More Powderkegs: Israel Prepares For Gaza Escalation, Boosts Troops On Gaza Border

Tyler Durden's picture

As the teen deaths, rocket launches (and landings), and rhetoric fly back back and forth; it appears last week's de-escalation is off...

The US administration has been oddly quiet so far on this... we await their 'supportive' comments.

Bloomberg reports,

As many as 1,500 reservists to be mobilized to reinforce infantry, paratroop units, military spokesman Lt.-Col. Peter Lerner says in phone interview.

“While last week the army talked about de-escalation, now we’re talking about preparation for possible escalation”

*  *  *

And then this:

So, Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt (post gas subsidies), and now Israel - must be time to BTFATH in US stocks.

1. Nullufication of $3.1 billion U.S. taxpayer-stolen appropriation for Israel in the National Defense Authorization Act of 2014

2. Nullification of the extra $1.1 billion appropriation stolen from U.S. taxpayers for their missile defense

3. Declare further theft from U.S. taxpayers a felony with mandatory minimum sentencing of 10-years.

4. Reinstatement of the $4.2 billion of aid already paid out this year, but payable by the individual states proportional to the number of congessional votes for that aid from each of those states.

5. Felony for cancelling the 'loans' represented by much of that aid (it's always called a loan or financing, but always forgiven in whole)

Once upon the time there was an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. “Such bad luck,” they said sympathetically.

“Maybe,” the farmer replied.

The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. “How wonderful,” the neighbors exclaimed.

“Maybe,” replied the old man.

The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune.

“Maybe,” answered the farmer.

The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son’s leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out.

“Maybe,” said the farmer.

I'm more of a...contractor by special request to resolve technical issues.  I enjoy the country side, volunteering if it's not to loopy and I also function as an interim project manager time to time if the full time PM needs a bit of a rest because of project complexity. Usually employed because of my tenacious nature, my ability to locate issues and remove them with a large army of technicians.  Large or small, I do it all.

The contract work is satisfying from project to project, keeps the mind limber and young.  My resume is extensive otherwise along with professional credentials and a high degree of troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.  I have been a tinker, a tailor, a soldier and a sailor, but most of the time one can find me napping on a couch enjoying some herb just day dreaming.

Time to time though, I do pest removal as well by special request.  A Green Jack of trades as it were...

Sorry man, don't have time for that.  That's PI work which eats a tonne of time that I need to focus on keeping current with some other things happening.

Right now getting prepped for another project, more specifically, I'm actually waiting for my primary client right now to figure out their funding and settle down because right now all they've got are a bunch of IOU's I can't use.  Whenever the client figures that out, then most of my time is going to be consumed by that until then study/meditation/bench time.

BTW The project I'm waiting for is a bit of a mess right now and it needs a bit of coyote medicine to correct.  Positive things about the project.  It's up to the eyeballs in smart, funny, hard working, talented people; so there's nothing wrong with the operational aspect.  That situation appears to take care of itself and improve every time I look.  It's up to date and there's new hire's every day.  Which is great.

However Project Chiefs have spent money on forward CapEx that isn't required, literally running on fumes, practically pissed off everyone on their management teams, ignored building maintenance and gone into these bizarre structured silo's that are just spinning in place going no where in terms of project development.

Worst yet, they've all got a overall mission statement that keeps moving around, and they are killing themselves over the vocabulary.  It's all such petty nonsense.  Seriously childish shit really, "Brenda's plant is in accounting again...Bob's got my stapler...the printer out of toner...I only eat the red me me me", wastes a shit load of time to be honest.  Then again, some people are happier bitching abut everything, free will and all that.

Any case...hope to move it around without stalling projects too much and get people working a bit better, maybe they find a job in the project they actually like to do.  Proper positioning is key to getting a project back on track, pink slips only given out for because they absolutely have to be.  Nothing worse than rotting in a shit hole job that doesn't offer something on the Maslow's hierarchy of needs, been there a couple of times myself.  So that favour is extended, easier burning down an art gallery than the artists.  Talent is placed because it takes a shit load of time to build another person for a skill.  Case by case situation to review, sometimes a job isn't a good fit.

