This Pretty Much Sums It Up...
Submitted by Simon Black via Sovereign Man blog,
According to a new Gallup pole, a record amount of Americans now disapprove of President Obama.
Now, this is nothing new. Presidential approval ratings go up and down, and Mr. Obama has had a long-term slide thanks to… oh, I don’t know… a total avalanche of foul-ups ranging from the Obamacare fiasco to the IRS targeting his enemies to the VA scandal to the intelligence community’s surveillance of the press, et cetera ad infinitum.
But here’s the interesting thing– this poll about the President’s approval rating. It’s about his image– who he is as a person. Do Americans think he’s a trustworthy person with strong character? Nope. Not even close.
In fact, a majority of Americans personally view Mr. Obama unfavorably. Less than half think that he is honest.

It’s a pretty sad state of affairs, frankly, when the President of the United States cannot even be viewed as an honest person by the constituents that he governs. But more importantly, it signals an end to this system.
Everywhere you look there are signs that the game is resetting. In Europe, the establishment parties have been voted out and politicians are in a panic. In many other parts of the world, all-out revolution is ensuing.
Around the globe, people’s apathy is turning into disgust… and that disgust into action.
Initially it unfolds in the voting booth, or even in the streets. Eventually, though, people will realize that putting different politicians in power only changes the players, it doesn’t change the game.
Long ago our ancestors learned the same lesson. After centuries of living under the feudal system, they discovered that it didn’t matter which monarch was in power. It was the system itself that needed to be reset.
Today, the world finally seems to be learning that it’s not about a single individual in power… but the entire institution itself that is rotten.
By virtue of its size and (at least for now) dominance, the US is the last to this party. But based on the data, it seems to me that we are in the early stages of this transition… a total reset in the way that society organizes and governs itself.
This is not something that will take place overnight.
But just as the French Revolution led the world once and for all out of feudalism and into the modern nation-state, the consequences of this transition will have far-reaching effects and be one of the biggest stories of our time.
History is full of examples of similar transitions; none of them were particularly smooth or peaceful. In the case of France in 1789, the country experienced a 26-year period of turmoil, which included hyperinflation, civil war, genocide, and military dictatorship. Not particularly pleasant conditions.
Our world will hopefully fare much better. But ‘hope’ has never been a particularly reliable course of action.
That’s why it’s imperative to ensure you’re ‘wearing your seatbelt‘. Because for people who understand this trend, there are literally generational fortunes to be made. And those who ignore it may be putting their entire livelihood at risk.

