With Ukraine troops being redeployed to other regions on the mainland - as the government appears to have folded on Crimea protection efforts but pledges to "defend our land" - we thought some postcards from the tip of the spear would be useful...

I kind of wonder if we are screwed because we are sort of like Cyclops from the X-men. He has one bad ass weapon (his laser eyes) that he can unleash and it does formidable damage. I love the loader/excavator "knocking" on the door.LOL Everything I have ever seen in Russia and all I know about them is just like that if you get them mad. That's just so Russian in style. So far my mother-in-law has wiped out two Mercedes and one brand new Ford Explorer over the last decade. We are talking about numerous accidents over the years here. I finally had to ask how all of these accidents were occurring. The answer was revealing. Via translation the statement was along the lines of "These stupid people are in my way so I ram them and try to push them out of the way." If you have ever been to Russia you know how traffic is there. I finally understood why she wanted an SUV and had asked me about what to choose. She is not pro-American, she just wanted something bigger and those were Russian versus Russian incidents.
They don't do insurance in Russia like the UNtied States. I don't even want to know what the repair bills were but it didn't matter to her. And those are only their women!LOL If she ever asks me again about what to buy, I will just suggest a D-9 class bulldozer.
