John Kerry Admits Geneva "Deal" Worthless

Tyler Durden's picture

As we warned numerous times in the last few days since the "de-escalation deal" was reached over Ukraine (sparking an instantaneous risk-on short-squeeze in stocks), the de-escalation has not happened. It seems even John Kerry has faced up to that reality now:

So now what? More red-lines? More sanctions? Just don't tell the headline-buying algos...

But seems to ignore the planned troop and equipment deployment in Poland and the fact that Ukraine forces said "military operations in East Ukraine will continue"

As a Yale freshman Kerry rang up D’s in geology, two history classes, and – oddly enough for a Secretary of State – political science. His remaining years were far from distinguished, as he ended up with a C- GPA.

Why we as a nation allow these mediocre sycophants to be put in a position of power is beyond the realm of my comprehension. Kerry's Yale degree is only a piece of paper without a keen intellect within the recipient.

Wonder what the shares of the Criminal CORP. US State Dept. are at?

A private foreign owned off-shore corporation that is copyrighted, trademarked and registered in Puerto Rico in 1925.

A foreign owned off-shore banking/military corporation that is copyrighted, trademarked and registered in the state of Delaware.
Title 28, USC 3002 (15) (a) (b) (c)

Obama is CEO and employee of USA Inc., and does not represent the interests of the American People, only that of the shareholders of USA Inc.
Congress is the Board of Directors of USA Inc., and does not represent the interests of the American People, only that of the shareholders of USA Inc.
BLM, IRS, TSA, NSA, FDA, EPA, DOD, DOJ, DHS, FEMA, DARPA, CIA, FBI, all federal corporate and state law enforcement and adjoining agencies are subjugated sub-corporations to USA Inc., including but not limited to county, parish, township and city agencies.

BLM nor any of the de facto fraudulent sub-corporations has lawful authority, jurisdiction or interstate nexus within the 50 state geographical landmass that was once our Constitutional Republic, that We The People must expose to get back.
This fact is clearly stated in 22 USC 611, 612, 613, Senate Report No. 93-549, Intergovernmental Personnel Act, 26 IRC 6103 (k) (5), 18 USC pp 219 and 951.
BLM is classified as an: Agent of Foreign Principle with no authority, jurisdiction or interstate nexus as a foreign owned corporate power, as per the Washington District of Columbia Reorganization Act.

There is no lawful Constitutional governing body any longer at either the federal and state level. The geographical landmass has been completely usurped and seized by a foreign owned and controlled banking/military corporate entity i.e., USA Inc., that has been masquerading as our constitutional authority at the federal and state level since a secretive and covert manipulated criminal act to force our nation into bankruptcy and receivership that began in 1930, and was largely completed in 1938 under the Geneva Convention through international treaties to enslave the states as subjugated sub-corporations to USA Inc., by the banking/military off-shore criminal corporate cartel.

In addition, our Anglo saxon Common Law Constitution of 1776, has been completely replaced by International Uniform Commercial Code, or UCC, thus making our fraudulent legal system based not on human rights but, contract law as now all things are based on commerce as corporate fictions including We The People are now deemed as soulless corporate fictions and units of commerce owned by USA Inc., as "federalized citizens" at birth.

- UCC, does not recognize your Constitutional God-given Rights.
- UCC, does not recognize the Constitution as law of the land.
- UCC, assumes you to be commercial property owned by USA Inc.
- UCC, you are assumed guilty.
- UCC, extends only limited granted privileges and not Constitutional God-given Rights that can be taken away without notice.

All this has happened without the consent or knowledge of the American People, and thus everything this corporatized foreign controlled criminal USA Inc., does is fraudulent and criminal.

It is time to stand-up and expose these lairs, traitors and foreign owned and controlled fascist usurpers of our Constitutional Republic.

Kerry is the new and improved Colin Powell:

John Kerry’s “Colin Powell moment”

27 August 2013

Yesterday, US Secretary of State John Kerry appeared on national television to deliver a lying statement aimed at preparing public opinion for an impending US-NATO attack on Syria. It was his very own “Colin Powell moment.”

The speech ten years later by Kerry was no less dishonest, no less cynical. Indeed, by comparison, Powell’s presentation was a masterpiece of detail.

Kerry’s entire case against the Syrian regime consisted of a general moral denunciation of chemical weapons. Describing “gut-wrenching images” of casualties from the alleged chemical weapons attack on Ghouta, he said: “The indiscriminate slaughter of civilians, the killing of women and children and innocent bystanders by chemical weapons is a moral obscenity.”

Kerry's allegations about Assad's sarin use turned out to be a complete fabrication:

Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist Seymour Hersh has published an article demonstrating that the US government and President Barack Obama knowingly lied when they claimed that the Syrian government had carried out a sarin gas attack on insurgent-held areas last August.

Kerry scales new heights in hypocrisy everyday now:

Secretary of State John Kerry denounced the protests (pro-Russian) in testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, declaring: “Quite simply, what we see from Russia is an illegal and illegitimate effort to destabilize a sovereign state and create a contrived crisis with paid operatives across an international boundary.”

