Hacker Invoices DoJ For Prison Time; Refuses To Accept U.S. Dollars

Tyler Durden's picture

Submitted by Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog,

Thus I was taken from Arkansas, the nicest place I ever lived, and brought to Newark, New Jersey, a place worse than any of the many third world countries I have visited. I was held under bail conditions where the government refused to allow me to work in my industry, told me where I could live (I was not allowed to return to my birthplace of Arkansas where I lived at no expense, and instead forced to pay rent in New Jersey), and was subject to the indignity and expense of regular mandatory travel to the Newark courthouse to urinate in front of a federal employee. I was told where I could travel, and where and how I could sleep. My time and life was completely monopolized by the federal government during this period, again based off false statements from a lying piece of shit in the federal government…

My current market-determined hourly rate is 1 Bitcoin an hour. I was taken from my childhood home at gunpoint on January 18th, 2011, and I was not allowed to freely exercise my liberties as a citizen until April 11th, 2014. That’s 1179 days that you used my time that I am now billing you for (I gave you a discount by not including the last day). I am owed 28,296 Bitcoins. I do not accept United States dollars, as it is the preferred currency of criminal organizations such as the FBI, DOJ, ATF, and Federal Reserve and I do not assist criminal racketeering enterprises.

- Andrew “Weev” Auernheimer in his “Open letter to members of the New Jersey District Court, FBI, and DOJ consisting of an invoice for services rendered.”

I first brought the controversial hacker and troll “Weev” to your attention in my post: Hacker “Weev” is Released from Prison, Starts Hedge Fund Called TRO LLC, Appears on CNBC. I strongly suggest checking that post out before reading on.

Ever since being released from prison, Weev has seemingly and wisely turned his trolling skills on those aspects of U.S. society that are the most corrupt and cancerous. Namely Wall Street and the Federal Government. His latest action consists of a scathing letter to members of the “justice system” that imprisoned him, and some excerpts from the letter represent moments of sheer trolling genius.

Not only does he invoice the government for $13.2 million, but he refuses to accept U.S. dollars (more accurately Federal Reserve Notes, but whatever), and instead asks for payment in 28,296 Bitcoins. Simply epic. The full letter can be read below:

Open letter to federal scum

I just emailed this to the federal government and bcc’d 200 or so people:

Subject: “An open letter to members of the New Jersey District Court, FBI, and DOJ consisting of an invoice for services rendered.”

To the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton, US Attorney Paul J. Fishman, Assistant US Attorney Zach Intrater, and FBI Special Agent Christian Schorle,

“Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing end them?” -Shakespeare

It has long been one of the fundamental pillars of our system of law that when one commits a crime against another, they are made to give restitution to their victims.

I have, over the course of 3 years, been made the victim of a criminal conspiracy by those in the federal government. This was a conspiracy of sedition and treason, perpetrated with violence by a limited number of federal agents to deprive me of my constitutional rights to a fair trial and unlawfully put me in prison. This is not a hallucination on my part. These claims were in fact verified by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals when they vacated the false judgement against me imposed by the court of Judge Susan D. Wigenton. Perhaps you haven’t read the opinion of the appeals court exposing all of you as liars and seditionists yet. If so, here you go: https://www.eff.org/files/2014/04/11/weev.pdf

On January 18th, 2011 I was kidnapped at gunpoint by the US Marshals from Fayetteville, Arkansas, the town where I was born, based off a criminal complaint based on complete falsehoods written by FBI Special Agent Christian Schorle. The complaint alleged I had broken into AT&T’s servers (I hadn’t, as confirmed by the appeals court which verified no evidence was presented that any of my accesses bypassed security restrictions) and that New Jersey was the jurisdiction because AT&T was headquartered there. In actuality, AT&T was headquartered at the time in Houston, Texas. This sort of blatant falsehood is verifiable by a simple Google search.

My time and life was completely monopolized by the federal government during this period, again based off false statements from a lying piece of shit in the federal government.

I then spent a swath of the next years struggling to find an attorney because the overworked federal defender I was given told me to plea to false charges because even if I was innocent there was no way I’d win. I then struggled to get this attorney enough resources to fight the case while he was struggling to keep the lights in his office on.

