ISIS Is Hiring Judges, Doctors And Engineers As Al-Qaeda Prepares For War Against Caliphate

Tyler Durden's picture

As we reported earlier, in what was perhaps the first official action by the jihadists with the glossy year end brochures, the newly crated ISIS Caliphate which stretches from Syria to Iraq (and which is not longer ISIS, just IS, or Islamic State) made a global call urging the Muslim proletariat to immigrate to the newly created territory in a clear example of what in the US would be called "porous" immigration policy. Judging the by the expansive proposed borders, the terrorist organization, which in the past has received occasional training and support by the US and with a penchant for cannibalism will have a while to wait before its removes all the slack from its incipient economy, more or less like the Fed.

But perhaps more curious is that the leader of the self-proclaimed al-Qaeda spin off nation, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, in addition to a broad religious call to arms, so to speak, also beckoned workers with a specific skillset to present themselves for duty: namely those with military, medical and managerial skills were urged to flock to the newly-declared state in an audio recording released Tuesday.

As Al Arabiya reports, the newly named “caliph” said the appeal especially applied to “judges and those who have military and managerial and service skills, and doctors and engineers in all fields.”

It goes without saying that IS is also in need to fighters (not to mention suicide bombers, although compensation arrangements there could be problematic): Baghdadi also addressed the group’s fighters, saying that “your brothers in all the world are waiting” to be rescued by them.

“Terrify the enemies of Allah and seek death in the places where you expect to find it,” he said. “Your brothers, on every piece of this earth, are waiting for you to rescue them.”

“By Allah, we will take revenge, by Allah we will take revenge, even if after a while,” Baghdadi said. “Fighters should “embrace the chance and champion Allah’s religion through jihad,” he added.

Undated file picture claims to show Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi

Furthermore, since the caliphate is now wealthier than its ideological competitor Al Qaeda ever was, it just may be the case that Europe (and/or the US) may suddenly experience a major skilled worker brain drain as the best doctors, managers and engineers rush to get paid by terrorists, with the occasional virgin thrown in as a Christmas bonus.

Perhaps ironically, the biggest question now is not whether or not IS(IS) will continue its jihad against Baghdad and seek to branch out by, say, crossing the Atlantic - that much is guaranteed - but what happens with the abovementioned Al Qaeda itself, which will hardly stand idly by and watch as it is upstaged by its formerly smaller, and (formerly) far more irrelevant spin off.

According to AFP, the declaration of an Islamic caliphate in parts of Iraq and Syria is a direct challenge to Al-Qaeda and could set off a dangerous contest for the leadership of the global jihadist movement, experts say.

Paradoxically, it would be the west that suffers the most:

Desperate to retain its preeminent role, the movement behind September 11 may be driven to carry out fresh attacks on Western targets to prove it remains relevant.

"This competition between jihadists could be very dangerous," said Shashank Joshi of the London-based Royal United Services Institute, warning that Al-Qaeda may look to make a "spectacular" show of force.

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) announced on Sunday it was establishing a caliphate in parts of Iraq and Syria where it has seized control. A form of government last seen under the Ottoman Empire, a caliphate has been a long-held dream of radical jihadists who want to impose their version of Islamic sharia law.

Renaming itself simply the Islamic State (IS), the group also daringly declared its chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi as caliph and "leader for Muslims everywhere".

Here is where it gets interesting: Al-Qaeda can hardly ignore what is essentially a declaration of war from an upstart that has scored a string of successes, said Magnus Ranstorp, an expert on radical Islamic movements at the Swedish National Defence College.

"The competition has already started," he said. "Al-Baghdadi already refused to pledge allegiance to (Al-Qaeda leader Ayman) al-Zawahiri and now he can say: 'Look what we have accomplished... You are just somewhere, we don't know where, talking on the Internet.'"

For a new, younger generation of radical Islamic militants, Al-Qaeda with its grey-bearded 63-year-old leader is no longer the draw it was under Osama bin Laden.

