Perhaps Kathleen Sebelius could enlighten the committee concerning her Executive Branch Public Financial Disclosure Reports. There are a couple of Promissory Notes from Kaw Valley Bank in Topeka which have been getting accrued and rolled over for years. The president of Kaw Valley Bank, Gerald Lauber, is a political crony of Sebelius, whom she named to a Kansas Commission a few years ago, along with Doug Sebelius, a close relative of her husband.
The largest Note ($250,000-$500,000) just received an extension until 2022, when she will be 74 years old. Also, by the looks of the signatures and dates of the chain of reviewers, 2011 and 2010 disclosures were actually reviewed and signed on the same day. Knowing Mrs Sebelius's penchant for obfuscating her public disclosures from her days in Kansas, it is highly probable that there are issues on these federal disclosures as well.

Like I said in 2009, Sebelius is no competition to the business intelligence algorithms used by the insurance companies. They could do things differently in informing consumers on the cancellations, and again it's not a winner at all when the fact that they sold bare bones policies so easier to totally blame government there. They sold those policies...
