Meanwhile In Brazil, Hours Before Kickoff...

Tyler Durden's picture

Not quite the "crowds" everyone was expecting...

Brazil are expected to win 4-1 against Croatia... let's hope the "crowd" is not disappointed...

The really funny part is that Brazilians are on average far more disillusioned with the World Cup than ever before. Most people are simply pissed off that so much money and effort was spent on the event, when so much else in the country is a complete mess. They understand the level of corruption going on.

At some point TPTB will realize that they can no longer distract with these circuses.

“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”-- Frank Zapa

That's what the elites like to think will happen.

Significantly, they forget how dependent they are on us (the whole point is to have an underclass to earnestly do your work for you, so you can focus on backstabbing your way to 'power' and direct it all).

Sociopaths make terrible soldiers, workers or researchers - how will they compete with other parts of the planet when all they have left is sell outs, brutes and bitches?  Even if they go so far as to obliterate all other life on earth, then all they will have left is a small group of bunker'd ultra-sociopaths with no outside enemy...

There is no deep logic in a sociopath's mind - they think they are so smart and have everything figured out when in fact they are just endlessly reacting to childhood abuse and other 'demons' that push them to want to victimize others and rationalize it.  The illusion is the source of their power (the power of lies), so it is a big deal that it has been so completely revealed to all, and the application of simple force (as suggested by Zappa) is generally the quickest way to lose all social power, so it's a disaster for them, more than anyone else.

As an aside, even their own 'elite' members are deeply lied to (Mind Kontrolled), and thus the group can't handle the truth that is coming out, since it also sets their members free.  Things change and nothing lasts for ever, so why should anyone think the satanic cabal's dominion and type of tactics (lying) would continue to work so well for ever, in spite of vast changes in communication technology?

For over a year, every time Simon Black writes some hit-piece on Argentina, I have been pointing out that the real crisis in South America is in Brazil, but no one wants to hear that because international investors have gotten wealthy off "BRIC" investments in Brazil.  The situation for the people in Brazil gets worse every day, however, despite all these "investments" and the wonders of international capital flows (all the profits flow into the hands of a few connected and very wealthy people).  It was planned in advance and it was not in that this has been going on for some time now in Sao Paulo... just now the world notices.  Tensions are very high especially right now because of all the money the government has poured into facilities for sports while the people languish.  Expect more of the same throughout the Cup whether Brazil wins or loses.

Have to agree that Brazil is in deep, deep do-do, but I also have experience with Argentina. People from neighboring countries can hardly stand the Argentinians, and it is worse recently. People from Argentina visiting Brazil and Uruguay are nervous wrecks and leave bad feelings and problems in their wake. Recently, places in Brazil stopped accepting the Argentine peso, which only made the situation worse. Obviously, this is a generalization and not true for everyone from Argentina.

Kirchener is driving Argentina into the ground and the people are going nuts watching their money disappear. Brazil is still functioning (as it were), but problems are building. Real estate is generally far overpriced and inflation is at a level we would consider crazy. The corruption of Dilma and her predecessor are hollowing out Brazil. It is walking ever closer to the edge, but not yet over the cliff like Argentina.

Its just how the money is ACCOUNTED FOR.  Big difference.

At least, as sports go, with soccer and basketball it can be performed with a single person and a ball and, in the case of basketball, only one net/goal.  Other sports are for the wealthier societies...  That said, paying such huge sums of money to people to play for their masters, while there's no money in the slums, is downright immoral.

I recently discovered an old jas of sour cream that was baking in the sun for a few months until the contents burst out of it. The smell was enough to turn your guts inside out. I wrapped it in 20 plastic bags at least, and it was still getting through. I had to wash my hands for days to get rid of all the traces. If there is a confrontation like this - forget tear gas. Prep a few sealed containers of spoied food. It'll eat through motherfucking tank armor!

I recall one friend of mine who once discovered an open bag of immitation crab meat that was sealed inside a dead fridge for 6 years. Now that smell was enough to cause permanent paralysis. It's enough to make me vomit, just thinking of it 25 years later.

If you think revolition is coming, get a stash of spoiled food going, preferably in containers that can be fired out of a potato canon. I smelled a lots of chemicals in my life (my father worked at a gas mask testing lab for a few years). I tell you that nothing in the world compares to 6-year old spoiled fake crab meat.