Believed to be holed up in the Afghanistan-Pakistan border region, Zawahiri in their eyes seems to have done little in recent years beyond issuing statements and videos.

Finally, in what could be the coup de grace in its recruitment efforts, the Islamic State is allowing its cannibal terrorists to use FaceBook and Twitter. In other words, the original Al Qaeda will have to blow up some really big and really symbolic buildings to regain its coolness factor from its much younger and much hipper Islamic State terrorist competition.

"...Arabesque Americaine leaves absolutely no doubt that the "Arab Spring" -- like the earlier "color revolutions" in eastern Europe -- were almost certainly destabilization/regime change operations, funded and orchestrated by the CIA, State Department, historic CIA-funded foundations --   and last, but not least, Google.

Bensaada's 120-page book provides a carefully researched and referenced account of each of the foundations that are "exporting democracy" to MENA (the Middle East and North Africa ), along with an exact accounting of the millions of dollars given to each country in 2009 and the specific groups the funds went to.

My favorite chapter was the one describing the role these foundations, the State Department, and Google have played in training young MENA activists in the use of social media (e.g. Facebook and Twitter). I was particularly interested in the free access and training they provide international youth activists on TOR, a special software designed to evade government surveillance (which, under the Patriot Act, is illegal in the US ). ..."

Re: "the caliphate is now wealthier than its ideological competitor Al Qaeda ever was..."

That's a bold statement in three ways:  1)  Can somebody provide a comprehensive spreadsheet of vendors, contracts and invoices going back 20 years?  That would include all dancing photographers, caterers, munitions experts, security firms, insurers, arms dealers, and narcotics refiners, including firms registered in the Caribbean, and paying special attention to monies paid by western governments.  2)  Can somebody provide specific qualitative and historically verifiable details, free of superficial distinctions like change of name or color of turban, that would distinguish the new bunch from the old (e.g., Vegan, taste in music)?  3)  Who holds the bulk of the treasure liberated from various governments in recent years?

Furthermore, who argued that organized crime of sufficient scale becomes indistinguishable from government?  The recruitment drive referenced above would support that thesis.  Taking it a step further, what other governments can be said to have their own terror apparatus?  Is there such a thing as "State Sponsored Terrorism?"

Interestingly, Al Jazeera kept on showing an attractive (well, eyes only) Uzbek young lady from Kyrgyzstan, keen to support the boyz with her medical experience and ready to travel to the IS.  She didn't want to go fighting, but was ready for a "support role" with a little Arabic. She could teach religion too.

If that wasn't propaganda telling the young males what "support" they could expect to find when they volunteer , I don't know what is.

this whole thing is essentially a giant psyop.

you cannot have a substantial military without  a source of fuel and weapons and food. but you can always steal and kill for food, not so much weapons at all, and fuel to some extent, but not really. you need a logistial guaranteed supply of fuel for transport otherwise you don't have a military. you have a band of wandering thugs.

you can have a low level kalashnikov army, but it's still an army with fuel and weapons.

this is NOT an independent army. it is a mere psyop creationo of those nations FUNNELLING WEAPONS AND FUEL TO IT.

hard to believe they can refine much crude using holes in the ground----but who knows?

even though i"m jewish, i would say, don't insult hitler by comparing these incompetents to him.

hitler was an impressive figure no matter how much you dislike him . he organized an entire set of people, many of who didn't even suppport him but were more then content to roll with the nazi agenda in fear. many of the so called 'liberal' new german youth have been brainwashed to be afraid of their shadows because of the crimes of hitler, but what they have never been educated about is the general difficult and irrationality of war.

ok yea sure hitler was an evil fucker, but germany's presence in world war  was not a untilateral fantasy.

what with the u.s. now extending their german/polish and general presence in eastern europe along with their nato 'allies' ---into ukraine to threaten moscow.----there is a brewing battle for the hearts and minds of europeans, and germans in particular.

