Spot The Striking Similarity

Tyler Durden's picture

Spot the striking similarity.

Below is the US Employment to Population ratio - a nearly perfect, multi-decade low flatline since Lehman...

... And compare it to the NYSE stock index divided by the Fed's balance sheet: a nearly perfect, multi-decade low flatline since Lehman...

Funny how the phrases "improving unemployment" and "record stock market" are so dependent on one's perspective... and the denominator.

In the meantime, here is the propaganda:

But even that pales in comparison to the one real winner from the "New Normal":

SO landlords, electric and water companies and tax collectors are now taking EBT cards?  Those charts dictate that the fed will not taper until the banksters have every last bit of it. Then y ou will see the crash but by then it will no longer matter. As if it does now.

The Fed can see these charts, too.

So, this is being done on purpose to "Kill the Dollar."

Arrest those top two charts!! Clearly the actions of a terrorist!! On the other hand divide anything by the Fed balance sheet including the number of stars in the Milky Way and the chart will go in the crapper.

Govt expenditure should be SUBTRACTED from GDP.  Taking (stealing) the output of production and spending it something that will NEVER produce an output is a drain on the economy.  The biggest lie of mainstream economics right there in your face.

I would say that government malinvestment be subtracted from gdp... or simply the total of all annual federal and state deficits...some government spending produces a real return.

"Broken window"  investments (like destroying the city of Baghdad and then rebuilding it) are the worst of the worst.

I'm not rying to be racial here, but I didn't notice any white kids doing this. Where are the black role models? Just a really sad commentary on our society. There are some white kids that are doing disgusting things as well but I never would have believed anybody could be this desensitized to violence. Even the people being interviewed are just laughing about it like it's no big deal. We are fucked as a nation. Why anybody would want to live in the city is beyond me.

I will show these charts to my friends who will accuse me of being a liberal because they still believe corporations and banks have no culpability and everything in the world is still the fault of one black man. I will then argue with them that it has nothing to do with a president or which ever party you claim servitude to. Tempers will flare. Nothing will come of it.  the end.

Maybe you should incorporate this statistic into your thinking.

SEC prosecutions of Wall Street execs by the Bush administration: 1,200

SEC prosecutions of Wall Street execs by the Obama administration: 1

Maybe there wouldn't be so much corruption on Wall Street if Obama's SEC weren't complicit.

Remember Holder who said, "too big to jail?" But not too big to rob the public blind.

It's called "Piggy"--or Monkey in the Middle. It's the one in the middle who can't get the ball, and the one's in the circle with the ball have their own set of rules to riches, which they would love to tell you the rules, if only you will suck up to their psychopathic ways. It's game on-Baby!
