This Is How Ukrainian Protesters Attack An Armored Personnel Carrier

Tyler Durden's picture

Watch as sparks fly between a Ukrainian military APC, possibly the same one we revealed earlier, as it gets into some blazingly close encounters with the Kiev protesters. It is unclear who won however it is quite clear that at this point the proxy war in Ukraine between Russia/Gazprom and the European Union/US State Dept/Saudi/Qatar can be upgraded to "hot."

And the death and injury toll, which is rising by the hour:

  • 6 policemen dead
  • 6 protestors dead
  • Police HQ in Ternopli on fire
  • Police HQ in Lviv occupied
  • More than 150 injuries

Finally this:

  • KLITSCHKO ARRIVES AT YANUKOVYCH’S OFFICE FOR TALKS: REUTERS

In short: things have spiraled out of control, and the only possible outcome is another new all time high in the Spoos overnight.

Klitchko is a fucking shill

ZerOhead's picture

Don't former heavyweight boxers usually suffer some heavyweight brain damage?

Looney's picture

Not only is Klitschko a brain-damaged shill, he is also paid for by Euro-cunts, just like his pre-pre-predecessor - Lenin, who was paid by the German police (it's a well documented fact - look it up).

The difference is that Lenin was trying to keep it under wraps by killing off millions of people, but Klitch shows it off with pride. What a fuckin' cunt!

am i the only one studying their firebombing technique?

no.

the police response will be very interesting. Let's hope we get to see that too.

Run and hide seems to be the response so far

Had to see anything beyond the fog of propaganda of who is for whom.  She is hot though.

Dang they made the video private.

Here's a live feed, hand to hand combat between protestors / poilce.

so the young lady in the video wants freedom?  then why join the EU?  maybe she missed the past three years of riot videos from Greece?

Herd Redirection Committee's picture

She also said she wants "our courts not to be corrupted".  And you are looking at the EU/US for leadership??

SWRichmond's picture

Watching the live feed...

Notes to protesters: never silhouette yourself against the fires.

Cult_of_Reason's picture

Everything is relative.

What courts are more corrupt, the EU/US courts or Russian courts?

I can imagine what it may be like here after the McDonald's drive thru has been closed a couple of days...

I do believe the vehicle commander has rammed his last manned barricade.  Head and chest were out the vehicle top on that one.

<<I can imagine what it may be like here after the McDonald's drive thru has been closed a couple of days...>>

You must mean, "I can imagine what it may be like here after the Popeye's drive thru has been closed a couple of days in Detroit...."

[or LA, or Houston, or Atlanta, or...well, you get the idea]

Great production value on a youtube vid in the middle of a war-torn country. Looks like it could have been produced in Hollywood.

Hmmmmm......

willwork4food's picture

No it wasn't. Syrian girl has been on for a long while and was totally AGAINST any forced departure of their president. I haven't seen her in a while, glad she's safe, although obviously war torn.

Herd Redirection Committee's picture

She said Hamas sold out, and is now based out of Qatar.  Qatar and Saudi Arabia, the playthings of Wall St and the City of London.

The firebombing took place in the 1980's. It was of the radioactive variety.

The CHERNOYBL River flows south, and fills the KIEV Reservoir (which appears to supply water for Kiev and other areas in The Ukraine). Chernoybl, of course, IS in The Ukraine.

http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=chernoybl+river+map&qs=n&form=QBIR&p...

I assume, of course, that everyone is current on the local history here.

I didn't know that Yalta was on the southern coast, though. That's where Roosevelt, Stalin, and Churchill divied the world up in '44, wasn't it?

These people (all of them) are kind of stupid, fighting over the despoiled land like they are. WHAT; I suppose they have plans to re-start the reactor?

FUCK Obama, FUCK Putin, and FUCK the corporatocracy behind them BOTH that is desroying (LITERALLY!) every square mile of this EARTH! If they really want this irradiated land, I bet they are already preparing the NEXT move in to FUKUSHIMA! They are Fucking IDIOTS...