it's time to start false flagging the shit out of germans and french. if it's war we want, it's going to take some seriously excellent psyops to do this. without a cohesive european union effort , with a german and french banked european police army bakcing up domestic cohesiveness with their nato armies actions in the east----it is hard to image a substantial effort going unopposed by our allies.

if all of europe is at each other , or worse, together united against u.s. led campaigns in ukraine----then there is a serious problem for the u.s. policy.

i guess we can just lay waste with nukes, but there's always the risk of MAD. don't wanna be in new york if the Topol mobile launchers are in motion. more likely they target european cities first, or perhaps even u.s. west coast cities. but new york is such a juicy target. if our generals nuke moscow, i feel like retaliation is probably against ny, london, singapore, hong kong, the chinese might do taiwan for good measure---

i mean i don't think it will be pretty. somehow i imagine berlin getting off easy this time around. the french? well they just sold a massive fucking amphibious frog assault ship to the russians. fucking frogs , am i right?

maybe this whole campaign is one giant compartmentalized psyop to fuck over china and putin is secretly in on it by pretneding to fight with nato. i mean really---WHO FUCKING KNOWS?!

Interesting thoughts. You sound like one of the psychopaths:

"it's time to start false flagging the shit out of germans and french. if it's war WE want, it's going to take some seriously excellent psyops to do this. without a cohesive european union effort , with a german and french banked european police army bakcing up domestic cohesiveness with their nato armies actions in the east----it is hard to image a substantial effort going unopposed by our allies...i guess we can just lay waste with nukes..."

Bottom line: this is all choreographed by INTERNATIONAL BANKERS PITTING OTHER GROUPS AGAINST EACH OTHER AND MAKING MONEY OFF ALL SIDES.  You cannot fight proxy wars on the present scale without something going haywire and causing the situation to escalate beyond the control of rational men and women of conscience who at this point in time are still in positions to make a difference.  First priority should be to identify the psychopathic banking powers and isolate them: economic warfare.  I believe this is already in progress, manifesting in the pursuit of "de-dollarization" and alternative to the SWIFT system, among many other things.  The reserve status of the debt based U.S. Dollar is a disease.  Its traffickers are the pathogen. ALL WARS ARE BANKER WARS.  You want to stop the current destructive path, STOP THE BANKERS.

"The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people versus the banks." - Lord Acton

Anecdotally, you suggest that there is no refining capacity in Northern Iraq?  I run a quick search for "refinery" and "northern Iraq," and find a place called "Irbil," and guess who visited there last week?  None other than John Kerry.  (I understand that the vast majority of refining activity is in the south.)

Kerry visits Irbil as Kurdish president describes 'new reality' (24-Jun)

well i was trying to explain the mindset, not personally endorse it.

but really, while it's true that the bankers are behind all wars everywhere, so are the militarists, the industrialists, the ideologues, etc etc...

the mind fuck is that if you are succesful in stopping bankers in your own country, the bankers of some other country will fuck you over even worse using the political ratchet of their own international govenrment .

exampel: soviet union fell apart and then american bankers and money men buy up soviet assets on the cheap.

while it is nice to bleieve you can control you own bankers in a civlized orderly manner, most of the time, any succeful attempt at harnessing them results in them scattering like cockaroaches leaving a totally scorched earth political vaccum behind them. then they start funding the enemies of your political system; read --the american revolution and the subsequent 70 years of british activity in the u.s.

british bankers backed the south in the civil war because they WANTED A WAR. to weaken the northern protectionists. you might claim the north were a bunch of evil war mongering fuckers who should have let the south cecede peacfully, but that's not the reality of how war goes down when you have foriegn bankers finacing the chaotic dissolution of your nation state.

Re: "...not personally endorse it, etc."

Yah.  My comment wasn't intended to criticise; I was appreciating your attempt to think like a megalomaniac.