Going to trial two years later, the United States Attorneys and FBI repeatedly perjured themselves in order to wrongfully convict me. FBI Special Agent Phillip Frigm claimed that the manufactured evidence was “secured” by MD5 signatures. This was factually wrong and perjurously asserted as true under oath– MD5 signatures do not work in the manner he implied. Assistant US Attorney Michael Martinez claimed that I committed a crime because my use of the Internet was “not like going to ESPN and checking my favorite sports team’s scores”, and Assistant US Attorney Zach Intrater claimed that I had committed a crime because I automated web requests with a script. This, of course, ignores the fact that the vast majority of web requests are programmatic and automated– total API requests and automated GET per year are approaching the quadrillions. Lie after lie after lie stacked up in open court on behalf of the agents of the government. If there was any integrity left in the justice system there would be special prosecutors appointed to charge you with the perjuries you committed.

Orchestrating this circus was the judge, Susan D. Wigenton, who not only ignored my constitutional right to a trial in a reasonable location but blatantly allowed manufactured evidence and perjury on the part of FBI and DOJ employees in her courtroom. The rights I have enumerated in the Constitution (and, in some cases, even The Declaration) were violated with near completion.

At sentencing, I made the following statement to Judge Wigenton:

“I don’t come here today to ask for forgiveness. I’m here to tell this court, if it has any foresight at all, that it should be thinking about what it can do to make amends to me for the harm and the violence that has been inflicted upon my life.”

It is time, now that the fraud and violence committed against me has been exposed by the appeals process, to begin making amends to me for the harm her court has done.

Know that all this wealth will be directed towards a good and charitable cause. I am building a series of memorial groves for the greatest patriots of our generation: Timothy McVeigh, Andrew Stack, and Marvin Heemeyer. You see, In the “Special Housing Unit”, which is Bureau of Prisons codespeak for “solitary confinement” and “torture”, I had enough time to think about the current state of federal government.

The federal government has declared war on We the People. I am but the latest casualty of the unjust and seditious war being waged against honest Americans and defenders of the Constitution. At Waco the FBI directed the murder of 76 men, women, and children. At Ruby Ridge the FBI murdered both a 14-year-old boy and a woman cradling her infant child. All federal agents are, in fact, murderous thugs and seditious terrorists. Sedition is the charge for crimes which undermine the Constitution with violence. I can assure you that violence was used against me, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals has already verified that the case against me undermined the Constitution.

28,296 Bitcoins. This is my invoice. It will only come once. As government criminality continues to be exposed on a daily basis, there is an urgent question which our government must answer: by what civil and peaceful means can those of us harmed by government perjury, fraud, and violence be compensated for the losses we have experienced? My Bitcoin address: 1JTeYcsx37XTq5NRgjepAHDqaLHTZUL88a

Now the government’s answer, or lack of it, will be permanently preserved in the Bitcoin block chain as a matter of public record. PAY ME MY MONEY, YOU LYING SUBHUMAN GARBAGE. You also should resign from your posts, as you’ve shown yourselves to be collective disgraces to rule of law and enemies of the United States Constitution. Those of us who actually love this country should take your places.

The war/civil unrest cycle continues to move forward.

That letter and invoice and $5 USD will get him a latte at Starbucks.

What is needed is a mechanism whereby the individual thugs who trample over the sheeple are held accountable. Judges need to be mindful of some kind of repercussions if they allow prosecutors and police to lie and fabricate evidence. The perpetrators, those prosecutors and police, need to be mindful of some kind of punishment they will suffer if not faithfully executing the laws and obeying them. Sadly, it all seems to be politically motivated. The judges and prosecutors are rewarded for their misdeeds by promotions and protections from the people they harm. Offenders are almost never punished for the crime of perjury.

In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

George Orwell

Looking at the CNBC interview one can only believe that Weev has decided to attack innocent bystanders (mom & pops who own stock in companies he decides to destroy) and enrich himself instead of attacking the people who damaged him (the cops and judges). Typical psycho mania. Can't beat 'em, so join 'em.

I agree, we need to start coming up with creative ways to make these bastards pay. There is no longer any justice. These real criminals hide behind their government titles in order to do whatever they want. What chance at justice is left for us? It's only going to happen when people stand up and serve it to them cold. And not with votes, if you think your vote counts for shit, you're still part of the farce.

