Is This The Provocation? Ukraine Soldier Allegedly Killed By Russians In Crimea
As feared earlier, the attack by "unidentified" forces on a Ukrainemilitary base in Semferopol has resulted in fatalities:
- *UKRAINE SOLDIER KILLED AFTER UNIDENTIFIED GUNMEN STORMED BASE
- *UKRAINE SOLDIER'S DEATH IN CRIMEA CONFIRMED BY DEFENSE MINISTRY
And two further "self-defense" fighters are injured. Once again it seems the market misread Putin's comments and one wonders how will Turchynov respond?
The incident occurred in Crimea's main city of Simferopol, regional defence ministry spokesman Vladislav Seleznyov said, without specifying whether the base was stormed by Russian soldiers or pro-Kremlin militia who also patrol the peninsula.

One self-defense fighter has been killed and two more injured in Simferopol, according to the Crimean news agency which cited a source in the republic's Interior Ministry.
The self-defense fighters were shot by a sniper from an uncompleted building opposite a Ukrainian military base, the source said.

The Ukrainian military units are being given options to either be escorted safely to Ukraine proper, or if they like they can join the Russian forces after security clearance and remain as soldiers. They can leave service and live in Crimea as civilians if they like. The only option Russia is not allowing is for them to remain on Crimean soil as armed soldiers of the Kiev Government.

according to the report Russian intelligence was monitoring our missing airplane due to "suspicious cargo" being loaded on board after tracking that cargo from, of all places, the good ship Maersk Alabama which is of course famous for being hijacked itself by Somali pirates later resulting in a Hollywood movie on the subject.
the GRU also cited the suspicious deaths of the two former US Navy seals assigned by the Trident security group to escort the cargo on the Alabama, as CBS news reported the two men where found dead on the Alabama of apparent twin heart attacks due to simultaneous heroin overdoses. apparently the Russian GRU notified it's Chinese counterparts of their suspicions regarding the cargo on board flight 370 and may have made a request for the plane to be searched upon arrival in Beijing.
it was then that flight 370 promptly pulled a Houdini and the mystery began. the report further states that Russian/or Chinese military satellites data show flight 370 suddenly diverted course towards Diego Garcia where the US navy has a base-
