lid off the prevailing myths and lie-storms, pervading the entire western 'Allied' world-view since WWII, which our remarkably vicious and obviously genocidal 'good-guy' govts thought they'd swept far enough back under the 20th century carpet, to never emerge again.

The failure to take full note of what our govts really do, and really have done, means we go on believing them, and supporting them, and doing it again, and again. Iraq WMD's, and now Syria's WMDs, and the baseless Hillary-originated Gaddafi genocide-scare in Benghazi, were just the latest contrived excuses for more air attacks on civilian cities, and the destruction of more urban populations, infrastructure and nations, and the elimination of even their daily basic needs.

This isn't even complicated:  Any person, any NGO, any govt, or any military, especially your own, who does that to other human beings for any reason, is a literal enemy of the people and an enemy of peace. People who espouse attacking other countries, their cities and populations, can in no way be considered 'moral' or 'legal', let along to qualify as 'leaders', nor are they worthy of 'support'--material, or otherwise.

There are no actual Western 'Allied' leaders today, there are only puppets, crooks and soft-power fascist usurpers who have expropriated all civil resources, including our own lives, and who are holding us and all that we have, and all that we have built, hostage to their genocidal whim and antagonistic criminal arrogance.

"... In 1950, when Churchill’s memory was fading—though he still had fifteen years to live—Hilary St George Saunders, the official historian of the Royal Air Force, asked him for his recollections of the air raid on Dresden. ‘In February 1945,’ he told the prime minister, ‘there was a bomber attack on Dresden. Not less than 100,000 persons were killed. It was the most serious single blow against Germany by Bomber Command.’ Churchill however professed not to recall anything about it. ‘I thought the Americans did it,’ he told the historian, and he advised: ‘Air Chief Marshal Harris would be the person to contact.’ ..."

"... On February 13, 1946, the former commander-in-chief of R.A.F. Bomber Command sailed from Southampton on the first stage of his journey into voluntary exile. That night, throughout eastern and central Germany, at 10:10 pm the church bells began to peal. For twenty minutes the bells rang out across the territories now occupied by a force as ruthless as any that the bomber offensive had been launched to destroy. It was the first anniversary of the worst single massacre in European history. ..."

Apocalypse - The Destruction of Dresden - David Irving, 1963 (2005 edition)

--

Deliberate air raids on civilian populations were without any question officially sanctioned and profoundly encouraged Allied military doctrine, and premeditated political choice.

And that has basically been the Western Hemisphere's unstated military policy since ~1941.

At no point did the aircrews consider aborting attacks when they personally and directly saw their 'targets' were obviously the whole city's population, of which 135,000 were killed in Dresden alone, not to mention the hundreds of thousands horribly injured, and who did not die, but suffered incomprehensibly during the next ~6 hours, and 10 to 50 years of both physical and mental agony and damage.

Before during and after WWII, the respective militaries, governments and mainstream media 'MSM', of the day, insisted repeatedly that Allied forces only attacked known military targets and never deliberately attacked civilian populations, but instead sought always to minimize civilian deaths and trauma.

Which was and is completely ruthlessly and outrageously false.

The diametric opposite of what they said is what they were actually doing, and are still doing today, and there is abundant evidence, from WWII, to the present-day, that 'Allied' air forces routinely engage in mass-murderer air attack with no regard to the civilian populations - but do have regard for being caught doing it.

It's all been a grand lie, and it was and is still, backed-up by a massive Industrial-Lie-complex, of media propaganda spruikers, who's job it is to deliberately obscure, soft-soap and/or outright deny and hystoric calumny of what the 'Allied' air forces did during WWII -- and since then.

The air force bomber squadrons and their weapons were primarily designed to destroy civilian lives, and our military arsenals still are, if you care to open your eyes, and have an honest look at what they really do, and how and where they are really used.

Yes, those WWII bombers (and also the missiles of today) do attack and defend against each other, as well, but their primary effect, when employed, was intended to smash the economy, industry, workplace, and homes, infrastructures, health, and lives of entire civilian populations--who were the true targets--especially in the major urban sprawls, and the suburban industrial workforce.

This same thing occurs today, and much more of it is planned to come, but we are managed and prepped by a complicit wicked media machine, to pretend this terrible urban and rural destruction that we see, is really just the regrettable sided-effect of terrorist activity and militant resistance to the western attackers, rather than a primary objective of destabilization and aggressive fascist domineering, and its process of urban 'SOFT' MASS-MURDER of the civilian lives of such countries.

They may not line 100,000 people up to a trench and pop them all in the skull over a 48 hour period, but the cumulative effects, overtime, are much the same anyway. It is mass-murder that's taking place, but under a sick and false pretense of 'legitimate' defense, and the provision of the farce of imposed 'security'.

And the very same groups of highly trained Western 'professionals' (from Govts of course), and the same media organization cadres, are again feeding us these same grand lies, and using almost exactly the same lines, and same excuses, as prior attacks. And don't these all sound way too familiar, to anyone who's bothered to listen to the construction and positing of these grand-lies for the past ~70 years?

We have all the evidence from WWII and Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the current attempt to present the "Allied" attack proposition, within the Syria context. We must bomb them to save them, and Al-CIAda is your best friend.

