Absolutely not.
I only trust OnlineAccountingDegrees.com.
Delaware? I'm moving all my money there now that I know that the internet told me that my money would be safe there from the prying eyes of the US Government! God knows the NSA, FDIC and IRS don't talk to eachother.
How ever much the suckers are willing to be robbed, that's how much the tax men will take.
They love obedience.
Delaware?
Yup. The US is actually a really good tax haven, provided that you're not a US citizen or resident.
Joe Biden and Bin Obama qualify then.
I've heard Nevada is also an excellent business money friendly state.
Nevada is excellent. Wyoming has all the same corporate protections, and allows board proxies, to boot. It's where I formed my LLC.
Nearly every inch of those states happens to be Federally owned property , as well. Great for you to incorporate there. Just be careful , will you. Don´t get out of sync with program. Gently accept and accede when they incorporate your law firm into one of their bigger deals or n other ways dragoon your help , even if that´s mean shitty deal for you yourself personally. After all the collective is greater than any individual. Forward!
And Blaiso got an 8% rate
Usa still gives you a ahot at a lower rate...takes money to get the deductions
Murdoch luvs Delaware its corporate friendly.
The difference between the U.S. and most of the countries listed above is that most of the citizens in the other countries get something for their tax dollars. They get free medical care, safe streets, good transportation, and edible food. We get massive intelligence appartuses, F35s, rich bankers, poison foods and drugs, very expensive and very bad medical care, and lots of lawyers.
Stuck on Zero, you hit the nail on the head precisely.
No. I suggest you go beyond the glossy mag's.
What you get for your taxes in the US is the strongest army in the world to defend everything else that you mentioned.
"Defend" - lol.
Preemptive "defence".
"Liberating" 3rd world countries with Daisy Cutters.
Yep. Liberating so they also can have everything that Stuck on Zero mentioned.
Read the 2nd ammendment to the constitution, I'm not worried about some foreign country invading us and taking my stuff. I'm worried about my own government taking my stuff.
What do you mean, we get TARP, ZIRP and the absence of culpability for corporations, worldwide.
No place else do YOU pay for lawlessness and oppression.
Who the hell created this, Mrs. Jones kindergarten class? And how the hell is Delware the #1 tax haven??
The only tax I'd be willing to pay is a tax on reading articles on ZH.
You didn't read that article!
The only tax I'd be willing to pay is a tax on reading articles on ZH.
+100. All the downvotes suggest your sentence structure was 'taxing' for the average reader. OR ZH readers want you to pay lots of taxes. Unlikely, but also logical.
I hear Ministry is working on a remix.

Tax Haven Heaven #9: Belgium. Hollande's nemesis and bond buyer extraordinainre. Unless it's not tax avoidance driving their bond appetite.
The part about the "tax havens" is long out of date, post FATCA.
The tax we pay for ZH is the painful advertising, but fortunately based on my online presence my targeted ads consist of scantly clad women and survival gear
Funny, I usually get ads for incontinence products and fake cures for fake diseases.
I'm going to have to ratchet my porn viewing back up so I get the good ads.
Jeez, my ads are assless chaps, Ru Paul's clothing lineup, and toy poodles.
Beats the hell out of my ads; body bags, hallmark cards, and floral shops......
ZH should take Bitcoin donations.. some would come their way, that's for sure.
hmmm, I seem to get WoW, (women of walmart) and bactrian phalanges and some pictures are the same people!
Google 'targeted advertising' working super-duper well
For six months at least I've been getting a video about some soccer player. I hate soccer because it is so boring...never do a search for soccer...but there is a video of some famous soccer player trotting on the field, carrying a trophy. Because it is a video it's damn distracting.
Some of us (actually) work and read ZH, so the only ads I see are for some company called "Websense has blocked this page because it does not meet corporate policy".
Adblock Plus.
Also, my tax rate was about 13% all in, after I got my Volt credit (in full). If I lived in NYC my monthly income tax there would run a smidge less than $1100/mo.
Man, I hope there's still a tax credit for the Model X when it comes out, I sure could use some more phat l00tz from da Fedz..
lol...the best income tax avoidance system, is to not let them know you have an income, at all.
There are no tax havens left. The governmnets of the world have two priorities --- defunding of terrorism and elimination of tax evasion. Nothing is secret
Exactly right.
And I apologize to all statists seeking brownie points as informers out there for the previous comment, somebody hacked my account ;-)
Incorrect about the defunding of terrorism. They want to be the sole funders of terrorism.
