Millenial Hope - Then And Now (In One Cartoon)
Presented with no comment...
h/t The Burning Platform via Cagle Post
And as a gentle reminder of why... here is the full breakdown of "young vs old" jobs since the start of the Depression in December 2007: those 55 and older have gained 4.9 million jobs. Those under 55 are still some 3.1 million jobs below their December 2007 level.

What's the tomorrow cartoon look like?
Putin
President Romney, vice-president (does matter??)
"Those under 55 are still some 3.1 million jobs below their December 2007 level."
Yes, the population ages. But no, that does not mean there has been no population increase under 55.
So 3.1 million jobs below that level with a ton more people that age walking around since 2007.
"Yes, the population ages. But no, that does not mean..."
The population ages but it does not mean they get any smarter. I met my first old man liberal when I was in my 20's, it blew me away, I assumed he had some wisdom because he was old like my grandaddy.
The shame is that these kids are running to government to solve the problems created by government in the first place. The goal of the State is to have the entire population dependent on government. Government sees rising unemployment and rising welfare as good things. The only problem is that you have to keep all the unemplyed occupied. I would be watching for war on the horizon.
It seems the statists have won that battle over the US, most are now dependent on gov in one form or another. We've been slowly socialized into dependence while they robbed the Nation of it's wealth. The question is whether we will be able to find ourselves again. I don't have much hope in this generation. I'm planning long term.
Come on now, we've gone over this. You may not have hope in this generation. But just remember who 'raised' them.
The apple don't fall far from the tree.
AHEM....... There's about 150 million of them my wife didn't raise.
I wake up every morning at nine and grab for the morning paper. Then I look at the obituary page. If my name is not on it, I get up.
Benjamin Franklin
Things will get better. Then they'll get worse. Then they'll get better. Then they'll get worse. Then they'll get better. Bitches.
I didn't mean to call out or offend any particular "grouping". I meant generation in the broader sense, as in those who are still alive, capable and of responsible age. But it's interesting that the only one's that always seem offended by generation talk are either of the hipster or hippy generation.
But just remember who 'raised' them.
Yeah, hard to compete with the statist (educational) indoctrination system for 12-16 years or more that pushes redistribution, so-called social-justice, and the vacuous and insipid kum-by-ya-can't-we-all-just-get-along mentality. Who raised them, indeed!
Goes even deeper than that. This generation were all told they were special. Everybody won a prize whenever they competed. So (as a group) they were completely unprepared to hit an economy as bad as this one. It would be hard to find a generation as hosed as this one since the early 1930's. However, there were many parents who never bought into that "everybody's a winner because everybody's special" approach. I've met lots of very gifted men and women in their 20's and early 30's. Creating their own companies and making their way very well in a difficult situation.
It was a multi-pronged attack. Once upon a time, one man's wages could raise a family. If the wife worked then the family home was paid off in seven years, not thirty. As inflation eroded wages and people complained, they were told to work harder so they did, leaving zero time for mothers and fathers to raise their children ...
Look at the nineties, where the media was complaining that young people don't take on enough risk. (Later on they modified it to "young people need to learn how to manage risk). What did that really mean? It meant, borrow more money even though you don't know how to pay it back. Or find some sucker onto which you can dump all your mistakes.
"You didn't work hard enough."
"You didn't work smart enough."
"You didn't innovate."
"You have to be your own boss."
"You didn't take on enough risk."
"You didn't properly manage your risk."
"Oh shit, we need to bail out the banksters. No-one coulda seen this coming."
"Women want to have careers as well as children."
"Oh no, people can't afford child care."
It was a multi-pronged attack. The only crime of the people was to listen to their "learned elders" and not stand their ground.
If you're talking population control, you're on to stomething.
Add to that the current state of adoption, abortion, and foster care.
It's about slowing our population growth. Notice how the West is doing this but the other cultures are not?
We're planning long-term too. The statists haven't conquered my family yet. Don't despair.
"The goal of the State is to have the entire population dependent on government."
This ensures "job security" for the government. LOL
All to create the permanence of an ant colony.
A rigid human social hierarchy established loosely by genetics and held together by force.
After habituation, the force is not necessary. Like an ant colony.