Read this, this is what we really do:

Conflicts of interest in the Syria debate -An analysis of the defense industry ties of experts and think tanks who commented on military intervention - October 11, 2013

The same militarist assholes are at it again prescribing their rank lies of "peace and stability" via bombing, destabilization, bribes and mass-butchery--of us as well. Just look at John McCain's "bomb-bomb-bomb Iran" video and it's plain as day what he's all about, and he is just more open about it. And still the ravening bastard grandstands in public with his 'moralizing' lies, arguing for wars and bombardments, and grand destruction, and the elimination of peace ... in order to 'make' peace ... via war and massive national disorder in regions. The man is barking insane, he was insane in Vietnam, and he's completely insane and homicidal and genocidal right now. A "shelter in place" should be issued whenever he walks by.

McCain and all of this Washington Cohort, of similarly mass-murdering scumbags, simply want to slaughter Syrians, Lebanese, and Iranians. Not even the IRGC, per-sec, no, just Iranians in general. Bombing the IRGC, well, that would be the cherry-on-top, but not the point of the exercise.

Military bombardment of civilian cities is equated with peace within the western mainstream political mindset, and this is a very serious problem for the world. And in the minds of Western militaries, it's clearly far worse again -- we have the videos and the testimony of survivors, so this can not be denied.

And we know for sure that the US air force deliberately encourages messianic hardline christian fundamentalist teachings within its pilot recruits. It's really not optional, it's been a systemic prerequisite for years, to bomb the baddies for the Lord.

Under no circumstances can we or should we trust any western Government, especially our own, nor believe, or allow the murdering rat-bastards like McCain, Cheney, Kerry and Obama to start more wars in our names, with our money, with our involuntary 'approval' or acquiescence, making massed attacks not even to defend our own land or people. These are completely indefensible acts of aggression pretending to be acts of mere intervention, for high-brow and lofty purposes.

Bombing a city is not an innocent act, nor a high-minded purpose, it's an act of unforgivable barbarous mass-murdering evil bastardry.

The thing these psychos detest more than being challenged with their rank warmongering is their keen malevolence toward anyone who dares to tell the truth about the actual history or their grand-lie themes, of making 'peace' and moral goodness via endless butchery of ordinary civilians, under the disguise of a wars against some dastardly military villain, or against some "non-state actor" ... blah-blah-blah.

Not one of those mass-murdering bastards is worth their weight in dried dog turd.

--

Finally, I encourage you to watch all of this video, as it's a staggering portrait of pure evil at large, conducted in our names, and without us even knowing about it. It's only come to light during the last several years:

The Most Secret Place On Earth: The massive US covert air campaign against the civilian populace of Laos

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i8cIki7awN8

The setup of the attack actually started prior to the US-Vietnam war, and ended after the Vietnam war, and was much bigger than the air attacks on north Vietnam! ... and you didn't even know it was happening. And the attack pilots and their ground crews didn't ever tell anyone that they'd done it. Indeed, even in the fictional movie 'Apocalypse Now', portrayed going up-river into Laos as a no-go zone, a neutral territory, a line on a map you must not cross. But the truth was that the US was crossing that line incessantly and bombing the shit out of Laos from the very beginning! Even before they then did the same thing to Cambodia. And not one US General or Politician has ever swung on the end of a rope for it.

Fascism by stealth is what we do, and have been doing for many, many decades.

We haven't been 'protecting' or 'securing' a damn thing, except the worst crooks, deceivers, torturers and murderers of this world.

...including respect for sovereignty, recognizing authority of UN in handling global hotspot issues...

Gee, usually people who advocate directly contradictory ideas put a few sentences, or at least a few phrases, between their blatant contradictions!

Not here.  Here "country sovereignty" is defined as "if five large bully-nations want to trash any other country... then that is an instance of "respecting sovereignty".

Right.  Sigh.

No question the USSA should be kept out of other peoples' business, but it would be nice if advocacy of such doesn't include similarly barbaric proposals.

I just heard a senior writer for WSJ refer to the U.S dollar as the gold standard for the rest of the world. Isn't that to be easily trumped by any country that tells the IMF 'fuck you' and institutes an actual gold standard? George carlin said in 99 "stick around, china's gonna win it all" and by god he's right. They've a populace that would dare not revolt. You think America is authoritarian they have a stranglehold on their people. Hey you, go weld girders for 16 hours for 30 cents an hour. So maybe someday you can buy a car when you retire someday around the age of 80.

We're fucked all over.

Elaine Colville, another World Bank whistleblower and I published a third statement on UK Parliament's website (see http://www.parliament.uk/documents/commons-committees/public-administration/Complaints%20Consolidated%2024%20July.pdf  UK Parliament House of Commons Public Administration Select Committee on page 186 of the report on Complaints: Do They Make a Difference? A geographer informed me, "The materials I have seen recovered over the past 7 yrs is beyond most anyones imagination. After seeing so many very large for lack of better word "treasures" unearthed and knowing their values and where they end up is incomparable to the average person. They think Im losing my sanity, but they will listen to you. You must know that the satellite technologies we use have exposed locations around the world that hold the truth of humanity and the keys to the future and of course the powers that be are for lack of a better word pillaging these sites and destroying the truths. All this aside from the absolute wealth of in riches, that fuel the sub-quasi government agenda.
There are locations in the world with enough wealth to pull all of america from the deficit and then some.  Most of the people in our country are walking around with blinders on, absorbing stupidity from the media and Tv. My take on it is Americans are too busy trying to maintain a life style and are taking care of their own, No one will come together until everything they have worked for has been taken away, slowly our constitutional rights are taken one at a time until they are all gone, only then when americans are on the balls of their ass will they wake up and by then it is too late.  I have been privy to very sensitive locations around the world.
