I have to vist the DC area for family obligations over Thanksgiving weekend. No, America works like this. I bought this gun yesterday and I will ask $600 for this gun. I will modify the trigger assembly so it will be super smooth for you. I know Rugers because I own several of them. They do not make the Ruger Chargers anymore. This one comes with Weaver mounts and a scope. I really do not want to sell it so I am firm on the price and it is a walnut stock, not laminate. These are awesome guns and especially so if I work my magic on their guts.
I think a guy can work with a stock Ruger trigger and save money over putting in a Timney trigger. I have done a Ruger trigger before for a friend on a Ruger 300 WSM. He loves that rifle now but not the price of the ammo. I have done the Timney's as well but that is a huge pain in the ass but they are nice triggers. Who would have thought a ZHer would have known?