What hypocrisy! As Kerry well knows, he is accusing Russia of doing precisely what Washington and its European allies did by backing the February putsch in Kiev: destabilizing and then toppling the elected, pro-Russian regime of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych. One of the main US arguments for toppling Yanukovych was that he cracked down on the opposition—exactly what Washington is now pressing its right-wing puppet regime to do.

The US “rent-a-mobs” were bought-and-paid-for “democracy” activists and fascist thugs from the Right Sector and the Svoboda party, whose anti-Semitic and xenophobic politics were condemned in a vote of the EU parliament in December 2012. US State Department official Victoria Nuland boasted that since the dissolution of the USSR in 1991, Washington had spent $5 billion to build up such opposition groups in Ukraine.

Kerry and the unofficial state propaganda organs of the US media make no attempt to square their pose of righteous defenders of Ukrainian sovereignty and legality with the well-documented actions of the US government in subverting Ukrainian sovereignty to illegally install a client regime allied to fascist forces. Contemptuous of public sentiment, which is opposed to a war over Ukraine, they feel no need to convince, but instead seek to intimidate, bully, numb and confuse.

ILLILLILLI's picture

Given that information, one can only look on the recent "reports" of the use of chlorine gas by the troops of Assad with a jaundiced eye...

Winston Churchill's picture

Why use chlorine alone ?
Just mix it with ammonia and you a crude version of
mustard gas.

john39's picture

recent "reports" of Syrian troops using chemical weapons are pretty much non-sensical as the Syrian goverment troops continue to rout the terrorist mercenaries sent into Syria, while offering complete amnesty to Syrians who had fought against the government.   this war is all but over, so it should be no surprise that desperate war mongers will try anything to justify foreign intervention to save their dying war...

An opinion on what is driving our self-destructive policy in Ukraine.

Neocons hastened demise of US empire – Prof Kevin Barrett

"Barrett: Brzezinski's strategic doctrine at least is to try to prevent the rise of any kind of united front in the Eurasian heartland. He recognizes that his project is trying to rule the world from a base in North America. And the problem with that is that the grand chessboard of the world has as a center of the chessboard the heart of Eurasia. And that is kind of in there between Russia, China and the Islamic world and India.

And so, that's where the majority of the world's people and resources, and wealth are. The English used this as their rule-the-world-technique as well. Divide and conquer the continental powers and this gives you the opportunity to divide and conquer the Eurasian heartland powers.

So, the rise of China as a very-very powerful single nation state that is going to have GNP way beyond the US GNP pretty soon and a much greater population and so on, that is one thing. But I think that the coalition of these Eurasian entities is also what threatens this project of trying to rule the world from North America or from Britain another island. They want to divide and conquer basically.

Robles: Brzezinski's plan for Russia was 68 autonomous regions.

Barrett: Something like that, yes. He is a fanatic about smashing up every country into little pieces and especially Russia that seems to be his biggest target.

Robles: Do you know that the entire upper echelon of the US foreign policy establishment, including Obama's advisors, they are all Brzezinski acolytes.

Barrett: Yes, I think Brzezinski is kind of the dean of the "realists' school" an heir to Kissinger, in a lot of ways. And in some respects Brzezinski and his people have split from the neocons. But the neocon element is much more Zionist and I think kind of more ideologically fanatical, whereas Brzezinski is basically sort of a pragmatic realist everywhere, except for when it comes to Russia, which he hates.

So, they've actually been disagreeing about Middle East policy and especially Iran. The neocons wanted to smash every Muslim country, destroy all the enemies of Israel and, ultimately, Iran is the biggest target. Whereas Brzezinski says in his book the Grand Chessboard that the single biggest US strategic imperative is to be friends with Iran. So, there's been a conflict around that..."

The Joker's picture

His plan for Russia was not 68 autonomous regions.  Nor does he want to smash up every country into little pieces.

In The Grand Chessboard he specifically lays out that the plan for Eurasia should be to help strengthen the countries that exist now, that used to be part of Russia.  Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, etc etc etc.  To help them become more independent of Russia so that they can stand up to any sort of Russian takover in the future.  The methods for this were to develop their energy sources and pipelines (that currently Russia has control over) to route through the, um, what's the name of that country, um, starts with a U...oh yeah UKRAINE, to Europe and the rest of the world.  Of course he also wanted to expand NATO into the Eastern bloc, which led this situation, because the former pres of Ukraine didn't want to do it so the US led a coup to get a puppet in there.  Russia saw this and acted accordingly.

His other idea was to COOPERATE with Russia and China and make them feel more included and responsible on the global stage, eventually having Russia join NATO.

The problem is not ZB's plan, it that the leadership of this country since 1998 has failed to follow the plan.  They isolate and punish and invade and occupy, instead of cooperate and include.  That is not the plan.  That is the Neolibs and Neocons, neither of which ZB is.  Yes, he hated Russia, but that is beside the point, didn't everyone during the cold war?
