What Sells On The Black Market These Days?

Tyler Durden's picture

With the growth of the shadow economy and the surveillance society, it is no surprise that so much is now transacted in the so-called "black-market."

the people that really need the brain transplants are the designers and implementers of obamacare.

seriously, this will be the kiss of death for the economy.  if the republicans weren't so totally tone deaf politically and so controlled by their shrinking base (take a lesson from obama and treat them like shit on your shoe) they would offer some opposition and an alternative down the road.  oh well too bad.  life goes on.

Friend of mine had a 20k hectare game farm seized by Mugabe military back six or seven years ago. Armed men came onto his property and told him he had an hour to take with him what he could carry.  He lost it all.  First thing they did was slaughter 30 plus white rhinos that were on the land for their horns.  The Arabs make daggar handles from them.  What many don't realize here in America is that without the rule of law you don't maintain a standard of living.  No rules, no enforcement, no private property laws enforced you have mayhem.  May take a while to get like Zimbabwe but he lost a huge investment in losing that property.  We are heading there soon.  Be prepared.

Funny, I ended up calling the police today because I saw a 6'0+ black gentleman walking out of my neighbor's long private driveway carrying a bag and what looked like a purse, then walked 2½ houses up and jumped into the passenger side of a waiting car (which I had thought suspicious as I drove home and kept an eye on it).

Turns out it was his gardner (never saw him before though) and his tools/lunchbox.  But my neighbor thanked me, and said that his friend was a fool for parking so far away.  I told him to appologize to his gardner for me, and now both of them probably think I'm racist (which indeed I am, but that's because my state is 29% black, but guess who commits 90-95% of crime?).

Private property is everything, and what good are neighbors if they don't look out for each other and each other's property and land?

Heading there?

Dude we've BEEN there/here for quite some time. The only difference is that the criminals doing the seizing, stealing, and dare I say KILLING have way more on which to prey than silly little game farms. And when they do go slumming and hunt little game they make sure as to keep their targets to those who are either politically/financially helpless (eminent damain see Kelo vs New London) or socially margenalized like the 85 or so men, women, and children BURNED TO DEATH by the BATF/FBI in Waco. Or any number of "drug kingpins" who have had property confiscated in violation of the 4th amendment in Kingpin laws or RICO statute both of which are bullshit.

I truly feel sorry for your friend back in Rhodesia. But the problem is this:

You write "What many don't realize here in America is that without the rule of law you don't maintain a standard of living.  No rules, no enforcement, no private property laws enforced you have mayhem."

That's all well and good but it infers that there is some entity that charged with rules, enfiorcement and the like. I assume you mean the government?

Problem is this government, OUR government does not in way shape or form follow those rules themselves. Indeed on occasion they simply make new "laws" to cover their asses so to speak. Tell me how what happens here is any different than the more straight forward confiscation your friend suffered in RHODESIA.

Fuck their stupid Zimbabwe bullshit.

Remember this: Everything the NAZIS did was "legal". And those are not my words the are MLK's.

I'll give you an up vote though.