...But when asked would you vote for him again, 70% said yes.
I would bet that 50% of the country hasn't heard of any of the scandals listed in the article.
Yep, the dumb sheeple don't give a rat's ass about his scandals or whether Obozo is honest...
"Just keep my free-shit commin' baby!"
Bread & Circuses... worked for Rome. And for those that got restless, the Security State, in the form of the Roman Legions, made sure any dissent was quickly squelched. History is repeating itself once again.
Worst President in history.
Jimmy Carter can now die a happy man.
A terrible yoke has been removed from his shoulders.
From peanuts, Billy Beer, and an annoying daughter to Hope, Change and an annoying wife.
My, how times have changed.
Is a Gallup pole similar to a Gallup poll?
Thanks,
"Worst President in history"
No. That honor would still go to G Dubya. Not only did he create so much of the current clusterfuck by expanding the welfare and warfare state to unprecedented levels, his abject failure is the ONLY thing that could create a vacuum large enough for the faux black guy to be elected president.
That being said they're all statist fuckers right back to Washington. This continent would have been better off with a series of handshake agreements for common defense and a free market standard of commodity backed currency.
Anarcho Capitalisim...
FuknA +1
They don't call them low information voters for nothing. Obama only destroyed this nation. Better than Bush?
Don't think so....
"Worst President in history"
Ive said this for 3 presidents in a row now.
There is NO WAY* anyone coming next can be worse than this tool.
* dear god i hope not.
You're going to love President H. Clinton.
Most Merkans are brain-dead and pay zero attention to anything political or economics... I had convo with friends at the office this morning and none, not a single one had any idea about what is going on in Iraq... These same folks knew nothing about the influx of illegal teenagers flooding across the border... And this is in freaking Texas of all places...
Please tell me that they do not vote? Or do they vote for anyone promising free stuff?
Well since half the country is on the dole, I can say without an doubt whatsoever, that those folks would vote for him again.
Without even batting an eye.
We're really screwed.
Too bad 60% of that 70% you are talking about can't say yes cause' they are dead...
^.^
As bad as Obama is, he's still better than Bush. Of course that isn't saying much
The above is probably the only poster here on ZH who is NOT being followed by Obozo's NSA, FBI, DHS, CIA, etc.
As big an asshole as MDB is he's still not as big an asshole as midtowng. And that ain't saying jackshit.
Zero is Bush on steroids less the backbone.
If Golfocrat was a party...elected for life.
Maybe it's because he's a giant douche.
Yeah, he's a douche', and he represents well what America's leadership has become as a nation: a nation of sellouts.
Money rules and lies are the tools. No moral compass, no principles.
The Rule of Law is kryptonite to a sociopath. Hence the need to destroy it. Welcome to the New Feudal World Order.
Problem is that the alternatives are fat old retards
Problem is that americans don't want to change a system
Why should they when the FSA represents almost 1/2 of the poplulation? Only when the FSA is starving in the streets, will real change come. And we are a long way from that. Maybe decades. IMO, it's going to be a long grind downhill.
this is the reason why i have given up hope. I'm just working my ass off to get out of the grid and out of the system. The FSA will continue and there are many MANY more on the way as the border is WIDE OPEN! Long land, gardens, canning, cuttings, close family and friends, chickens and guns, gold and water and solar and wind. Anything else and you are going to be highly disappointed I'm afraid
Obama = worst.president.ever
Obama is to America as OJ simpson is to Nicole, cutting the throat of America, the middle class.
Downvoters, cry me a river since it's not PC.
The "downvoters" are probably voting for your 2nd sentence.
Yep, most likely. I'll take the bad with the good. Ridicule of our leaders in whatever fashion that draws attention to the issue is what I'm after. I'm sure that Flacksturbater will label me a rayciss now too.
For a Sunni muslim, closet homosexual and faculty lounge Marxist I think he's doing a swell job.
and you wonder why you get ridiculed? stop beating around the bush and just say you don't want a nigger in the white house unless he's cleaning the bathrooms or doing the lawn. it's ok...many will understand.
He left out "Kenyan".
Naturalized Indonesian.
Just stick to the facts.
yes, and hermaphrodite, martian, pedophile, baby killer, drug addict, crack dealer and (gasp) French!
Aw come on now, he's not french.
Yep that's it you figgered out all of us collective racist redneck Nascar watching chewin tabaccy spitting budweiser swilling negro hangin' conservatives.
For a Kenyan Hawaiian pot-head with no academic record and no job achievements, he's the best Nobel Peace Prize winner we could get at this price.
how the hell can you NOT Love President Obumba??? i mean for pete's sakes.. the Man Saved us from a Depression...
it's hard to look back at our recent history of elected persons and conclude that americans are any good at judging character.
this is not a defense of obama, it's a fact about americans.
I don't know, look at the choice they wre given. Obama vs Kerry (running on Bush's record) Obama vs Romney.
Would you really rather have Kerry or Romney?
"According to a new Gallup pole..."
...as in "you'r going to love this new shafting..."
So what.
Keep the rich richer, as they pay the bribes.
Promise more welfare and shit to the masses, as they vote.
Presto.
Lien sack of shit - since day one!
I have seen a lot of these posers since the 60's - i have never despised a President like i do this one - can't stand him
I thought my visceral hatred of Bush the lesser couldn't be topped. Obama proved me wrong. Now with Hillary on deck, the scale has exploded and been rendered useless.
A big key part of this also has to do with the White House bot that puts out communication to all of us underlings. It's just one big template and with the climate control effort, they used "junk science" numbers...like how dumb do they think we are or did they "really" suck up this "junk science" and believe it? Could be either for all I know, but the White House behaves like a bot anymore...everything on a boring template that resembles the rest of what rolls into my inbox.

