The Hidden Secrets Of Money Part 5: When Money Is Corrupted

Tyler Durden's picture

Having exposed the "biggest scam in history" is Part 4 (following Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3), Mike Maloney's fifth episode serves as an ideal primer for those waking up to the monetary matrix around them, as it clearly shows the history of true money and why it so important to our freedom. The quality of a society is directly proportional to the quality of its money. Debase a currency for long enough, and you end up with dangerous deficits, debt driven disasters, and eventually...delusional dictators. History proves this to be true.

This was great.  But I'm so glad it's different now, now that we have those clever fellows (and ladies) at the FED, working on our behalf to create a durable and sustaining fiat currency.  Imagine, this will be the first time in history that this has worked!  Exciting times....

I'll bet it's.01% of what the banks and global corporations make and spend funding/owning/controlling the MSM that says the opposite.  Whose message is heard by 99% of the population and believed by 90+%?  It's good to be the King.

I don't know why he say's they don't get it at the end. They know exactly what they're doing and that is transferring the wealth of the middle class to the upper classes and the central banks.

It's his way of Rand Pauling the issue. Maloney isn't stupid, he know's they know but he can't present himself as a conspiracy kook.

The bankster families do this to the middle class in the USA, Europe, Russia, Oz, NZ, Canada every 80 years or so.  Loot the middle class and destroy them.  My only hope is Putin may stop the cycle in Russia.

No, it cannot.  You forget the one thing that all the statists and central planners forget, human nature.  None of their models try, much less cannot, account for it.  Neither does your statement that it "can be done."  The best that can be done is to make sure that you and everyone has a fair shake at making out of life what you will with no coersion or theft or other form of harm to others.  If you can you should help your neighbors.  If you do not, that is up to you and you will get out what you put in.

Pure Evil. If any of these guys tell the truth and describe the deliberate nature of this theft mechanism, they will be called "conspiracy theorists" and safely marginalised.

I think it's smarter for Maloney to play dumb this way.

What about postage stamp collections? About 1 percent or less of your investments would introduce some diversification. They also provide some hobby enjoyment and give some history lessons. Any comments?

I don't believe you can make money from Postage Stamp Collections.

Do you enjoy collecting Postage Stamps? Just as long as not banking on a return it is cool.

It is just like collecting US Banknotes, Silver Certificates, Gold Certificates, Red Seals, or anything else. The enjoyment factor is that which counts. I use them as props for educating other people. I am not banking on my Currency Collection any more than I'd bank on Baseball Cards or Hot Wheels..

YOU BUY GOLD FOR INSURANCE. Once you have acquired your Insurance Policy then why not enjoy what time that we have left? It is not going to be too much longer before it all goes to Hell in a handbasket.

BUY GOLD. It is a bargain...at any Spot Price currently advertised...or less...if you can manage to do that.

(I used to write, "Buy Gold. It is a bargain at any price.", but then you get the "Wise" Asshole who wants to sell you Gold for Twice Spot...or some bullshit. Why would anyone buy Gold at Twice Spot when they have many sellers offer them Gold at prices well back of Spot? They think that they are clever as they still value FRNs. It is going to be a very RUDE AWAKENING FOR MOST.)

NOW TO MAKE A POINT..

Have you ever lit a Cigarette with a $100 to make the point that the FRNs have no value? I have. It blows people's minds. They try to take the Currency away and put out the flame. They are so hungry for them damned FRNs. I cannot believe these people.

No. I will not give it to them AND I WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU. If you want some of those then EARN IT. I will TORCH IT before I will give it away, without a trade, to anyone.  Federal Reserve Notes are TOXIC. I have NO FAITH, TRUST, OR CONFIDENCE in them whatsoever.

It is NOT RATIONAL to place Faith, Trust, or Confidence in a Currency, a Promissory Note, produced by a Government which is built upon the foundations of Dishonesty, a complete lack of respect, having no integrity whatsoever, and completely UNTRUSTWORTHY.

It is an act of OUTRIGHT INSANITY to place the aforementioned attributes upon an institution which has proven itself, REPEATEDLY, to be so UNDESERVING.

And people trust the Currency of such a Nation??? That is FUCKING IRRATIONAL. How many times do you need to be lied to before YOU GET IT, that the Currency and the issuing Government lacks any INTEGRITY whatsoever???

And you place your CONFIDENCE IN THAT??? Are you INSANE? That is absolutely IRRATIONAL. Don't you think?

The Currency is GARBAGE...TRASH. It is Toilet Paper. It is TOXIC, it is POISON, it is DEADLY as it corrupts most everything that is SOUND.

Collapse baby collapse.

The quality of a society is directly proportional to the quality of its money

I couldn't put it better myself. So why does Maloney talk baloney about the quantity of money? Quantity has no bearing on value, quality determines value. The assets of the central bank are junk, so is its obligation.

Shellbomb announcement from China about its new policy towards reserves and Yuan appreciation are still making its rounds under the mainstream media radar. Once they sink into the market the inevitable QE Taper will be questioned again, particularly when people will remember that markets can Go Down As Well. No Bears are left in the Equity markets and No Bulls are left in the Gold market - everything is set up for the big surprise as usual. What will trigger that surprise? Maybe the chart below with the NYSE Margin Debt can give us some clues. Please note that Margin Debt Amount normally peaks before the Stock Market. Any move towards Taper will raise Interest Rates and we can have the Top in Margin Debt very soon if not already.

The other parts of the series are undeniably great, but this one was absolutely SUPERIOR - it's frickin' hysterical to watch Mr. Maloney actually LAUGH when pointing out the many flaws of paper fiat currency. The appleal to freedom and sound money is nice, of course, but his levity is simply charming. Thanks, ZH, for continuing to provide us with these very relevant lessons about sound money and proper fiscal discipline. Thank you, Tyler(s)!!!! :-D
