Does anyone know what happens to people who somehow get Obamacare, but end up with a high-deductable plan? What I mean is, what if you don't have the money to pay the high-deductable? What happens at the doctor's office if you can't afford the xray (or whatever)?

I think that lots of folks are signing up for plans with high-deductables in order to bring the monthly payment down. A friend of mine can only afford the health insurance if she inputs a low annual income (which varies month to month). She was going to sign up for a high-deductable plan with a low income number, but is afraid what will happen if her income should double (which it can).

What a mess it is for her.
