The Ukrainian Government Is Now Mass Texting Protestors With Warning Messages
While negotiations are apparently ongoing although Klitschko has vowed "To extend the camp in Kiev until demands are met" and called for a national strike,
- *KLITSCHKO VOWS TO EXPAND KIEV CAMP UNTIL DEMANDS ARE MET
- *KLITSCHKO RENEWS CALL FOR NATIONAL STRIKE
- *KLITSCHKO SAYS AUTHORITIES ARE AFRAID OF REGIONAL UNREST
- *KLITSCHKO SAYS YANUKOVYCH STILL AGAINST SNAP ELECTIONS
the escalating violence has seen the Ukrainian government take the next step... as Mike Kriger notes...
Submitted by Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,
...having previously highlighted the ingenious use of mirrors by Ukrainian protestors to utilize non-violent, creative tactics to make powerful political statements. With violence escalating in the past 24 hours, it appears the Ukrainian government is now breaking out technological Big Brother by sending mass text messages to protestors warning them that they are being watched.
Remember: Your Government Loves You.
From CNET:
Your government wants to protect you. Because your government cares. Because your government works for you.
Except, that is, when you don’t like your government. That’s when your government works against you.
Take the Ukraine, which several people are trying to do just at the moment.
It’s decided to show what open government is really about. So it’s openly texting its citizens to tell them when they’ve been spotted protesting against the government.
As The New York Times reports, the powers-that-be are being powered by phone technology that identifies any cell phone that happens to be adjacent to where protesters are clashing with the uniformed officers of the state. (Protesting, you see, has suddenly been made illegal.)
Text messages are reportedly being sent that say: “We can see you!!!”
Yes, I have inserted quite some paraphrasing here. The texts actually say: “Dear subscriber, you are registered as a participant in a mass disturbance.”

Dead or alive, you are coming with me.
Fear is their most powerful weapon. Release your fear and anything is possible.
Just wait until they stop pretend to 'see" the mobile phone, and go into actual face recognition (which is possible simultaneously for thousands crowding a large square).

Good luck to the brain fucked idiots, who maintain a Stasi file err Facebook profile on themselves.
Dear .gov of the world.
FUCK YOU,
SINCERLY...
Interesting times.
This reminds of a joke about an IRA bomber that is standing in line at St. Peter's gate.
"You aren't getting in," says St. Peter.
"Getting in?" says the bomber. "I'm giving 'em 10 minutes to get out."
The protestors will soon be texting the government officials, warning them that their whereabouts are known.
A good defense is a strong offense.
cc nsa cia fbi and other shadow govt agencies.
At least some of the Ukrainian people are willing to stand up to tyranny.
Stand up to tyranny, so that they can join the EU?!?!?!?
Oh the irony.
wait, I thought everyone here on ZH loved Russia?
They really need to give neighbors to the north and west the finger and chart their own path...unfortunately for them they can only see being one or the others bitch. That is the real tragedy.
haha,, I'd take a selfie of my cock and text it back.
Put the camera on panorama...
The iphone becomes ileash and includes actionable targeting information.
note to protesters: leave your iphone at home.
The revolution will not be tweeted.
Even better, DON'T OWN ONE!
I have no intention of paying someone for a device that is used to track/profile me.
FFS, I managed to get through my teens without even having a phone at home.
Dinosaur, I know!
Too bad the Ukraine doesnt have a Wester-run central bank. Then the protesters would be terrorists and the government could kill them all without repercussion.
That would infuriate me, to get finger-wagging text messages. I hope they organize so those riot police don't continue to eat them for lunch. I wish them the very best.
I am starting to think the Achilles' Heel for the tyrants will be that they come to depend too much on electronics, and fail to do their homework. Too much fancy tracking and not enough time on the street. May they fall, one and all.
clearly this Ukrainian dude is not Russian either....otherwise he'd be sexting them instead.
I would like to say that this is some counter op and blame it on the US but anyone with a base station receiver or access to cell phone towers along with a phone could have done this without having any backdoors in the phones. The Ukrainian government and their security forces should be sophisticated enough to do this. This one could go either way.
http://www.ivizsecurity.com/blog/security-awareness/silent-sms-how-i-kno...