My guess and it is only a guess based on the fact that even with Federalreservenotes being the legal monopoly currency of the US and all other currencies being illegal, no one has gone to jail or taxed for dealing in Bitcoin AND that JP Morgan holds the patents on Bitcoin type currency THAT Bitcoin is a creation of the Federal Reserve Banks and/or its owners/subsidiaries.

Bitcoin is the wetdream of central bankers and if they do not currently fully control it and all other fully electronic currencies, then they will.

Like I said.  The technology is good, but I see an alternative cryptocurrency that is under banker control taking root.  There is absolutely no way they will let currency creation get out of their hands.  No way.  There will be assassinations and wars before that happens.

(Ripple seems like a forerunner in this category btw.  Though I will admit I have very little knowledge of any cryptocurrencies, aside from bitcoin.)

The fact that only a small number of people will read and care about his very true, correct, and beautiful statement is the problem; not the nature of his statement. If you don't care; deeply; about this statement; if you are too lazy to crosscheck and substantiate the serious criminal allegations referenced in this statement; then YOU are part of the problem. Thomas Paine said, "I regret that I have only one life to give for my country"; if he indeed was captured and hanged as a traitor to the Dictactorship of King George, would his life have been "thrown away". You, sir; are a disgrace' the least you could do is maintain your cowardice in silence.

Who is the liar you fucking moron?  How did fonestar get a following at Bitcointalk.org?  It's because he has been arguing (correctly) for Bitcoin since < $50 BTC.  And why would fonestar lie about the point he bought his first Bitcoins?

Try keeping your lies straight.  A few days ago you said $16.  Post a link to a Pre-Feb 2013 ZH thread where you touted Btc.

Your self-proclaimed following is a non-sequitur.

Maybe you did post and tout back then.  My original challenge stated that yor history of lying put the odds in my favor.

Show me a SINGLE FUCKING LIE IN MY POSTS.  PUT UP OR SHUT UP.  GIVEN YOUR TRACK RECORD I KNOW I'M SAFE.

Btw you've failed to address every challenge except one.  To that you replied only, "Fonestar says a lot of things."  The rest is non-sequitur,  We both know it.

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-01-24/bitcoin-2014-3-critical-factors

I've posted that same thing multiple times.

earlier he finally at least replied to my repeated question where I asked why he admittedly sold Btc at around $200/Btc "to pay some billls" and then a few months later bought back in at $800.

Recall that I asked why anyone with such a 24/7 "buy buy buy" and "they might reach a 5 or 6 digit conversion rate" message on this (and at least half a dozen other sites) would ever sell and then pay 1600% premium (annualized) to buy them back?

I asked whether he lacked the courage in his convictions that he wants everyone else to have, or whether he didnt have a pot to piss in and didnt have enough credit to "pay some bills".

He replied but did not answer. His reply: "Fonestar says a lot of things."

A few days ago he commended a poster for quoting and linking a reddit post. He said that "reddit is an excellent source of information on Btc". Well that curious because a month ago he lambasted a different poster who also quoted and linked something from reddit: "So we're supposed to believe what some idiot on reddit said?"

I know that there have been others but it's not my habit to memorize this pumper's inconsistencies.

One of the litmus tests for a liar is that they can't consistently stay on message because they can't remember all the lies. The truth has no such impediment, and I speak truthly about this guy.

At least he did refently inadverantly admit that this was a pyramid scheme. He posted that Btc was "the ticket to riches". I called him out and pointed out that it's the early adopters who will grow rich off the subsidy provided by others (as, for example, the folks who bought at $1250). Btw I don't know yet whether it is a scheme, and I did not say that it was...he did.

Btc does have momentum, and there are and will be plenty of holders who tenaciously cling to their beliefs no mattter what the fundamentals may some day indicate (picture Randolph and Mortimer Duke), so even if this does unwind badly, it likely won't unwind quickly...in which case I'll reverse Fonestar's words: you don't want to be the last one selling.