.....until the ant eater arrives then its shit your ant pants time
An insect only sacrifices himsef for the colony because they are his genetic TWINS.
It's even more of a shame that their parents' generation let them down when they turned their education almost exclusively over to the government. It's the parents' responsibility to teach them and train them on how to protect the freedoms our forefathers fought so hard to earn for them. How many gave their lives and their fortunes to pass on that historic legacy of freedom. But freedom comes with responsibility... and far too many of us got fat and lazy and apparently didn't pass along the necessary knowledge, and/or didn't instill that watchful spirit that it takes to guard those freedoms. Freedom, as they say, isn't free. It looks like we haven't paid the necessary price ... yet?
" how to protect the freedoms our forefathers fought so hard to earn for them."
Sounds like the old school indoctrination meme to me...
It's different this time.
and since I do indeed have scruples, I aint gonna junk you when you say something intelligent.
Millennial here. I'm fucking sick of listening to crotchety old baby-boomers bitch about how "dependent" on government we are. Especially by a generation that got dealt a historical royal flush and used it to burn up brown people and turn type 2 diabetes into a public health threat on par with polio. We'll be debt slaves because of all of you free wheeling Reaganites. Fuck each and every one of you straight up the pucker.
p.s. I run a company in the service sector (the remaining sector) that is brutal work, but I like working with my hands and probably make more than most of my cubicle monkey friends. We're doing what we can.
50+ here. STFU.
Reaganites? I thought Gen-Xers were supposed to be the Reaganites and Boomers were Kennedickanoids.
The exponential growth of sloth has nothing to do with "generations" and everything to do with evil at the top. Money under the table is alive and well.
The good news is that parasites never recognize they are killing the host.
Got half a family full of them, Harbanger. After telling everyone what they should be doing (which is all libs know how to do), they bitch about their social security not going up fast enough and Medicare costing more. Don't get me started.
Then there's this uncle who's been in the public education racket for decades. You would peg him for a stone cold lib just looking at him. Until you talk to him and find out he's a staunch conservative. I always wonder how the hell he rose to the level of superintendent at not just one, but TWO different school districts. Must be because he's always done it out in the burbs. Guy would never have gotten above the substitute teacher level with those convictions working in the city.
Is his name Ron Swanson?
I never thought of it that way, but yeah, he's a little like that.
"Just give me all the bacon and eggs you have. Wait, wait... I worry what you just heard was: give me a lot of bacon and eggs. What I said was: give me all the bacon and eggs you have. Do you understand?"
"Not to worry. I have a permit. Permit reads: I can do what I want."
I have the same problem with my family members, I think we all do. Nothing makes sense in this centrally planned societal experiment. The truth however, is unmoved by their machinations. Be the rock, that's why you were given strenght, serve as a foundation for our future.

Constant whining and entitled attitude. Yep, must be a millenial.
hahaha.... Putin is just a corrupted thug like everyone else. Hate to break it to ya kids, but he isnt a savior you want him to be
....Dude
This? (PS. I'm blatantly copying the links from WRS but I like the blog)
Now that's pretty funny. It reminds of of those post election Obama/Romney ones that were so funny after the election. Not that the election was funny, just the humor. You either laugh or cry.
You either laugh or cry.
I have been crying ever since..... out of embarrassment.
For those with a brain, life is a comedy.
For those with a heart, life is a tragedy.
Nothing is funnier than the 2008 street celebrations after the election. Those video clips are priceless.
If all those Obummer loving idiots would wake up like Carey Wedler ( girlfriend of Adam Koresh) then your country would be a beacon of freedom again.
If you have not already seen it then go to Youtube and see her burning her Obummer shirt. She is both eye candy and a libertarian. Win win.
Adam Koresh? Is he still around? I thought he wound up in some NSA prison get enhanced interrogation or aggressive tickling.
Its a picture of Billery.
I accept no responsibility for your mental state if you click this link: http://westernrifleshooters.files.wordpress.com/2014/03/140318-hillary-v...
She promised me she was never ever going to share that with anybody but her and me.
Lies, all lies
She promised me she was never going to -shave- that with anybody but her and me.
Sorry knuks.
Yup, good thing you inlcuded the disclaimer! Because I will never be the same after putting my eyes on that hot mess! Did laugh my ass off though! thanks kk!
