Nasdaq Reports "Intermittent Gapping" Issues

Tyler Durden's picture

Today may be the first time ever when a vicious VIX slam designed to send spoos soaring and hence gap the market higher, may have broken the Nasdaq leading to what was just reported as, you can't make this up, "intermittent gapping" issues. To wit:

So, if the gapping was permanent, would the S&P 500 be at +∞ yet?

It's funny how the stocks make "new highs" every few weeks by pushing 1% over the old highs and the media trumpets the recovery ad infinitum.

Went grocery shopping with my wife yesterday... I'm meandering down the isle with the cart and she says "Oh good, Progresso soup is on sale - $1.88/can, that's a good price". I said, "What do you mean, last time it was $1.46 regular price" (month's ago, not year)...

Yep, the "Recovery" continues...

Try a package of 8 premium brand beef hot dogs. A little while back it was $3.99 now $6.99.

We haven't even touched the inflation that's coming thanks to the Federal Reserve banksters. In the mean time they'll deny there is any inflation and it's benign.

How about that average price of gasoline now being much higher? That translates into everything else.

In the mean time people are just coping with it. Guess when food stamps can't buy the food anymore is when riots occur.

Hebrew National jumbo 4-pack is in the $6 range.

Damn good dog.

Too bad it's now a delicacy to eat a fuckin hotdog.

BTW, going to yanks/mets tonight in some over-priced free seats. Their shit-dogs and water beers can break the bank.

Need food prices to get where food stamps  won't pay to feed someone. That's when the riots occur.

The Federal Reserve is going to push inflation to that point and when they do,  it's game over.

This Is when a stock price moves higher or lower without any shares trading. It happened today when Electronic Arts move higher in pre market without a single trade causing the move. This is a manipulative fed inspired market maker jumping the Fed ordered gun