Comments are cached for a few months or however many posts.  There is no way of going back through a users 3+ years of commentary, they are not cached anywhere and nobody is writing a book.  So take your requests for evidence and shove them up your shit hole you moron.  The legacy of fonestar is well established across the web, including the wallet that he has occasionally posted.

And if someone has to sell some BTC at $200 or $2000 or $20,000 that is fine because even at $20,000 BTC Bitcoin adoption will be almost non-existent.  gh0atrider will confidently bid $200,000 BTC knowing very well the best is yet to come.

The fonestardation process shall not abait!  It seems but a fortnight ago, that fonestar was sent into the virtual wilderness to preach the gospel of Satoshi Nakamoto to dim-minded "stacker" luddites.  These stackers in their infinite wisdom had decided there was no more room for currency, electronic payment, technology or computers in their brave new world (although somewhat incoherently, Visa and Mastercard survive to process their silver & gold orders from APMEX).  Initially met with brazen hostility, fonestar was able to convince them of the merits of Bitcoin ownership.  By the time they killed him in May 2014 he was loved by all.

I have to agree with the Urban Roman. I'm afraid Weev's email is petulant and childish in tone and stylistically sophomoric at best. No one is going to take him seriously because he sounds like a kid in a snit who has an inflated impression of himself and not much to back it up. He would have been better served to hire a lawyer who would not have been so emotionally involved, would have at least followed the forms, refrained from ad hominem attacks and restrained any tendency towards making grandiose and quite impossible demands or over-dramatization. He would have composed a proper, dry, business letter delivered in the traditional manner - by certified mail, which if not nearly as much fun, would get the consideration it deserves.

Tue, 05/20/2014 - 20:46 | 4779477 Chump
Chump's picture

Well, for one, you're agreeing with a moron who can't read basic English and admits that he's too lazy to think.  Not someone I would align myself with, personally.

To address a valid point, I don't think he actually expects to be paid even one shiny penny.  The end of his letter suggests as much when he says:

Now the government’s answer, or lack of it, will be permanently preserved in the Bitcoin block chain as a matter of public record. PAY ME MY MONEY, YOU LYING SUBHUMAN GARBAGE. You also should resign from your posts, as you’ve shown yourselves to be collective disgraces to rule of law and enemies of the United States Constitution.

Maybe I'm wrong.  If so, well, expecting evil assholes to pay you after violating your rights is not bright.  Actually expecting them to pay via Bitcoin is flat-out idiotic.  Again, I don't think he expects even a negative response, just like I can't fathom that he would really expect a single tyrant to step down from their post for something as silly as violating the Constitution.

You can take issue all you want with his tone.  The man's rights were violated for 3 years, he was wrongfully convicted, and somehow managed to find justice in the appeals process.  This letter struck me as a giant middle finger stuck in the face of violent, hateful, treasonous pieces of filth.  It was a war cry.  You aren't cheering him on?

This man has it way more together than I do, because I would be headed straight back to prison for beating some public "servants" with a tire iron.  I would want payment in blood, not Bitcoins.

Things that go bump's picture

I think he could and should be compensated. I think he should be compensated a lot. I think he deserves a formal apology from the Director of the FBI and Eric Holder. I think he should consult an attorney and sue the lot of them personally. I don't think that government officials have protections when commiting deliberate wrongful acts in the course of their duties and are, indeed, specifically prohibited from such acts. I don't think he should go back to Arkansas, lick his wounds and fire off ridiculous emails full of sound and fury signifying nothing; emails that will leave the recipients snickering and giggling before they forward them to all their friends.

Tue, 05/20/2014 - 21:37 | 4779677 Chump
Chump's picture

Well we're just at odds then.  Of all the heinous shit Holder is responsible for, do you think he'll even bat an eye for some nerd?

Not to be defeatist, but I think any lawsuit fails.  Plenty of people get off on appeal and get jack all as compensation.  Add to that the fact that the appeals court decision speaks almost solely to the issue of venue and he has barely a toe to stand on in a suit.  I agree that he should be compensated, but he won't be.  I think he knows that, and the supposed defendants of any lawsuit he might bring would snicker and laugh at that as much as this email, if not more.

We reached the point quite a while ago where pursuing meaningful change through legal and political means is a non-starter.  If you disagree then I truly do applaud your optimism and I wish you nothing but the best in your endeavors.  No sarcasm.