The parasites may keep bouncing back, but that doesn't mean their victims shouldn't keep searching for ways to get free of them. I think modern banksters have been caught off guard by the quality of the moves against them recently. Their enemies are doing what you just did - getting inside their heads, finding and exploiting vulnerabilities - on a level that they haven't anticipated. They fancy themselves "technocrats" and "elites" and aren't used to being on the other side of the microscope.  Look at their writings and the massive capital expenditure and capital destruction that they enabled. They didn't do all that just to see their Great Work go up in smoke. Better people than them are pulling the rug out.  We'll see a NWO, but it won't be theirs.

Anecdotally, I spent some time this week reading about new oil and gas deals between the Kurds and Iranians. When Kerry went over last week, he was probably just looking for table scraps for western oil companies that fear being left out in the cold. There is a LOT of oil and gas in the area. Just in case you're interested:

Yes I am. You are preaching a rich guy going on a hooker and coke binge? You think that gets you kicked off here? That is par for the rich guy course. You need to chase a bum through times square for his McRib.

Look at the 3rd picture down. Notice how he boxed the bum in. His feet were set and he was watching the mcrib and was not going to let the bum juke him. That is the key. You need your feet set and your shoulders square to the mcrib and focus on the mcrib, not the bums eyes.

I like that.

It's also why you don't allow your 'country' to become terminally ill with politicians.

The advice was well enunciated and crystal clear.

Anyone with a fully functional human mind  (that's actually operative per it's natural design) comprehends that the saturation of deceit dominating our culture, our world, our INDIVIDUAL freedom to live absent the oppressive, openly criminal acts of failing sociopaths....Has achieved an astonishing height of breadth and depth.

The State does beg for an intervention.

Unless of course you consider 'evolution' to be a downward spiral?

Evidence suggest otherwise. Evidence suggest that humanity might very well be taking a very significant journey to the past..

A journey through generational growth that has been recorded for all of human history.

GOVERNMENTS inevitably become criminal organizations.

Like the NeoCons ever tried to do that.

The American NeoCons (posing as jewish thrash) have always had as their end goal perpetual chaos in the mideast.

United Arabs is a No No for Israel, because little Israel will be afraid then.

Uncle Schmuel (formerly Uncle Sam) -go ahead says the Jew, attack, attack!

Ok Israel, whatever you say, ok Wolfowitz, ok Pearl, ok Kagan(ites), ok, ok, ok...

Uncle Schmuel, fund and arm psychotic islamic youth that are easily brainwashed by our ally house of Saud, youth that couldn't save their lives if it came down to only own one single sane braincell.

Uncle schmuel, have these deranged brainwashed caliphate retards, pose as real face of islam, have them behead our enemies, have theim cannibalize on them, have them destroy generation of children, have them destroy their economies, let us steal their oil. As a + the retards in USA and in Europe will think this is true islam and they will praise the israelites for being such noble people, and these arab barbarians for the threat to humanity, and a threat at Europe and USA's doorsteps. We will have them them believe that what they are seeing is not a Mossad Smokescreeen, but islam. But in fact, it is all engineered by Mossad, NeoCons with USA weapons + blood (and saudi petrodollars, and psychotic wahhabi zionist clerics).

Uncle Schmuel, let these mideast countries bleed so much that they will not recover for at least 50 years, and then we will start over...

...that is if Uncle Schmuel hasn't succumbed to our ways by then.

Hopefully we jews will find another power to parasite on, like India, or China. For now we have the retard (as a + to uncle schmuel) Canadians as a buffer until we find that big nation.

The deal with me (as an American) is, we shouldn't have been arming fanatics to take down a nut in Libya to begin with and then transferring those arms (as if, that can ever be "cleanly done") to even worse nutcases in Syria.

It goes without saying that IS is also in need to fighters (not to mention suicide bombers, although compensation arrangements there could be problematic): Baghdadi also addressed the group’s fighters, saying that “your brothers in all the world are waiting” to be rescued by them.

No worries, the Criminal State Dept. / CIA will spare no expense & be more than happy to arm, fund & train via NATO, Turkey, Syria, Lybia & Saudi Ariba the necessary reinforcements.