Look, I live in Brazil and I'll tell you one thing:
1 - Not so the Brazilians march had enough, I even hoped that the police had given more beatings these guys, okay make claims BEFORE the World Cup, is an internal thing, but ours alone, since the world is watching in people, has more is that beating these guys down.
2 - Those marches 1 million people a few months ago was for a simple reason, alerting the government to hold the increases (and hence, hold down inflation) but also saw police seize a vehicle with five guys in a suitcase luggage full of dollars. The Federal Police was thrown (by order of President Dilma) to investigate and everything was muffled.
3 - Most know or suspect who attempted a "colorful autumn" here, who tried to get screwed in green and yellow.
4 - Most analysts in the U.S. only sees what is trading at $ when it comes to Brazil, forget the domestic market, much of what is produced here is consumed, conveniently forget that we exchange with Russia and China without dollars. Conveniently forget that we are almost sufficient in oil, steel, food. Yes, we have inflation. Yes, real estate in some regions are above what they're worth. Yes, there is corruption (tell me where there is that I change my Dad).
The Brazilian is in general like most of family care, trade, his life and live well.

Why are they waiting so long to cancel the Olympics in Brazil. If that committee has any common sense left, they would bring the Games back to Athens or another city that already has the venues. Greece went broke after the Olympics. Brazil is in deep trouble over the cost to host the WC and the Games.

It's all about fucking bankers giving fucking huge loans to these countries to build their Taj Mahal of a sports venue in a short amount of time and then have these monstrous buildings sitting empty for the rest of their lifespan which is a very very long time.

FIFA, IOC, IMF, World Bank .. All corrupt, all the time.

Have you seen a house of Indian?
He lives with what you need, what is essential.
Well, so is 99% of Brazilians live so and only with what they need to live.
A couple does not need more than a constructed space of 60 square meters where there are two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom constructed on a plot of 250 square meters.
That is culture.
Very nice to see a house like in the U.S. where would fit five families or more, but what to do with all that space? Show to others their wealth? For what purpose live a family of five people would fit in the space where 200 people?
Well, said all the above to answer it:
Yes, we are making the World Cup and the Olympics but we will, in our own way.
After all, the Olympics are to test physical limits of individuals in politically separate States or to show scenic beauty?
Very clueless think that we need to build palaces to live.
One other thing, I wrote other comments in post below, grateful to those who liked it.
Those who disliked and only assossiam Brazil with prostitution and beautiful women, want to make clear that I think this insane behavior. The guy just think of prostitutes, my understanding is unfortunate that it is not able to manage a decent family.
Another comment was about whether my third wife goiana continues with the same body when we married 23 years ago. Yes, still.
Smart woman knows how to keep a husband.

Maybe your 3rd wife has a secret formula to keep looking the same after 23 years of marriage? please share with the rest of us! most wives cannot keep that up and I can't afford to marry again and again and again like getting latest I-gadget phone or tablet!

My barn has 400 sq meters and my chicken barn has 100 sq meters. Our house has more than 60 sq meters but five families would kill each other there over time.

Americans need big houses to put all their crap from China. This is the American economy. Also, a regular Brazilian door is too small for the big fat American ass and the ride-on scooter.

Do they have scooters for fat people in Brazil? I don't think so! Would get stuck in Copacabana and wheels probably stolen the first night.

Orangegeek: Orange (or yellow) intelligent

No, I'm not your uncle Fernando.

I'm a simple guy who does not have Facebook, Linkedin, Orkut, blog or online shit, like talking "mustache mustache" as they say here, face to face.
Read carefully "ZeroHedge" and other broad spectrum Network, from right to left, top to bottom (Sorcha Faal up kkkk).
There's a lot of shit on the Net, need filtering is not good appears but my wife has Facebook tiadalvatel there that my IP is probably known here but not because I want to.
One of the most sensible guys who read Paul Craig Robert's will for me, the old man likes cats like me and has an impressive lucidity, for me would be a U.S. President Putin's stature, unfortunately in America there is no direct vote required as in Brazil and, moreover, e where you just take your finger to vote.
I think we Brazilians have much to teach about the U.S. democracy.
Democracy is done with people, not with lead and money.

NWO storm troopers in body armor clocking their truncheons against their shields as they goose-step menacingly toward the peaceful unarmed protestors...same as the NWO storm troopers did at the Pittsburg G-20, less the LRAD.

That G-20 video was one of my favorites to pass around, until gubbermint scrubbed it a few days later.  Witlessing the truncheon-clocking, one kid gleefully commented, "Intimidation!"

Witlessing...please tell me that was deliberate...because it was perfect. Love it!

Well I was going to settle down and watch a lot of these games, but now the first game appears decided only by a disgraceful referee decision in favour of the home team they can get stuffed! I'm not going to waste my time watching a game where just a single bad referee decision decides the winner!