There is definitely something wrong with you.
NOPE.... its a picture of the American version of FONEYSTAR....

Rand Paul Poster for the tomorrow panel.
He got a standing ovation by.....get this....telling the truth.
At freakin Berkeley no less.
Keep thinking your savior will come from within our current corrupt system.
There is no savior possible.
This is the same silliness about who is the better chessplayer.
Oil scarcity wins every game against every opponent, no matter how good a player.
>> Oil scarcity wins every game
No, no, no, elected a Republican and everything will be better. Listen to harbanger.
Repubs are more fraid of conservatives than your ole hippy ass, graybeard.
Greatbeard son, get it right. Conservatives don't scare me anymore than anyone else. They are all powerless due to corruption. You can dream on about your conservative utopia but it's not going to happen. I make my own life outside of all the red/blue bull shit that controls your every thought.
I make my own life outside of all the red/blue bull shit that controls your every thought.
Strange talk for someone that freaks at the mention of the Koch brothers. If you have any warm feelings towards George Soros and Media Matters whatsoever.....I'd have to say you're still in it.
Keep thinking your savior will come from within our current corrupt system.
Look to Pennsylvania......as the way out of our current corrupt system. It wasn't even close. The Red and Blue establishment types are freakin out. Which is good....cause I can't stand either one of them.
http://www.newsmax.com/Politics/Pennsylvania-PaScott-Wagner-Write-In/2014/03/20/id/560723/
>> the mention of the Koch brothers.
The Koch Suckers are never brought up on here. Soros yes, Koch no. Hey, I don't blame them, play to the audience. They are all shit bags to me, as are you.
The emergence of an Insider on a white horse could only be a False Flag.
Fuck ALL the NeoCons, NeoLibs, CronyCap and StateInc. scumbags.
The way shit has been going We'll probably be subjected to the pure horror of greasy Clinton/Kerry or Biden/Cuomo and Romney/Issa or McCain/Bush variants on a flogged dead horse agenda for a new feudalism.
We need some kind of badass mix of Eisenhower and Perot and Jefferson.
That would be Ted Cruz.
If you feel like your head is about to pop...please go outside.....we just had the place cleaned.
I hand it to Rand Paul for being smart enough to be against the spying. The problem is that he's a corporatist and I don't believe he would actually change a thing given the chance. Unlike his dad who would.
They are all corporatists. They only argument is in the degree thereof.
If you're not a corporatist enough, there's a high velocity piece of lead expertly directed at your skull, a scandal from some ancient skeleton from your younger days or a premature death from "natural causes" scheduled for your near term future.
You should have a picture of him with his beanie on while on "pilgrimage" to Israel blown up into a poster.
Sahil Kapur – February 10, 2014
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is embarrassed to be supporting Mitch McConnell for re-election, and he can barely hide it.
In a radio interview posted to YouTube on Saturday, the conservative freshman was asked by an incredulous Glenn Beck why he's endorsing the Senate Republican leader.
After an awkward pause, Paul tried to change the subject.
"Um ... I'm here in Texas today to endorse Don Huffines," he said.
Beck burst into laughter. Paul laughed with him, and then took a stab at answering the question. But he couldn't muster up a single nice thing to say about his fellow Kentuckian and leader of his party.
"Uhh, because he asked me," Paul said. "He asked me when there was nobody else in the race. And I said yes."
"Well, Al Gore has asked me to change my opinion on global warming and I don't do that," Beck quipped.

they're all full of shit- once they taste that power they'd sell their own mother to keep it.
I don't recall Ron Paul displaying any behavior with even a hint of power-hunger.
When we get to the stage we're at, you need to be careful not to miss the outliers.
Said another way, we'll likely not have another opportunity to let a Ron Paul slip away.
And I don't do politics.
The first line from wiki about the site called "talking points memo"
Talking Points Memo (or TPM) is a politically liberal web-based political journalism organization created and run by Josh Marshall, a journalist, liberal blogger[2] and historian.[3]
I didn't fully research them but I see the establishments disinformation and political agenda is still running strong.
To be fair, Rand was probably neglected by his father- Dad was busy, don'tcha know. In any case, young Rand is not his father, who daily seems more and more like controlled opposotion. Rand appears to be another run of the mill politician, not exceptional in any way.