The more important lesson is don't carry a known tracking device or make sure it is completely off unless you need to use it aka a cellphone on you when you are protesting against the government.
The other lesson for protests is people should have access to devices that aren't 2 way communication devices that do both transmit and receive but are one way devices in a 2 way communication systems that only send a transmit signal.
The resurgence of the walkie-talkie.
More than that ones that can do video and voice, encrypt the communications, work on frequences that if someone wanted to jam them they would also black out their own equipment at the same time, and be able to send said communication into the cloud so it can't be traced to the receiver.
The other lesson if you are going organize protests against the government you buy and register cellphones ahead of time to organizations or leading individuals one would reasonably expect to be at the protest in the first place to use for filming and communication purposes then hand them out to people in the crowd either that or prepaid SIM cards depending upon. This way when they track and log them they don't trace back to every single person there only people/groups the government already knew was going to be there in the first place.
NWO code orange : destabilize weak large states in between power zones, such as Ukraine, Turkey, Iran...
I was recently driving down the highway in another state. I receive an "Amber Alert" text on my phone with the description of a car and driver involved in a child abduction apparently in the vicinity of where I was driving. It was chilling. Not the abduction... those are almost always the non-custodial parent, the text message. Fucked up.
Does everyone else have "Presidential Alerts" listed under their "emergency alerts" messaging settings? I can't seem to turn my on, I so want to recieve those.
Bathhouse Barry Alerts are on by default. Pull the battery to kill his message.
Thank goodness I have nothing to hide, therefore all government data collecting is not a worry for me. All you other rabble rousing libertarian heathens are fucked.
Doc, as one of my favorite posters, you may wish to rethink that.
Remember belligerance is now a crime.
Its definition is in the hands of sociopaths.
Thanks for the many, many laughs!
Thanks for the kind words, and......uhmm....oh yeah....
I love my NSA overlords. ;->
about as much as you love trapping your old man in your zipper!
you awake from a deep sleep to the sound of your phone. only its not ringing like it normally does. its the sound of an emergency alert. you quickly glance at your phone to see a chilling message, "Your neighborhood is on lockdown. Please comply with DHS officers. An escort will pick you up shortly". Thats when everything changed.
Then you pick up various lead delivery devices and wait.
I understand the desire to not go back to the Soviet days.
I do not understand the desire to run into the arms of the EU and the Brussels Carpetbaggers.
how about...
- no import taxes
- free movement of workforce
- single currency (no conversion fees)
- less tyrany from douchebags in power
How about countries are fictions designed to divide and conquer.
Split the herd into manageable sub-herds.
Without the insane psychopaths who have somehow taken hold of humanity, I think the vast majority could find a way of mostly getting along.
End hunger.
No human being should have more rights than another, but that requires honesty and reason - in short supply at the moment.
Take the case of Poland:
- no import taxes: from within EU. You want an American or Japanese car as I do? You get taxed. Oil and natgas about 100% imported from Russia: You get taxed. China? Same stuff.
- free movement of workforce. Current balance: >-2 000 000 workers. Big chunk of them will never come back. That's about 5% of working-age population
- single currency. Please...
- less tyrany from douchebags in power. In my home town, the EU funded a ~40M EUR road traffic survelliance system.
Ukrainians are between a rock and a hard place. The geopolictics don't play it soft on them.
wish there was a way to watch their tactics to see what works, etc. so far there hasn't been much coverage. need is the mother of invention. the roadblocks of tires on fire was pretty interesting. if they had a way to interlock those suckers with rebar they would be even better. i heard that they had pickups outfitted with trebouche to launch gas bombs.
so if anybody has a good source to watch this unfold. i would be grateful
Fake orange thing. Beware of revolutions by foundations.
Pray for Ukraine, as she will survive.

Sooner or later society is going to understand that we don't need any of these tyrants, and then shit is going to get really ugly.
Spetsnatz meets Sasquatch bitchez
You can bet that Western NGOs are up to their necks in orchestrating the protests against the Russian backed Ukrainian government, like they did in Serbia. If the target doesn't have a backer with nuclear weapons like Libya, well, there you have it. Western NGOs tried it in Armenia but the people said No Way. Too bad for the Ukraine, where there are too many neo-Nazis willing to work for Western NGOs.
and you think Russia isn't meddling?