Damn Rusty! You are right.

In the weirdest way, there is something about her high cheekbones, her widely separated eyes, her meaty lips, her accent, and her demeanor that just all comes together to become deliciously gorgeous (to this man, anyway).

Tyler Durden: Did you know that if you mix equal parts of gasoline and frozen orange juice concentrate you can make napalm? One could make all kinds of explosives, using simple household items.

SilverIsKing's picture

Here is one way for the protesters to gain the upper hand.

Go to the police officers homes and burn them down. Do the same to the politicians.

The cops can't be everywhere so if the crowd disperses and attacks various places that are more important to these cops than anything else, it would force the cops to divide up where they will be outnumbered in at least at some locations where they can have done to them what they are doing to the people.

Fighting the cops in a central location plays into the hands of the cops who are better trained and equipped.

SilverDOG's picture

Yes oh yes.

I dare say, greet them in the early AM as they walk out the door MAFIA style.

The way to make then realize, they are vastly outnumbered.

If and when this begins stateside, I sincerely hope Sherrifs perform as designed.

Sherrifs are the only elected officers, by the people.

We are their duty, not their target.

FreedomGuy's picture

Allow them to defect, especially en masse. Do not harm them if they help. Have them recruit others.

They know the history of oppression and they know that in general they have been the bad guys.

toady's picture

Yeah, I never understood the 'gather in the square where we can be easy targets' thing, yet it goes on, decade after decade.

Peoples movements won't succeed until their tactics evolve.

moonshadow's picture

it's called 'media coverage'

RockyR's picture

they aren't fighting a war (yet), they are protesting

Real Estate Geek's picture

Considering their backing, I'd say a fair number of the protestors are working.

Ranger4564's picture

You have to show the courage to gather first, before you can be trusted to disperse with courage. Frankly, it's that simple.

fedupwhiteguy's picture

I say do an end run around the locals and go for the officers!!!! Chances are the cops are regular joes like us and you'll get more sympathy for the resistance by wacking a boss of theirs that probably rode their ass for years.

SAT 800's picture

NATO AND the US are trying to take advantage of the Ukrainian "out of it" time warp. They're still busy hating Stalin, for the best of all possible reasons, and think NAT O-US are the good guys. Quaint, but as I say, not up to date. They need real clear thinking to realize that Putin; whatever he is; is not Stalin; and AND NATO and the US are not peaceful fun loving peace bunnies. But this may be difficult for them to get. The big hint was France bombing Libya in the name of human rights.; as a NATO "peace" objective, of course.

john39's picture

i think you hit on the real irony, the descendents of the people behind the holodomor, Nuland and her ilk, are now positioned in the U.S. and the E.U., rather than stalinist russia.  are Ukranians smart enough to see what is happening?  time will tell.

once the blood is in the streets there is no "thinking about the big picture." -- disabledvet

All the more reason to consider the political "big picture" now... If we do not define ourselves politically, then we will be defined politically by TPTB without our consent. What does that mean in an age of extraordinary rendition, indefinite detention, and extra-judicial execution?

Sven Sikztu's picture

...he said 'consent' !!! snort heh heh heh

MontgomeryScott's picture

@ disabledvet,

Playing the 'Rock Wars', I have to post a relevant song in affirmative response to your posting, by an old group named 'Kansas'. Listen to (or read) the lyrics.

Blood in the sand; A cry in the street-

Now, the cycle is nearly complete!

Ten thousand years; nothing was learned-

No turning back, now, the wheels have TURNED!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cnijc9wNpV4

It's a pretty bad-ass song, actually.

"the young lady in the video wants freedom?  then why join the EU?"

John, the Ukranians have been the collective punching bag of the Russians since the time of the Czars. They want out from under the Russian's thumb. I don't blame them. Just look to history for your answer.