In the intetest of education, as far as I know, the family of a candidate suicide bomber (yes there's a selection process) is usually recognized as being owed compensation (though for ideological reasons it may be referred to as something else, e.g. "reward") by the sponsoring "terrorist" group - like everything else, there is a system. Of course that doesn't apply to all Islamic martyrs everywhere and the families almost certainly sometimes don't get what they are promised.

Hmm... here's that pesky ebola outbreak in West Africa. 467 reported deaths. That's only 17% more than the total reported one week ago, so nothing to worry about there. But keep those Mexican kids away from that damn filthy Guniea monkey meat, just in case.

The Saudis had been covering up their ongoing virus outbreak, but it seems to be on the decline. Not SARS, but MERS - the 'other' coronavirus. You get it from kissing imported Somali camels, eating their camel meat or drinking their urine, so if you're in Saudi Arabia, just... don't.

Chinese researchers have discovered a new strain of SARS in their fruit bats, but have not reported eating any yet. You know those Chinese street vendors, though: avoid the kabobs.

Then there's the Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea virus (PEDv) and Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) that have infected a substantial number of pigs in the U.S. (it's been all over the news, right?) but it's only fatal to little pigs and not transmissable to humans. Or so the government says. And they wouldn't lie to you, would they?

Our little South-of-the-border visitors don't seem to pose much of a threat, just lice and scabies. From what I've read, it's not Norwegian scabies.

If they start flooding in with Norwegian scabies or ebola, then we're going to need a better plan.

Dewey, I worked for Canada Immigration for many years.  I can tell you that the scum we let into this country and then lost track of would blow your mind.  When a failed refugee scum bag doesn't report for deportation, the Canadian government doesn't even bother to look for them, they just assume they are already in the US.

Up until they passed first safe country, where a refugee now has to claim asylum in the first safe country they reach, 70% of refugee claimants in Canada came from the US.  I worked in Fort Erie, across from Buffalo NY and we were processing 5000 claims a year at that Port of Entry.

Refugees are a big business and the NGOs that support them have a very effective Lobby in both Washington and Ottawa.  Much like with Banking Legislation, they write Immigration policy, and the government passes it.  Lots of Lawyers making Big money,

“There were several of us who wanted to talk about the camps, but the agents made it clear we would be arrested,” a psychiatric counselor told me. “We were under orders not to say anything.”

The sources said workers were guarded by a security force from the Baptist Family & Children’s Services, which the Department of Health and Human Services hired to run the Lackland Camp.

The sources say security forces called themselves the “Brown Shirts.”

“It was a very submissive atmosphere,” the counselor said. “Once you stepped onto the grounds, you abided by their laws – the Brown Shirt laws.”

She said the workers were stripped of their cellphones and other communication devices. Anyone caught with a phone was immediately fired.

“Everyone was paranoid,” she said. “The children had more rights than the workers.”

She said children in the camp had measles, scabies, chicken pox and strep throat as well as mental and emotional issues.

“It was not a good atmosphere in terms of health,” she said. “I would be talking to children and lice would just be climbing down their hair.”

A former nurse at the camp told me she was horrified by what she saw.

Frankly I am not shocked. I have seen some people with TERRIFYING diseases ( no, not Ebola yet) get off international planes that never should have been allowed to board. I don't know what is going on but public health seems to be not important any more. I just cringe and wait for it to hit the news but none have. I personally wouldn't fly without at least a N95 mask.

@ ultimate warrior,

A government-contracted security force threatened to arrest doctors and nurses if they divulged any information about the contagion threat at a refugee camp housing illegal alien children at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, sources say.

In spite of the threat, several former camp workers broke their confidentiality agreements and shared exclusive details with me about the dangerous conditions at the camp. They said taxpayers deserve to know about the contagious diseases and the risks the children pose to Americans. I have agreed to not to disclose their identities because they fear retaliation and prosecution.

The burning and itching question in all this is which group exactly is it that is working the security contract here in the first place?