Let me know with some proof instead of conjecture and bullshit.
neo - nazi's in Ukraine? do you just make this shit up? The only neo - Nazi's are the goons Yanukovych is paying 50 USD a day to beat and attack old people and torture and kill reporters.
You're a fucking retard jtg...
Tuco you stupido!
These guys joined wehrmacht in their drang nach osten! Do you recognize name of Bandera?
Better shtf.
what was the first division to enter Berlin? dumb fuck... Hint it wasn't American or Russian......
Ukrainan 1st.....What has WW2 to do with subject?...those were not same blood as these extremists
These provocuteurs are mostly Poles from Lyiv, west ukraine that were former Polish lands..
These are Svoboda, other radical groups, some paid German football hooligans
Witnesses confirm they speaking dialect used far west Ukraine..not used in Kyiv
Ignorant post.....search Svoboda party...
You can read there, but their actions show what they are..
“Blessed are the destroyers of false hope, for they are the true Messiahs - Cursed are the god-adorers, for they shall be shorn sheep!” - Anton Szandor LaVey, The Satanic Bible
iPhone bombing should be fun!
So, is this where we all go get burners from Walmart?

I think the time for Kiev Spring is coming.
To understand government, one only need to imagine a government made up of one person.
That one person would have to extort money from people, use the money to create dependence upon him while enriching his friends, terrorize neighboring peoples, defend himself against pissed off neighboring peoples, act as gun and badge thugs, etc.
The image would quickly become absurd. Ditto obeying 1,638 (546 US, about 546 state and another 546 local) cocksuckers or "TinyDots" and their minions.

KLITSCHKO ==NGO/SOROS SPOKESPERSON
KLITSCHKO ==USAID SORE THUMB
KLITSCHKO == 1/6 POPULATION CAMPING OUT IN KIEV FOR HANDOUTS OTHER 5/6 OF COUNTRY WANT THEIR INDEPENDENCE FROM EU
NSA/NGO NOT UKRAINE GOVERNMENT SPYING ON CITIZENS WITH TEXT MESSAGE WARNING TO BLAME ON YANUKOVYCH ADMINSTRATION!!! JUST LIKE CHEMICAL WEAPONS ATTACK BLAMED ON ASSAD IN SYRIA LAST AUGUST!
KLITSCHKO ==LOSER AND SHITTY BOXER!
Lives in Germany for years and spend his money there.
Klitschko a few times wanted fisticuffs...Boxer mentality..
Since those want to blame Russia for everything...I recommend Fedor represent Russia
Would that shut him up?
So... if you're already "registered" ... the incentive is now to completely overthrow the government because they'll certainly come after you in revenge if you don't?
BRILLIANT
Remember, your government is actually scared of you.
They have put in place their protection, AKA the boys in blue.
Based on the rate of militarization of the cops, I think the pols & banksters are starting to feel their sphyncters tightening when they contemplate what will happen when TSHTF and the aforemetioned 'boys' realize they've been fucked over too.
Erase that USNED scum with tanks, bury them in forrest an hang fucking zioboy Klitschko (german and US passport) high for few weeks when Winter Olympics in Sochi ends.
Then start the offensive.

Thsnks for making it obvious..Anyone with that little pole fuk is the enemy...
Good post
You should do more....
Green arrow for mention of hanging.
And when they get in your building they'll be looking for you assholes. Turnabout will be fair play.
DHS did something similar to Occupy Wall Street before they corrupted it. Drones were sent in to collect cellphone numbers. Lists were made. People were visited.
The goings-on in the Ukraine are bewildering.
Protesters are hyper-angry that their slimeball government has decided to ditch cosying up to the slimeball EU in favor of signing up with Russia. This leads me to ask WTF is happening? Why do these people want to get into bed with the slimeball EU which itself is run by fascist, corrupt, unelected crony slimeballs like Barroso?
RT.com is giving airtime to folks who slam the EU slimeballs for stirring up the riots in the Ukraine. And by more accounts, the USG is also stirring up the riots. Both want a change of government in the Ukraine to get the decision reversed.