Sadly, the only politician who has impressed me with candor and honesty lately, is a Russian named Putin.
It's extraordinarily rare for a child of a great man to follow in their foot steps. In fact I am hard pressed to think of an example. Obviously this is not genetic. The one thing that seems to be true for most great men is they come from humbler backgrounds and had to struggle to achieve. Nepotism in politics, as well as anywhere else, never works out to be beneficial.
And, sadly, I must agree with you about Putin. To think I would be living in the downward spiral of this country with no hope for the future is so incredulous for me. That everyone around me is so clueless to this fact makes it even more so. I guess it's easy to pick on Millennials as basement dwelling losers but looking at their future prospects in this country, I can understand why they have given up.
Miffed;-)
Last year Rand Paul took the obligatory photo-op visit to the Wailing wall....yarmulke and all.
(He kisses AIPAC ass. He is no different from any of them politicians/sciopaths.)
If there was a third frame in this cartoon, it would be the guy playing on his Obamaphone in a cardboard box.
They voted BECAUSE HOPE...
....they now hope for SPARE CHANGE.
*Red Team/Blue Team is destroying the nation. Only vote for candidates who can prove that they're neither financed nor beholden to the OligarchCorporateBanksters, America. The only way to save this nation at this point is to break the stranglehold that corporate and banking interests have over BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES.
can't , won't, will not, impossible at this point.....to happen
they will roll the tanks before this is even a whisper of a thought wrapped in an enigma
I never really liked these Millenials with their iPhones, Twweter and FaceBook pages though a of old fvxxxx love FAceBook.
Still, the Millenials have Snowden while the old baby boomers talk about WoodStock after they looted everything with McCain, Schumer, Harry Reid and Pelosi.
this is not a generational social issue, this a human vs. reptile issue
reptiles are cold blooded and need the glow of money to warm their souls
Obama is an ancient Kenyan surname. The name is found frequently among the Luo, the third largest ethnic group in Kenya. It is believed that the name derived from the root word obam, which means “to lean or bend.”
Obama’s middle name Hussein is the first name of his paternal grandfather. The name, which is of Arabic origin, means “good” or “handsome one.”
meaning = good, bend over you fucking useless piece of shit!
Speaking of Obozo... here's an article on how Michelle's entourage is winning hearts & minds in China.

What a hoot! (Notice this is from a UK paper - US sycophant MSM wouldn't touch it with a 10-ft pole!)
every medium has a target audience.
you must know nothing about british media. that's ok. here's a free lesson.
Daily Mail's target audience is middle england:
basically, the whole point of that picture "article" is simply to reinforce the anti-nonwhite agenda.
clearly, at least 4 members of zh are narrow-minded bigots.
I wonder what their fashion coordinator normally does for a living.
For me this cartoon should be called:
THE TURTH!
OMG rayciss!!!
I'm a millennial.
I've taken to riding a bike to work. Cars are frankly a waste of money that only depreciate.
I work two jobs. I never attended college; being a debt slave for a job that may or may not exist is not an appealing prospect for me.
My generation is headed toward a terrifying new horizon. Learning how to cope with it is key.
Name something that doesn't depreciate.
gold
......bitchez!
Oh I could think of a couple rarer metallic substances. Also, developing your own personal skillset (through education, vocational training, etc.) isn't a bad plan either.
Can't beat knowing how to do stuff.
Can't have too much knowledge, either.
my kids asking for money
He said drepreciate, not appreciate!
Although both are acceptable no?
i was think more in terms of their frequency in asking but Yes! not appreciating also works. But come to think of it, I'm positive I was the same way as a 15 year old.
It's the constants in life I hope will continue,(other than being drunk and driven crazy by ZH)....and maybe Blythe meets with a nail gun other than that "Oligarchs FOARWOARD!!"
Gold?
love, reputation, honesty, character, kindness, compassion, a genuine smile, and gold hold their value well.
Gold.
Guns
Join a gang.
they're called republicans or democrats
just a white version of bloods and crips but instead of bandana's and caps its red or blue ties. Humans are all the SAME
those two jobs and conservative fiscal decisions would have bought you a brand new sports car and much more comfortable lifestyle a few decades back
Learn farming, kid. Even if you live in a city, read all you can about farming. You won't be in the city forever.
