Speaker Boehner Explains The Budget "Deal" - Live Feed

Tyler Durden's picture

A modest cut in the slowdown of the growth of debt in the most indebted nation on earth is being heralded as a 'win' by many (even if the 'market' is entirely ignoring it). We leave it to Speaker Boehner to explain the "compromise" but remind readers that the extension of emergency claims is off the table (for now) and thusly, the unemployment rate is about to drop notably - providing the Fed the cover (along with this fiscal 'tailwind') to spin a tale of taper sooner rather than later.

Why does the drop in employment give the fed cover to taper? There is an assumption there that the fed can wind down QE and the market won't vomit all over it's shoes. I don't get that.

Yeah, let's see them cut unemployment and EBT and SS now that they have sent all our production to China and sold out Main Street to Wall Street.

Go on, taper you assholes, and cut everything - and let's see what happens.

Oh, and make healthcare completely unaffordable, not just mostly.

Go on you gutless toadies!!!

The GOP folds and much higher deficits and debt going forward.

Print like the Weimar Republic.

We all know where this is going.

The GOP under George W. Bush lost me; however, Senator Murray and THE democratic political party, who refuses to accept the mathematical and the actuarial truth that besets this nation, needs to feel the wrath of the people who believe they have some responsibility to provide a better world for the following generations. Can one imagine being in Paul Ryan's shoes negotiating with Senator Patty Murray over spending other people's money?

On the way to financial reset, might as well pile on the debt faster and with more gusto!

A debt of at least $22 trillion within Obama's presidency should be possible now. With the baby boomers now in full retirement mode it will get dicey.

And the best way to repay them for their "hard work" is to remove as much financial activity from your daily life as possible.  Don't spend anything above your needs, no electronics, no new cars, no air travel, or anything else which adds to the eCONomy.  Eventually they'll start getting the message.  Slow any and all tax revenue coming into the government.

Our ONLY power left over government is our wallet.  Vote with your dollars.  Boycott companies who are intentionally handing over your information or cooperating with government.  The sooner people start doing this in mass, the sooner we regain control of our country and the direction it's heading.

Women and children are especially susceptible. True: MOCKINGBIRD learned this by studying the catholic syndicate.

Can't wait till the FED owns 1/2 US debt.

Hell buy it all and write it off dickwads.

Then everything will be rosy and we can start again.

Boner had the opportunity to refuse to FUND Obamacare. He is a LIAR when he said that the Republicrats are against it. His "Red Team" put their Money where their mouth is and that spoke VOLUMES.

I cannot believe the absolute IDIOTS whom believe that the Republicrats represent their VALUES. Well if that is the case then they can go FUCK THEMSELVES as they support Obamacare. Financial Support IS SUPPORT.

Hi. We are criminally violating the constitution of the united States. We feel that it is in our best interest that you think we are concerned about your welfare. We aren't. All we want is to keep this most lucrative theft operation going as long as possible. This requires disarming you and reducing your numbers ASAP. Hurry up and die, voters. Don't forget to vote for us in November!!

PS Pay no attention to the 50 million replacements bankrupting the economy, breeding like rats and waiting to take your place. The military has not just replaced the police.
