... and focus all their negative energy on this (very bearded) face instead: the one belonging to the repetedly interviewed by US press alleged "masterming" of the deadly Benghazi attack, Ahmed Abu Khatallah (profiled previously) who for nearly two years was hiding in plain sight in Libya, and who has finally, after extensive Google searches on his current whereabouts by the CIA, been found and captured (a process CNN described as "a large group of trappers quietly snaring rare and dangerous prey") and is being brought back to the US by way of slow boat to be waterboarded until Hillary Clinton's book sales finally pick up.
Failure to abide by this polite request by the administration will result in an executive order demanding the same.

Can someone explain to me how US law applies to this non-US citizen in a foreign country? How does a federal court have jurisdiction? Not that I support his actions, but these were killings in a war zone.
By that logic, Yemen or Pakistani Special Forces could then be justified in arresting US politicians and taking them back to those countries for trials for manslaughter of innocent people killed in drone strikes.

Terrorists, by definition under the Geneva Convention, have no "rights" according to said document. All enemy soldiers are to be considered soldiers until their status is defined. (Article I, III and IV iirc)
If determined to be a "terrorist" and not a soldier, then technically we can drag them outside and put two in their head.
Thanks for the reply. What is the definition of a "terrorist"? (serious question). In a rag tag country at civil war, no one is going to have uniforms and such. Just because someone doesn't have nice uniforms and organizational structure, that doesn't seem to me to qualfiy as "terrorist".
So as long as we are organized and were uniforms we can "terrorize" people with drone strikes? (seems like the logical conclusion).

Well, we're one global nation in the eyes of this administration. The New World Order, if you will. So, we're all subject to the legal system. Apparently he is being detained for shooting an American on American soil (the embassy, or consolate, or whatever the State Department refers to the facility as).
If he were standing outside the grounds they would be harder pressed to charge him with US Federal crimes.