Ever heard of a concept called "lesser of two evils"? That's basically what's in play here. Ukrainians are not stupid, they are well aware that the EU is no panacea, but the thinking is - anything has to be better than what we have today. Of course, Yanuk is just a puppet, with Putin pulling the strings, and the Ukrainians want no more of Russia's interference in their country (cf. Holodomor). Can you blame them? At least the EU brings some semblance of order, in contrast to the extreme corruption that you face there every day. I should know, I've lived there (not just visited) for some time a few years back, and have spent a lot of time in the country, as well as being married to a UA cititzen.
I don't know why you're bewildered, smacker. We may reach the point in this country where we'll be thinking the same thing - "anything is better than what we have now, so bring it on!" In the opinion of many, we've already reached that point.
If the protesters got their way and the Ukraine joined the EU, how many of them would be on the first flight to a Western European country, like millions of other Eastern Europeans in recent years?
Is that not their hidden objective?
Britain is full up.
And by more accounts, the USG is also stirring up the riots…
And who better than Senator John McCain to put himself right in the heart of the movement a week before Christmas, waving to protesters from the stage in Independence Square during a mass rally in Kiev, standing with Oleb Tyahnybok, leader of the Svoboda party.
Said Chanel 4 news: “During his trip the former US presidential candidate met with government and opposition figures, but gave his endorsement to the pro-Europe protesters.”
I have yet to find myself in agreement with much of anything that John McCain endorses.
http://www.channel4.com/news/ukraine-mccain-far-right-svoboda-anti-semitic-protests
I think the question is... why are these specific protestors causing a ruckus....
The message is starting to get really hazy as the media tries to focus on these so called protestors (or... perhaps agitators?).
When I see the newspaper articles they look heavily cropped. It's hard for an outsider to get sufficient context of the location they are protesting.
Over the years I have visited the Ukraine 5 times and have seen a consistant hyper self identity and deep resentment of the Joseph Stallen enginered starvation that killed so many millions of Ukranians. That runs deep in their identity. The Ukranians I have known are very clear in not wishing to have RUssia have any control or obligation over them. One of my employees was born in the Ukraine and tells me that the economy there continues to get worse though.
Exactly right, AWTY. People can down-arrow me for my comment above but I stand by what I said, which is essentially what you are saying also. People have had enough and are saying "No". Is it possible that NGO's and others are instigating and helping it along? Sure, but the undercurrent in Ukrainian society is anti-Russian for the most part, because people do have memories. They are not fooled by EU promises, either. Since what they have now isn't working, they are willing to try another option.
No Ukrainians (Kyiv and near) I know of is anti Russian. All speak Russian first and appreciate Russian help.
Media dumb you down much?
witness says most these rioting speak western ukraine dialect and some germans.
They are from Lyiv and other former Polish territory and not many have any Ukraine blood...
Stalin was a Georgian and killed way more Russians than anyone else.
His Jewish brother in law Kaganovich dynamited Christ Cathedral.
From 1917 thru Stalin were never Russians in control.
and after Stalin at the top were mostly Ukrainian and "other"
Major Robert H. Williams of U.S. Military Intelligence and counter-intelligence during WWII, corroborates your information. He wrote in 1947, one year before the end a century of Marxist agitation beginning with the publishing of Marx's "Communist Manifesto" in 1848, that we shoud soon see "whether Communism will wipe out the age of freedom or shall be turned back."
Regarding Stalin, he wrote in 1947:
"Stalin is a Georgian, though some of our Jews have been made to believe him Jewish. He is, however, married to the sister of Kaganovich, Jewish commissar of heavy industry. Kaganovich long was considered Stalin's closest friend and second in influence in all the Russias. He still is powerful. Molotov's wife is Jewish, the sister of Samuel Carp of Bridgeport, Conn. Manuilsky,as [L]ouis Levine told us, was raised Jewish. Manuilsky is a power in the Soviet Union, often mentioned as a possible successor to Stalin. He is head of the government of the Ukraine and head of the Communist International."