As we know, there are plenty of tax havens left just not for average Joe who is now a criminal for transferring a few quid overseas without explaining in great detail the reasons why and incurring the great fees associated with moving post tax bucks that can be liberated (frozen) during the process.
All hail globalisation, its the international gulag.
there is.. Andorra ...zero tax ...zero tax department ...but you have to pay 40,000euros for partial residency or 400,000euros for full, including an AD passport.. yes the usual, politicos rigging the Law to put money in their pockets
i just got exiled having found the loophole.. renting a place there (without paying either 40k or 400k to its bankrupt Govt) and having nobody (no Tax Dept) to chase you ....they chased me out when they found out.. i needed to go, place is too small, my work was done anyways
Thanks for the cartoon. Taxes are a fuckload more complex than just the individual tax rate. Cheers.
Absolutely right. If you think you're top-stopped at 39.5% in the US you're dreaming. The government has done an oustanding job of cramming down unfunded mandates on the states (on top of their own profligate spending) and the state and local stuff is well beyond the trivial now. It's getting to be EASY to pay over 50% when you include all that stuff.
Yes. And, don't forget the embedded taxes on nearly EVERYTHING you buy. Unless you're on the dole in some way, they're taking at least HALF of what you earn. If the proles realized this, there'd be open revolt.
Oh, nevermind. What's on TV tonight? Raymond Blows a Cabbie? (Credit: George Carlin)
SOUTHPARK!
I am not sure these tax rates are anywhere near correct. In the US, they left out the Payroll tax and state taxes. The US real Maxiumum income tax rate is much higher than 39.6%.
My tax rate is around 110% with inflation and fractional reserve banking
The tax rates shown are crap. For the US, only federal income taxes are shown; no state income taxes are included. But for other nations (like Canada - where the top federal rate is 29%), the rate shown is the combined rate for one or the other jurisdiction (guessing Ontario).
According to taxfoundation.org, the average top marginal income tax rate in the US across all states is 48% (http://taxfoundation.org/blog/high-income-taxpayers-could-face-top-margi...)..
Cow flatulence tax coming soon here. LOL.
Okay that article is weak.
Here you'll like this better; I feed Chris Culliver of the 49ers to a tiger:
http://fedtoatiger.blogspot.com/
Yesterday it was Bernie Madoff. Pretty soon I'm bringing in The Honorable Jon Corzine and I feed that fucker to a tiger, too.
Open to suggestions. Who you want fed to a tiger? Tell you what, leave comments on the blog and I'll think about it.
cougar, you are becoming my personal hero. I have been looking at any large chunk of metal and wondering how I can put an edge and handle on it. Thanks for the inspriation.
Back to the topic, the fed to a tiger blog is a fucking hoot. May I suggest that cunt that had 7 of her babies in shoe boxes in the garage? If anyone needs to get fed to a tiger it is that meat puppet.
p.s. Living with Death is making me squirm with delight.
Hammer.
Fucking briliant.
How about the biggest asshat in the 49ers organization.
Jim Harbaugh.
What we need is a tax on taxing.
I thought Ozzies Flood Tax was a nice go fuck yourself to the populace, I can't believe George didn't levy (pardon the sad attempt at punny) one on the NO residents......... Yes one more time for posterity FUCK YOU BUSH AND YOUR JUNGLE BUNNY FRIEND LIVING IN PUBLIC HOUSING NOW!!!
.....and just because I'm feeling like such a cunt this evening......

Oz man pays less than us canoe-heads from hip land.
We got no stacking tax yet...
Stack On
seriously? we can't track our taxes nor the taxes we pay on our taxes - no shit, buy a car and start counting the number of times you pay a tax on the grossed up tax value; I've tried for a while to get a handle on our fees and taxes and permits that are then taxed GST on top. Its insane.
Not mentioned is that there is a big difference between what is asked and what is paid. In Greece, a large number of Citizens simply ignore tax bills. As many say, why should we pay when the money simply goes to pay interest to the Germans on debt which the corrupt politicians in Athens borrowed simply to enrich themselves and their friends.
A revolution has occurred in Greece without a shot fired... and it is any Governments worse nightmare. It is the situation where a large number of Citizens simply agree to ignore their Government. In Greece, many Citizens agree their Government does not represent them nor have any authority over them. They are just a bunch of thieves.