In truth, Obama is not the problem. The electorate that put him there is the problem. The huge apparatus of state that is blindly following him around is the problem. The Fed that is financializing this insanity is the problem.
I hope these poll numbers mean that America has looked in the mirror, and does not like what it sees.
Yes and no. The no is that the USA does not have real elections. It is all rigged with many back up plans. Romney was the shill this time. Adelson gave money to Romney and also to Newt to insure Santorum was blocked. Santorum had primaries stolen from him in late voting in cities by Romney.
Romney won many states including Florida but were stolen in late voting in the cities in the same manner. Romney then feigned shock because his special software failed on election day. Multiple back ups and cover stories to make sure nothing is missed. Just like the speech in the movie JFK by Donald Sutherland as the spook and former colonel. Nothing left to chance. All stolen from under the public and the newsmedia is in the loop all the way.
One of the few honest news people and election experts Michael Barone was shocked on election night because he knew it was stolen. Senate seats as well and a few house seats too.
He's in the fight of his life...and he has to start fighting period...let alone fight back.
Having a "credibility gap" presupposes you have credibility...that means backing up your words with some "street cred." The time for "pin prick strikes" and "laser like focus" are now long gone.
The number of Americans in Iraq was quite large...I want to say 40,000. This may have changed but obviously "the surprise" is in "the speed" of the attack and not in the attack itself. A "blitzkreig" as it were.
Baghdad must be stabilized immediately or else you could have something truly catastrophic happen here.
On the good side the Aircraft Carrier you were going to send in to deal with "your other arch-enemy" (Putin) was at least en route. But you will need to deploy those Navy boys and ground troops now too.
"You can only go with what you've got."
But you also have to have the will to use it.
If the perception builds that you simply have no will to fight period...well, this is the result.
God forbid if there's an uprising in Baghdad proper.
Simon, it's a poll not a pole; maybe you spelled it that way because it's about Obama (?)
This guy is a work of Art.....
Honest? He's a politician. If you ever thought he was honest, well...catch a wake up. And that especially goes for the 40-something percent who still think he's honest.
a nigger is NOT honnest, it is genetically impossible.
three weeks and five days, surprised it took you this long to get banned.
I sent him a message yesterday callng him a dickhead,I'm expecting a knock any minute.
My guess is that, like all othetr government supporting propaganda, this too is a LIE.
If Obama actually scores higher than single digets in any one of those catagories, when actual human beings are polled, then it would be a miracle.
Simon..I believe the word 'amount' is used to describe homogeniuos commodities like lard or sand, not people.
I'm usually right about this kind of thing and am always right in sniffing out misuse of 'fewer' and 'less'.
Now I'll go look it up and see if I made an ass of myself.
In 2008, I wrote an internet column called "Profiles in Courage and Cowardice," saying the guy was basically a puppet and phoney, as far from JFK as one could get.
AC not PC
I DON'T NEED TO STINKIN "POLE" TO TELL ME WHAT I ALREADY KNEW ABOUT FUCKBAMA SINCE..........OH...200fckin7 SIMON....
Do tptb think he’s a trustworthy person with strong character?
Of course not, ideology is for Proles, aligning ones self with tptb is for Presidents.
Left Right paradigm is bullshit and so is your ideology unless of course it meshes with the wishes of tptb. Our President is keenly aware of this fact.

The U.S. Puppet Regimes In The Muslim World
Are All Paper Tiger Tyrannies Hated By Their Oppressed People
By Jack D. Douglas
The U.S. War Against Islam, which began with the annihilations of Afghanistan and Iraq roughly thirteen years ago, led to a sudden, immense, secret transformation of the Muslim World.
To say we are awash in scandals is an understatement. It is fortunate that the American people have the attention span of a gnat, this will help them through these troubled times. It is almost guaranteed that all the scandals and all the revelations that emerge from the nations capital will come to naught. A polarized America has become unable to react with any real outrage.
It appears that in its current form our Government has simply become to big to obtain the degree of over-site necessary to keep its agencies in line. These scandals are becoming to many to count, but to small to have much meaning to many people. Even when the law is broken the Presidents supporters often try to argue it away as political nitpicking. More on this subject in the article below.

Somehow I think Gallup forgot to poll all those "new" Americans running across the Mexican border. I suspect they would say they like Obama -- just a bit.
More importantly, all those new "Americans" help tptb infinite economic growth model.
."It’s a pretty sad state of affairs, frankly, when the President of the United States cannot even be viewed as an honest person by the constituents that he governs. But more importantly, it signals an end to this system."
Politicians lie. The higher up the politician gets, the bigger their lies get. It doesn't matter what political party they represent, or what time period they're in. Anyone who believes otherwise, who thinks their guy or gal is a straight-shooter, is a naive fanboy.
"I did not have sexual relations with that woman."
"Saddam has weapons of mass destruction."
"Too Big To Fail is Too Big To Exist."
"The ACA won't raise the deficit one dime."
"If you like your insurance, you can keep it."
I could list endless examples from every administration since George Washington. They lie when convenient; all of them. They used to lie in their own words, but for the past few decades they've just hired speech writers to script the lies for them. Now they just have to deliver the lie in a convincing manner to the TV cameras.
And they have whole media outlets that are by default aligned with their goals and the goals of the elite financiers, that propagate their lies for them. This one is especially shocking, in O'Bombers personal online blog, the NYT.

Flash - former VP "Dick" Cheney has just checked into a hospital reporting that he has had a erection lasting more than four hours after watching reports fom Iraq on CNN. Every nurse on hospital staff has resigned. Daughter Liz brushes off the incident saying "I've got everything in hand."
ha ha ha! good one!
I saw a faggotty aids ravaged South American scrawny jungle monkey on a David Attenborough program, that bent over obentiently whenever another was in the vicinity, in order to survive one more day.
It had far more personality than any fucking Kenyan monkey
Simon's challenges conquering the English language seem almost equal to Tyler's...
Gentlemen, I believe you meant to say "According to a new Gallup POLL, a record NUMBER of Americans..."
But alas your failure to master the English language still pales in contrast to your failures to grasp how precious metals markets function, so who's complaining?