Farming is a back breaking money losing business, mate. Especially without the federal subsidies. Shut up about things you know nothing about.
You don't need two jobs. Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid said you don't even need one. It's called 'funemployment' and you can use your free time to learn photography or write cowboy poetry. Not to mention that you don't have to work any more just to pay for health insurance because that's free.
Don't worry, you Milennials ARE special!
Just like everyone else.
You just act like little spoiled pussies.
I never like em. Their parents are often those loathesome baby boomers as well.
And Speilberg, Katzenberg, Tom Hanks-enberg and Tom Brokaw fawning about the greatest generation who were fire bombing innocents in Dresden and Toyko for the NWO, the Red Shield and banksters.
I met a Mil the other day that was as aware of TPTB as most here. He was telling me that no one reads books anymore. He was alluding to the capture of his generation with electronic devices & the rigging of education. He also recommended a book to me... "Behold A Pale Horse".
At the same location I met an xmil expl0s1ves expert & had an interesting convo with him also. This one's for all the ball scratchin, testosterone sniffin, ammo & auto weapon posters. He showed me a video of a much smarter way to protect yourself. 5 gal buckets filled with various sundry goods placed around your property. One bullet to the bucket does wonders. Keep that in mind for an EBT zombie scenario.
You can thank the "boomer" later.
Millennial here. I'm fucking sick of listening to crotchety old baby-boomers bitch about how "dependent" on government we are. Especially by a generation that got dealt a historical royal flush and used it to burn up brown people and turn type 2 diabetes into a public health threat on par with polio. Hey, I'm not a 'millenial' and I ride a bike. Haven't had a car since 1970. I also worked two, actually four jobs to make ends meet and put my offspring (your generation) through University hoping to give them the wherewithall to get on with life. They struggle, but I am still there to help and by the way, I love riding the bike. My offspring have never opted into the debt debacle because of it. I'm a saver, never a borrower or a lender be. It was my upbringing. My children understand this, and in that perhaps in some alternative universe the old horse knows the way.
Were do you self righteous POS come from, did you walk uphill both ways in the snow too? I will guarantee you are sitting there collecting your SS, Medicare, pension while counting the welfare you attained via QE and ZIRP through home equity and investments ( casino) like you DESERVE it. The reason these people dont have jobs is because POS like you destroyed this country allowing wars to drain the system and by allowing the Zionist to attain complete control of the governmnet and financial system.
Every 18-30 year old out there, should be lighting his grand parents on fire and take back what these old fucs have stolen from the future!
Cass? Cass Sunstein?? Is that you? We're honored, sir, to see your work first-hand.
Divide and conquer... NSA/NWO trolls easy o spot.
God but it's hard to avoid enjoying the disappointment of the stupidly enthusiastic, isn't it?
Milenials... pfft wait till Gen Z come looking for jobs
Gen Z sounds like a great name for an apocalyptic zombie movie, or something like that.
Is that synonymous with Gen FSA?
Too funny.
And imagine the Republicrat millennials who thought electing Romney or McStain would bring the U.S.A. back.
The wiser one's supported Ron Paul, but we all know how that ended.
Politics is the distraction kids, bleed the beast.
No to ACA and TBTF bank accounts to start.
Off topic but remember the Oakland Marine Veteran Occupy protestor, Scott Olsen, who was shot in the head from about 15ft away, fracturing his skull, then a tear gas cannister was lobbed in when people came to help? Oakland just settled for $4.5 million: http://www.sfgate.com/crime/article/4-5M-settlement-for-Oakland-proteste...
Good for him but I'd also like to see they guys who had a hand in it in jail. This is just the taxpayer paying for their cops to abuse them and pay them off when they're beaten into a coma or worse, to death like Kelly Thomas. I want those cops to be in general population and see what it's like when the tables are turned...
Not enough.
It would be good if the money came from the police salary directly and if the shooter was in jail
enjoy... young bitchez
I feel for every generation! We need to use our collective resources and knowledge to take back this country!
