Meet Directive 3025.18 Granting Obama Authority To Use Military Force Against Civilians
While the "use of armed [unmanned aircraft systems] is not authorized," The Washington Times uncovering of a 2010 Pentagon directive on military support to civilian authorities details what critics say is a troubling policy that envisions the Obama administration’s potential use of military force against Americans. As one defense official proclaimed, "this appears to be the latest step in the administration’s decision to use force within the United States against its citizens." Meet Directive 3025.18 and all its "quelling civil disturbances" totalitarianism...
As The Washington Times reports,
Directive No. 3025.18, “Defense Support of Civil Authorities,” was issued Dec. 29, 2010, and states that U.S. commanders “are provided emergency authority under this directive.”
“Federal military forces shall not be used to quell civil disturbances unless specifically authorized by the president in accordance with applicable law or permitted under emergency authority,” the directive states.
“In these circumstances, those federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the president is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances” under two conditions.
The conditions include military support needed “to prevent significant loss of life or wanton destruction of property and are necessary to restore governmental function and public order.” A second use is when federal, state and local authorities “are unable or decline to provide adequate protection for federal property or federal governmental functions.”
A U.S. official said the Obama administration considered but rejected deploying military force under the directive during the recent standoff with Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his armed supporters.
“Federal action, including the use of federal military forces, is authorized when necessary to protect the federal property or functions,” the directive states.
Military assistance can include loans of arms, ammunition, vessels and aircraft. The directive states clearly that it is for engaging civilians during times of unrest.
There is one silver lining (for now)...

Playing with bleach and ammonia is quite dangerous for the person who is attempting the destruction. I myself can attest to this as once a brilliant idea to remove gophers turned into a personal learning experience. Probably the loss of a few key IQ points that prevented me moving past Calculus. It is okay to ask where I got the amalgam. I had bought this Mercury with Gold in it at Santee Swap Meet and some Ceramic Circuit Boards with Pure Gold on them. It was about 3/10ths Gram of .999 Fine per board. Anyway they had already started with many of them to dissolve it in Mercury. (Idiot way of doing this, but...)
So I completed the process with the remaining Boards. I then created the Aqua Regia and am dissolving the amalgate. There is a white crystaline precipitate which is Mercury Chloride.
I will filter the salt out of the solution. I will repeat the process with the precipitate to garner any remaining Gold.
Then I will baseify the solution and the Fine Gold will precipitate out of it. I am expecting about 5 Grams which is not bad for my $35 investment.
But I will be happy to dine with you...not at my place, but, perchance yours?

I believe it would actually be closer to about 100 to 1 as to how outnumbered they would be because you know there would be a helluva a lot of former military in their 50s-60s who are angry as fuck at this .gov seeing as the treatment rendered by such orgs as the VA. Flat out, it would be a fucking slaughter and they know it so they slowly move the needle to anesthetize the populace through bread and circus. This is why you will never see a civil war. I claimed many years ago, when we went to an all volunteer force, that the government was preparing to use the military inside America against the people. In a sense I was wrong, because that did not happen anytime soon after the shift to all volunteer military. A lot has changed since then, but we are reaching an economic, social and political point where the US military is a handy weapon that Washington can threaten to use or use against any members of the public seeking to enforce change outside of the ballot box. We all know what US elections now amount to, so little hope for change there. The police state can squash most any protest the public is capable of. But the second economic crisis has not hit yet, that one will devestate a large section of the public, it is at that time that the congress and white house will be glad they command the most power force on the planet. Those who own guns and think that emplies power in a broader sense are wrong. The military, reserves and police combined can exterminate us all like roaches. We are not like the East Ukrainians, they have most young men with military service training under the draft, they have taken weapons from storage places across the country. Since Russia and Ukraine are defensive militaries, designed to defend their homelands, the weapons are stored across the home land, not in foreign military bases, thus available to be looted.
