America Is Addicted To Porn
With food prices soaring, and alcohol demand on the rise, it seems the American public is turning to the only thing left... porn. Every 30 minutes a porn video is made, 30,000 people are 'consuming' pornography every second, and the industry earns over $13 billion per year which has led to 200,000 Americans described as "porn addicts" - spending 11 hours or more per week online looking at porn... but what are the consequences...

I like viewing the posts here that Tyler puts on to get us to think about a moral or ethical issue. There are so many views on it. It really comes down to what you feel is "right"or "wrong".
You see, I don't think that sex is wrong. However there are a lot of areas of porn that I do not like. I see them as selling to addicts or people who think abnormal is normal. However isn't this the same kind of selling that McDonald's does? Isn't it the same kind of selling that Walmart does. What about Pfizer?
Sure it is. When you harm people by your products I guess it comes down to what you feel is right. All you have to do is justify something in your mind to do it. It could be as simple as "Oh well......if I don't sell it they will simply just get it elsewhere so I might as well".
I can't remember who said it and I don't think it will be important to a lot of people but the saying goes, "when we stop caring about each other we lose as the human race".
I found the only woman on earth who can stand me more than five minutes and thinks a deck of playings cards is 8 inches long. God I love that woman!!!

$13 billion? Who pays for it anymore so much for free on internet now. Is why many porno magazines are going out of business or only online only.

Years ago I had a roomate who fucked himself so silly one night that he fell out of his high bed with a very loud thump. It was an awful sight when I flung open his door to see if he was OK. His eyes were rolled back in his head.
I had thought that the only time he loved himself that way was while listening through the wall as I got it on with my girlfriends. I was so dissappointed to learn that he did not need me for inspiration.
Never, ever watch it at work; one who knows.
I was surprised that only 200,000 are considered addicts, spending 11 hours or more on porn per week. I used to be that way and worse. I confessed my sin, honestly repented and by God's grace haven't done the deed since May 4. The compulsion is scary real, controlling and destroys life. Now I spend my time on ZH and other doomer sites as I watch my savings get flushed. Still, this probably won't lead to a sex crime, VD, and jail time.
I havent had a TV for years but I think I saw something online about a reality TV show about porn stars --- another reason why I don't have TV
42.7% of all Intertube users.
So Basically, EVERY SINGLE DUDE.
Big Surprise there.
I did a search for "porn" and I landed at this damned site!
LOL. Change it from "doom porn" to "xxx pr0n"
I wonder whether porn watchers think that they masturbate to an image. They should research how unglamurous porn start lifes are. Only on camera it is all perfect. And to be honest, porn is BORING. Same old script. Same ending. Same everything. Nothing new to learn or admire. Move on. Just block all porn sites using simple add-ons for your browser if you cannot manage to abstain from it. It's like drugs addiction: it's all going downhill with a terrible spike to the bottom but the you emerge a new person. Kind of like USA economy now: addicted to toilet paper, will crash hard but may emerge healthier and grow from there.
Porn spawned the internut
Let me fix that for you: 83% of women struggle with a shortage of porn.
I hate porn. Ooops...

I wish I could recall the date of the issue in "Lancet" (a Brit journal of medicine) that cites a study recommending that males masturbate at least once a day after age 50. Apparently, frequent ejaculation reduces one's risk of prostate cancer by more than 90%. In that light, porn must be viewed as a prophylactic medical treament, which means that you can get Obamacare to pay for your porn! Now WHAT could be better than that? Oh, hi sweetie...(back soon!)
I seriously doubt the accuracy of this infographic. It states that it's a $13b industry and is greater than the revenues of MSFT, AAPL, etc combined. Not only are AAPL's revenues greater than that, but it's profit is about 4x that. Looks like it was compiled by an 8th grader.
And who's the source? psychology-degree-online.com? What garbage.
Porn: It's the only way out.
How do you spell porn: E S C A P E
The world is reeling, but hey that Tyalor Vixen, she'll set ya straigt.
