My brother-in-law is a pirtae...I mean a police officer and any time they pull someone over and run the plates or run an ID, the first thing they see is if someone is a concealed carry card member. That means these mafia...I mean police...sorry about that....has a list of all who have a gun. Additionally, when buying at a retail store there is a "background check" prior to owning a gun. Lists, lists, everywhere - just in case a gun grab is needed. God damned pirates...

Your mind has been corralled into thinking that the right to bear arms is a right granted by the US government to its citizens. It isn't, it is a right granted to all men by our creator and it does not matter to God whether you hold US citizenship or not when you wish to protect yourself.

I have no objection to anybody who is old enough to bear arms having that right respected. The only restrictions should be to those on certain meds, those subject to court orders (mentally disturbed or under parole restrictions) and those currently in prison.
Even felons who have done their time should have the right to self protection with the exception of those who committed crimes of serious violence. If someone boosted a car at 18 and then went on to be a decent person then it is wrong that they cannot own a gun at 60?

If you were better educated then you would know that the entire bill of rights (of which the 2nd amendment is a part), is anti-thesis to the Federal Govenment, meaning it was designed to protect Americans from the Federal Government, which means nobody with half a brain would ever come to the conclusion that "that the right to bear arms is a right granted by the US government to its citizens".

The NRA was the sponsor/author of the '68 Gun Control Act which removed a felons Righ to Bear Arms and the whole bill was a racial response against those uppity blacks during the Civil Rights Movement. It was a good way to disarm them.

I just saw a news report that stated Chicago's notorious ghetto gangsters were all lining up at their local police stations in order to hand in their weapons, given that they were unable to obtain a FOID card.
This clearly confirms that firearm regulations in Illinois are working exactly as intended, and are an extremely effective tool when it comes to preventing guns from ending up in the wrong hands.

If you have a state issued concealed carry permit, then you don't need to have a background check to purchase a firearm from a state dealer... the background check was completed when you applied for the permit.
The other issue is that knowing someone has a gun is a far cry from knowing what gun(s) they have... those lists are kept at the FFL level (presuming you purchase from a FFL). Although, the feds do come in an pry from time to time, despite having authority to look for only a single transaction.

My friends just took the handgun safety class in NY (state, not city) and the teacher, a cop, said the same thing. When you are pulled over in NY ( I assume both state AND city), the first thing they see is whether you have a handgun permit.

At the same time no option exists for the common individual to oppose the obuse of power if and when it takes place. Cop shoots someone - he's a hero. I think I read somewhere that any hydroxide salt will have a dissolving effect, kinda like in the movie fight club when the white powdered chemical is placed on the back of his hand. Things are getting a little weird in TX too. I will just say I live in a nearby state and have many friends there. Some have been reporting that they are waiting several months to get their concealed carry "permission slips". Too many Californians moving there for the high-tech jobs and are starting to infect the rest of the state. Fucking parasites.