I don't know of one family or clan that cares about age! This countrie's so called leaders want to divide and segregate you by ethnicity, age, gender, religion, ect... under the guise of being racist or intolerant if you disagree...
There's no hatred, until you allow it! Turn off your TVs and educate yourselves. Get to know your neighbors, and have a plan.
I know my neighbors -- they are socialist assholes on disability income. I plan to fire warning shots at them when they come to my place for resources.
On the other hand I know the people in the local county government emergency planning group, made up of fire, police, emergency, etc. are all stocking their homes with resources in case it all goes to shit.
In the mean time have some fun. One could guess we are not here in this world to just bitch and moan on some ABC Media forum.
shit.. ya' all gots to be thanking the man fo savin all our bacon with da printing and food cards..
Who the fuck cares that youngs dont have a job....
What is important is we see s&p500 around 2400 by year end - and we think it will-
The third frame of the cartoon should show the goddamned lazy fool millenial in the voting booth voting for the Kenyan Jackass a third time.
Millennial here. I'm fucking sick of listening to crotchety old baby-boomers bitch about how "dependent" on government we are. Dear China,
Please forgive the actions of the US Administration hood-rats visiting your country. Their actions don’t represent the popular choice, despite what the MSM reports. The mother.. have a chuckle.
When Keepin' it Real Goes Wrong
I don't understand what's the reason to hire older people rather than younger which you can pay less to?
I'm no expert, but it has been described to me as hiring experienced, trained seniors and then paying them like inexperienced, untrained yuds, excuse me, youths.
All while just having arm-barred them into retirement, hanging healthcare till ya die over their heads...
and then they hire 'em back as contractors at a reduced wage, because its double dippin for the new retiree, and much less invested in an employee by the company.
all by design.
"I don't understand what's the reason to hire older people rather than younger which you can pay less to?"
Are we talking 'hire to work' or 'hire to fuck around all day on their phones' here?
We oldsters can spell and show up on time!
Wow, a bunch of grumpy old laddies here. No wonder the Foxnewsification of Zerohedge has proceeded like gales at stern. That's the demographic after all. Either way, I also dislike those who spend more time watching their phone screens than anything else, and have to admit it is a vice of youth mostly.
There is no way a younger person can do my job. I've got nothing to worry about.
Slumped in a chair piddling with a iThingy. Sad. Why doesn't he pool his limited funds with some buddies, get some gasoline & cheap beer, and go roaring around in a beat up 1964 Chevy Nova spinning the tires and bird dogging chicks?
I don't see young people out having fun anymore. I bet if you tried that nowadays you'd have three squad cars and two traffic cams on your ass inside of 10 minutes.
Two minutes.
Hey Grandad, ever think that the reason you don't see young people out having fun anymore is because you're old? (And in bed asleep by nine?)
The chicks are all sitting around staring at THEIR iShit toy, or wandering around aimlessly at a mall. None of them would even notice. Sad fcks.
I don't trust Rand Paul. He seems like one of those fake conservatives.
Your fake economy is coming to a end. There is nothing free in this world. Your words will be brisk & few in explaining how despotism will work in time. Click, Bang.
I don't trust Rand Paul. He seems like one of those fake conservatives.
Well....he's no Scott Walker.
Scott just gave a half billion dollars back to the people of Wisconsin. Which ticks me off cause I don't live there. But if do you live in Wisconsin.....well.....good for you!
Go out and buy a block of cheese or something. Please send me some....cause I got nothing over here.
All this Scott Walker talk is making my brain hurt.....I'm going to watch CNN and MSNBC. I know I won't hear anymore about it there.
You FOX news lying Q and ZIRP parasites always think that when some one RED says they do something, well it just mus be! Wisconsin is the poster child for poverty and despiar, just like Kentucky. Of course inhumane scum like you feel economic genocide is accepatable, as long as you get your SS check, pension, QE and ZIRP socialism!
so are you just saying its easy to make a shitty place turn around their finances, just, um...use...what are those things....fundamentals?
Rand Paul is a total douche. A crazy ideologue who can only spew and think so much BS because he's a fortunate son, someone who's always lived in riches.
At least his parent's basement looks better now without the poster.
Off topic but figure maybe one of the contributors might want to run with this story.
http://grassrootjournal.com/how-much-of-your-money-does-microsoft-makes-...