Of Stalin, Levine had this to say in his article "Soviet Russia Today":
"The Jewish people are unanimous in their love for Stalin. They regard him as the greatest friend of the Jewish people. They attribute to his understanding of national minorities and to his leadership the new, exalted status of the Soviet Jews."
For those who think this crisis is about “sovereignty” for the peoples of Ukraine or free trade, they need only to take a look at the map and the oil and gas pipe lines that crisscross Ukraine and its key position in the Caucasus. THIS CRISIS IS ABOUT CHANGING THE GOVERNMENT, removing the ties to Russia and installing the ties to Brussels.
It’s about Empire…western control of Ukraine.
“Western control of Ukraine offers the prospect of securing an additional transit link between western Europe and the oil and gas reserves of the Caspian Sea region. The Ukrainian landmass lies to the north of the Black Sea reaching as far east as that part of the Caucasus region which forms the southern tip of the Russian Federation. That region includes Chechnya which NATO member states have been trying to covertly destabilize in order to engineer its breakaway from the Russian Federation. A breakaway would result in Chechnya's entry into an growing US zone of influence comprising a wide range of former Soviet 'Newly Independent States' in the Caspian Sea region.”

Gorbachev: US could start new Cold War
Daily Telegraph, 7 May 2008: "Delivering one of his most scathing attacks on the US, Mr Gorbachev told The Daily Telegraph that a US military build-up was under way to contain a resurgent Russia. From Nato's expansion plans in the former Soviet Union to Washington's proposals for a bigger defense budget and a missile shield in central Europe, the US was deliberately quashing hopes for permanent peace with Russia, Mr Gorbachev said. 'We had 10 years after the Cold War to build a new world order and yet we squandered them,' he said..... 'I sometimes have a feeling that the United States is going to wage war against the entire world.'... Relations have further deteriorated after Nato promised eventual membership to Georgia and Ukraine, a move interpreted by Mr Gorbachev as an attempt to extend America's sphere of influence into Russia's backyard. ‘The Americans promised that Nato wouldn't move beyond the boundaries of Germany after the Cold War but now half of central and eastern Europe are members, so what happened to their promises? It shows they cannot be trusted.’ ....Gorbachev
Da even Gorby figured it out...got a few things right..
Maybe he understand why Russians hate him.
"Congratulations, Ukraine!" writes Timothy Bancroft-Hinchey on Pravda.ru :
“A wise decision by the Ukraine not to fall into the European Union’s web, not to fall for the siren’s song, not to believe the false promises of prosperity, not to follow the starry-eyed misguidedness of some of Ukraine’s young population who see the EU as some sort of Nirvana. Viktor Yanukovich just saved Ukraine, and them, from a terrible fate…
“So Viktor Yanukovich, many congratulations on your stance not to sign a trade agreement with the European Union. In so doing, you have protected your people, you have protected their jobs, you have protected your farmers, you have protected your industry, you have protected your fisheries, you have protected your agriculture, you have protected your education system and you have protected Ukraine’s future.
“For those Ukrainians who wish to join the EU, go and see for yourselves. Take your pick. In the UK there are 80,000 homeless children, in some areas of the EU there is 40% youth unemployment, in many cities you dare not venture out at night for fear of being attacked by drunkards or drug addicts, home invasions are rife, you come out of a hospital more ill than before you went in, education systems struggle to cope with under-funding, the banks do not lend you enough money to buy a house, rents are skyrocketing, unemployment is the norm, keeping a job depends on working in slave-like conditions in return for less and less and a super-class of countless political echelons costs more and more to fund, like a gluttonous monster, a flesh-eating bacterium devouring all around it.
"For those Ukrainians taking to the streets in protest, you don’t know what you are missing."
http://www.lewrockwell.com/2013/12/no_author/get-lost-eu/
Russia must be running out of cash again. The last time they did this, they hit 10 million Ukrainians over the head.
Both sides may suck, but to the best of my knowledge, the EU has never poisoned anyone with Dioxin or Pollonium. The Russians, on 'tother hand can't make the same claim.
http://advocat-cons.info/index.php?newsid=20302
If the Euro-Hooligans get early elections and the Ukranians do not vote for Europe - surely the riots will continue?
Perhaps neither the EU nor Russia want a strong independent and intact Ukraine?