I thought Greece was already sold and the death toll was being paid by the last vestiage of productive people and bankster gains of national assets.
I suspect the digital footprint is enough to call in the 'tax' debts of the non paying peeps over time as serves TPTB in a staged manner to manage minimal protests and further similar agendas in other nations. No "free" ride for normal folks in this bullshit travesty; every single crocodile lives long and has immense patience before it rolls a victum.
Russia 13%
Well, apparently Ukraine isn't a burgeoning civil war but instead, a tax revolt.
Yo, Putin's publicists...grab that one and run with it. Something, everyone can immediately relate to
What is the percentage if one adds all the local taxes; sales, state, county, and city and fuel taxes? What about property taxes? Why not include all the fees added on even after the amounts paid to finance government services. Added to the 39% these would up the average to about 50 to 60%.
I second that:
Wat we need is a tax on taxing.
We already have it. The other day my wife asked me to pick up a pack of smokes for her...the cost is mostly tax, but they charged sales tax on top of that. I asked the girl at the counter, "What are you doing... Taxing the tax on the smokes?"
Can you do anything with your post-income-tax dollars that doesn't involve paying more tax??? You pay income tax, then you buy gas and pay a road tax and a carbon tax (using your post-income tax dollars). Or sales tax. Or property tax...
It's an art really - bleed the host so that there is no fight left in it, but not enough so it dies.
Time to start a online-geography-degree.net that explains the difference between Andorra and Luxembourg
Was this Luxembourg's attempt at moving offshore?
The Truth About Taxes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TpIDX49b_A
LOL sweden is #2 , however what u guys are missing out is that the employer has to pay an additional 32% BEFORE he pays out the salary.
132.000 - 32% = 100.000 - 56,6%.. yeah its not theft, its taxes! And we love to pay it because we love all the african and arabic missfortunes who come here. Somalis and now a lot of syrians. From earlier we have hordes of Iraqies and Iranians. Of course most of them cant read and write and all are hammerd with social benefits. With other worlds: Please Russia, come and invade us and set us free from this genocide!!
I would estimate that already now around 30% of our population is non swedish. While Swedes now are emigrating at record pace it wont be many years until the muslim population is in majority. Of course government wont be interested in publishing any facts since reality would anger all the "believers".
The only big question i have is: WHY?
The concept of the melting pot of nationalities has gone too far. In fact the pot itself is on the verge of melting.
35% on board costs for a salaried worker in Aust 10+ years ago.... add the absurd HSE reg's that exploded with the agreeance of the big boys, etc and... yep, the pot has merged into the favored sons who pronounce that Competition is A Sin.
You already answered your question; genocide. White genocide exactly.
"First they came for our balls."
The chart is wrong because it makes no mention of negative tax rates. That is, people and corporations who pay no taxes but somehow manage to receive, benefits, subsidies and other goodies from the government which are well in any excess of any tax they might or might not be paying.
How come they never mention Switzerland in these polls.
It's about 20% in case you were wondering.
Cheers!
Add in all the state, local, social security, medicare, property, excise, and other taxes and the good ole USA is over 60% in many locations. We win again!
Wrong, wrong, wrong.
Cyprus tax rates plus haircut will beat you any day.
See China's cigarette idea?
It's happening again, but internationally with the YUAN and Chinese made tourist tat.
i.e The Chinese are paid in YUAN at home, come to Switzerland (for example) by the frikkin busload (you cannot imagine how many are here now, it is unreal), then, they exchange their YUAN for Swiss francs at the bank, then they go shopping and buy Chinese made stuff to take home to China (still in it's boxes for re-re-resale??!).
Rinse, repeat till your tin-foil hat falls off.
Cheers!
Yes, Delaware. You see many, many big yatchts all over the Mediterranean with "Wilmington, Delaware" on their sterns.
I don't think one in a million know where Wilmington is.
Where does Robert Rubin and Sandy Weill keep their money ?
Good grief-Russia has a flat tax. That's what we need in the USSA-it will darn near eliminate the need for the IRSS and also take away lobbyists jockeying for special treatment for their clients, and thus do away with our members of CONgress being bought off.
Also re: Denmark's Cow Fart Tax-you do know the environMENTAL nazis are trying to push thru a similar tax here.
Slovakia also had a flat tax. It was not put in out of a thought of fairness. It was put in because it could reduce corruption a lot and they thought that they have a chance collecting the tax. It seems to have worked