Online news outlet the Daily Dot has obtained invoices from Microsoft’s Global Criminal Compliance Unit that reveal the exact amounts Microsoft charges the FBI’s Digital Intercept Technology Unit. The invoices reveal that Microsoft charges the government around $200 in taxpayer money for user information. In and of itself, this is not news. The real question is why Microsoft charges the government anything at all, given the demonstrated power of the United States government to illegally access user information and records through the NSA’s PRISM program.
Revelations about PRISM detailed massive intercepts of user data from Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo, among others. The NSA simply tapped directly into Google and Yahoo’s servers, which begs the question: does the NSA’s surveillance serve as a kind of mass examination of user data that is then screened for relevant user information, which is then filtered down to individual users and turned over to other agencies like the FBI, who can then obtain warrants to give their requests the imprimatur of constitutionality?
While Microsoft is fully aware of the information it turns over to the FBI, due to the direct request involved, there is no clear answer of how the FBI obtains the information to generate the request in the first place. Given that Google and Yahoo were completely unaware of the NSA’s direct tap into their servers, it stands to reason that the NSA had similar programs in place for other tech companies like Microsoft.
Indeed, the history of the NSA’s involvement with Microsoft is quite interesting: in 1999, Microsoft’s programmers were stunned by the revelation that Windows 2000 had three backdoor keys, but Microsoft’s engineers were only aware of the existence of two such keys. As it turns out, every version of Windows since Windows 95 had shipped with backdoor access built in for the NSA. The NSA had used Microsoft’s voluntary inclusion of a two such backdoor keys to build in a third key without Microsoft’s knowledge.
The NSA manufactured a narrative about turf wars between government agencies over the NSA’s bulk surveillance information early on when Edward Snowden’s revelations came out, only to be caught flat-footed when the NSA’s data sharing with the DEA’s Special Operations Division. The DEA scrubbed the origins of its tips from the NSA’s data sharing in order to prevent defendants from being able to contest the constitutionality of its evidence in court. There’s only one problem: not only does the NSA’s bulk surveillance program go beyond the mandate of existing federal law, it also violates both the Fourth and Sixth Amendments to the United States Constitution when the NSA collects such information in the first place through bulk surveillance, and when secondary agencies like the DEA lie about the origins of evidence in court.
It was later revealed that the DEA’s Special Operations Division was sharing its NSA tips with the IRS. It does not strain credulity to believe that the NSA has provided similar information to the FBI, either directly or through the DEA’s Special Operations Division. If such information was the basis of any of the warrants and subpoenas, any evidence obtained by the FBI from companies like Microsoft would be inadmissible in court.

You're missing, MAAAAAAAAAAAAA! MEAT LOAF...
Of course unemployment for those 54 and under will continue if we continue bringing in mass waves of unemployed immigrants.
While it’s been said that amnesty is suicide for the GOP, it’s also suicide for American workers.
This thing about dealing with the issue of illegal immigration for the people who are here is utter nonsense. What Congress is proposing is permanent amnesty for as many unemployed workers the corporations want in order to drive down wages and jobs for American citizens, now and forever. And everybody knows it.
This is nothing less than open borders.
“Although politicians and the media have settled on the claim that there are 11 million illegal aliens, the actual number may well be closer to 20 million to 30 million.”
This is the finding of WND in a July 2013 exclusive, GOP immigration plan devised by Communist Party - Goal: Use amnestied illegals to build 'permanent progressive majority'.
Reports WND: “There were 10 million in 1996, a mere 10 years after Reagan’s amnesty, and it is doubtful only one million more have been added in the ensuing 17 years. Since 1990, Border agents have apprehended on average more than 1 million illegal aliens per year, almost all from Mexico…
"Thus, current proposals provide a path to citizenship for as many as 20 to 30 million illegal aliens here now, plus relatives who will be brought in through chain migration and at least 75 percent of those who will come in the future – virtually endless amnesty – while efforts to secure the border are almost certain to be insufficient."

Pew Research reported in January 2013 that “according to a recent survey of U.S. adults, 39% said that dealing with the issue of illegal immigration should be a top priority for the president and the Congress.” Of course, as Pew low balls politically incorrect data, the number is probably much higher.
