Blast From The Past: Harry Reid Claimed Income Taxes Are "Voluntary"

With Harry Reid in deep negotiations with crony Republican fraud Mitch McConnell, the American public is surely in the process of getting royally screwed once again. Thus, it seems like an appropriate time to revisit an interview in which Mr. Reid claimed on camera that income taxes are “voluntary.” He must have accidentally described the way members of Congress view taxes, you know kind of like how they view insider trading.
As you watch, try not to get too distracted by Jan Helfeld’s tie. Where can you even buy something like that?!

And they won't come with a piece of paper signed by some black-robed pussy saying they can throw my family out in the street and seize & sell my house to get the FeRNs they say are theirs? Income tax, like paper money, is NOT a traditional American thing. It's an import. A European import.
This is the shocking, awful truth: inflation and income tax are unlawful under the constitution. And yet here we are living with this, because no one has the courage to stand up and claim the freedom that is ours under the law.
Where are the heroes? Where are America's "brave men in uniform?" Oh, that's right, they are guarding poppy fields in Afghanistan.
'American' indo europeans residing in the US are also an import.

Oh, one of my all time favorite videos! Harry ain't lying either. The IRC is not positive law. Read the statutes that they are based on, and you will see. You have been a willing sucker all your life. The ONLY income tax liability the statute places is upon your employer, and only because you directed him with a W-4 to withhold it. The individual the IRC refers to is only those people that obtain about 80% of their income from POSSESSIONS of the United States. Look up Statutes at Large Vol 38 page 170, and the first two pages of the Revenue Act of 1936 (in the statutes at large). We has been lied to!
As usual, with 'americans', stating the most obvious causes the rejection of it.
That 'american', Reid, was on point when declaring that in the 'american' form of government, taxation is voluntary.
That is the purpose of the 'american' government: governing through the consent of the governed.
Taxation is voluntary as anytime 'americans' could opt out of the system.
They simply choose not to. And then, their duplicitous nature kicks in. They want to be on the right side of 'americanism' but they do not want to pay the fees to be part of the club.
The 'american' way.

Not easy to "opt out" of the system. As for so called income taxes for those within the Social Security "system, these are merely excise or privilege taxes connected to the statutory right of extra ordinary protections paid for with money from the public treasury.
Few if any understand the coersive nature of a supposed voluntary system for which there exist no stautory outlet. Our children, with the written consent of the parents are being enumerated at birth for the purpose of being able to claim them as dependents on the 1040. Once in the system, it is presumed that they understood the nature of the waivers signed. The waiver being the inability to reach constitutional/judicial protections of contract and property as those protections have been "voluntarily exchanged" for the privilege.
The entire system is unconstitutional on many levels. The problem is that no one to date has come even remotely close to challenging the mess created by the States. It was the States that handed the feds the power to do what the States themselves were constitutionally prohibited from doing. See Article 1, section 10
Opting out is possible.

Marvelous thing among that specific breed humanity gathered under the label of 'americans': their hubris know no limit.
Most human beings would be humiliated enough when speaking out of the history of the US, with a government that organized the largest land transfer in humanity, thieving from the Indians, to ensure the welfare of some others.
Most human beings would refrain from the chant of taking forcefully from some to ensure the welfare of others.
But not 'americans': 'americans' have that strength in them no lie is big enough not to be told, no fact is fact enough not to be denied.
That 'american' pundit is one 'american' who thought that he deserved every single cent he made, being the productive member of the 'american' society he is.
When life of this 'american' guy is to be sumed as a gigantic drain on the environment.
This 'american' guy not born, the environment would be much less depleted than it is right now.
The legacy of 'americans' to humanity: a depleted environment.
Even if that fact is so obvious, 'americans' do not shy away from picturing themselves as productive people who produce more than they consume.
'Americanism', the best thing to have ever happened to humanity.

One would be mad to think that 'americans' could perceive any light on their hallowed 'americanism' as "something interesting"
'Americans' take any fantasy over a bit of reality on their 'american' system.
That is their nature. And 'americans' are servants to their eternal 'american' nature. They cant bypass it.

With 'americans' claiming that they can overcome the environment and only leaving the path to a depleted environment on a planetary scale, one must be an 'american' to live in the fantasy that all cultures are equal.
Dont forget though to send in the paychecks for the troops.
They deserve. Being the primary enforcers of a extorting the weak, farming the poor scheme as large as 'americans' are running, you cant bypass paying the enforcers. It wont be a sound move to make.
OR, you could a) trying not to be evil and b) not waiting for all the men to leave for a hunt to go kill their women and children.

Voluntold: The exact opposite of volunteering. Used in reference to an unpleasant task to which you have been assigned by your boss or superior.

The income tax IS voluntary. You routinely use the Fed notes, and those notes are bills, and using bills makes you a merchant and the custom and practice of merchants is summary justice and presumption of guilt. The IRS is just making you an offer and by arguing with them you accept the offer. It's twisted, but that's how it's voluntary. And y'all probably think you are US citizens too. The constitution was not created for the purpose of citizenship, you're supposed to be citizens of the sovereign states in which you live. The US was a convenience for the various states, so if you go about claiming you are a US citizen you have no rights. Involuntary servitude is unlawful sure, but you all volunteer into servitude by running around like slaves calling yourselves US citizens.