Tue, 05/20/2014 - 22:02 | 4779754 Things that go bump
Things that go bump's picture

I had the impression from his email that an FBI agent had perjured himself and that the appellate court found this to be the case, but if he only got off on a technicality you're right. He'll get nowhere in the courts and probably couldn't find an attorney to represent him without a very substantial retainer up front. He'll just have to sit in Arkansas and lick his wounds, but Thomas Paine he is not.

I do agree with you that we are well past the point where there is any possible political solution to our problems and the courts have been captured along with the other branches of government. What happens when the people can no longer apply to the government or the courts for redress?

I disagree. To use a "Game of Thrones" analogy, Weev took a Ned Stark approach, full of honor and direct confrontation. Ned got his head sliced off. Better to be a Peter Baelish, seem to go along with TPTB but undermine them more effectively through intelligent, discrete action.

my dearest elvisdog,

i doubt many of us here except the elders will understand this, but comparing an actual 'real' experience or situation to something that occured on the television is a rather poor use of one's life.  it is similar to the use of the word 'like'.

'it was really like that time on seinfeld.....'

but, at least you are here right now, and not watching game of thrones.

game of thrones exists to distract you from your own real life.

on the other hand, you could experience similar things, thoughts, ideas, connections to what Karl Jung called the 'collective unconscious'.

here are a few books:  the golden asse by apuleius.  njal's saga.  metamorphis by ovid.  volpone by ben jonson.  tao te ching.

educated people have been reading and discussing this stuff for 100's or 1,000's of years.  longer than lebron james will last, i promise.

game of thrones is all based on this.  take your freedom while you still can.  read the source.  let your mind grow.

turn off the tube.

Kid needs to read up on Hegel. Otherwise, he too will do nothing but to ensure the growth of the state occurs in his own name.

If anyone thinks that TPTB are afraid of Weev, well, they're in for a rude awakening. They absolutely love it when such grand self-propelled tools emerge on their own, as it's far easier than having to create them.

Don't be so quick to judge- Retired General Benton Partin reported and testified that the fertilizer bomb didn't do it. Didn't matter, of course.  McVey was a patsy.  Many people in the know have discreditted the official story, Weev is one.

"The Murrah Federal Building was not destroyed by one sole truck bomb. The major factor in its destruction appears to have been detonation of explosives carefully placed at four critical junctures on supporting columns within the building."

Was it a conspiracy?  Maybe, but OKC would be a strange place to target.  McVay was a dumbass.  Duped?  Maybe but more than stupid enough to do it.

Geez!  You are not very discriminating in what you believe.

McVeigh killed many innocent people, including children.  He was just another thug, and a terrorist.

There are people who could be held up as true patriots, and who did not resort to cheap use of force.

Snowden, for example.

I guess you just don't believe the government's own explosives expert or his report.  For whatever silly reason, I do.

BTW, if you read this far down, love the pic.  Great movie.  Real Americans, if I recall.

Smart man.  Interesting write up, but it is just an opinion.  I found The Secrets of the Federal Reserve, years ago, reading the comments here.  Eustice Mullins.  One of the best books I've ever read.  Very detailed. Cross-Referenced.  Excellent work.  So far, this lacks the research.

I googled the images from the building.  Given where the truck was parked, that is exactly the blast pattern you should expect.  Excessive?  Yes.  Direction?  Perfect.  The front of the truck would have directed parts of the blast exactly where the most damage is.  Physics 101.

My job is to get the details & put them together into a workable system.  Still lacking here.

There is a big difference between taking a stand and demanding that the government stop abusing its power, respect the constitution, etc etc, which I am all for, and murdering hundreds of innocent people, including many children, which no one should be for.

That is a monstrous thing to do, no better than the govt thugs & terrorists that murder innocent people, and completely inexcusable.  McVey called them "collateral damage" and didn't give a shit about all the innocent lives he snuffed out & the innocent families that he destroyed that day.

The death penalty was too kind of a sentence for him.

Studies at the Murrah building show highly coincidental evidence in the explosion characteristics that match the World Trade buildings 1 and 2 that occurred on 911.