Once sorted out then the 'company' can start to coordinate with external partners in much easier manner for future mutually beneficial partnerships.

It's a doozy to be sure but a bit of coordination and some luck here and there, it'll get back on track then I'm off for some napping on a couch with some herb to wait for the next project while doing operational support on a day to day.  Should be pretty cool when it's done and cleaned up.

Is That So?

The Zen master Hakuin was praised by his neighbors as one living a pure life.

A beautiful Japanese girl whose parents owned a food store lived near him. Suddenly, without any warning, her parents discovered she was with child.

This made her parents very angry. She would not confess who the man was, but after much harassment at last named Hakuin.

In great anger the parents went to the master. “Is that so?” was all he would say.

When the child was born, the parents brought it to the Hakuin, who now was viewed as a pariah by the whole village. They demanded that he take care of the child since it was his responsibility. “Is that so?” Hakuin said calmly as he accepted the child.

A year later the girl-mother could stand it no longer. She told her parents the truth – that the real father of the child was a young man who worked in the fishmarket.

The mother and father of the girl at once went to Hakuin to ask his forgiveness, to apologize at length, and to get the child back again.

Hakuin was willing. In yielding the child, all he said was: “Is that so?”

Eretz Israel

A Strategy For Israel In The Nineteen Eighties(February 1982)

"Iraq, rich in oil on the one hand and internally torn on the other, is guaranteed as a candidate for Israel's targets. Its dissolution is even more important for us than that of Syria. Iraq is stronger than Syria. In the short run it is Iraqi power which constitutes the greatest threat to Israel. An Iraqi-Iranian war will tear Iraq apart and cause its downfall at home even before it is able to organize a struggle on a wide front against us. Every kind of inter-Arab confrontation will assist us in the short run and will shorten the way to the more important aim of breaking up Iraq into denominations as in Syria and in Lebanon. In Iraq, a division into provinces along ethnic/religious lines as in Syria during Ottoman times is possible. So, three (or more) states will exist around the three major cities: Basra, Baghdad and Mosul, and Shi'ite areas in the south will separate from the Sunni and Kurdish north. It is possible that the present Iranian-Iraqi confrontation will deepen this polarization."

The Clique that Sold Us the Iraq War

Of course it wasn't just the ethno-mafia's "neocons", their leftist ethnic counterparts largely went along with it, media, academia, lobbies, and much of the traitorous shabbos goy congress.

that planet assigned the name Saturn is currently moving "backwards" by degree, in the constellation of Scorpio, which is often assigned descriptives including "death, destruction", burning back the fields for regrowth. . .

Saturn will go direct this month, 20-21 July (depending on where in the world "you" are), and those structures of beliefs will be challenged - particularly structured nationstates, as that is the current flavour of the times. . .

within 24hours, Uranus (revolutions, awakening of Individual from the Group mindset) in Aries (ruled by Mars, god of War) will station retrograde until December.

the "god" of structured beliefs, nationstates, FatherFigures is about to meet the "god" of chaos, individuated mind, rebellion,

The planet Uranus, the first planet to be discovered in modern times--in 1781, during an age of radical cultural change and revolution--can best be understood archetypally in terms of the Greek mythic figure of Prometheus, who stole fire from the heavens in rebellion against the gods to give humankind greater freedom.

This Israeli war-making is coming straight from the power developed in the United States by Zionists , neocons, and an incredibly wide swath of Jewish organizations. They raise money by the millions; they buy and blackmail politicians; they dominate media reports; and they give incredible green-light support for Israeli airpower, tanks and an American-provided war machine.

If this isn’t enough coming from the United States, one of the sickest aspects is the Israel-first religious groups - referring to themselves as Christians. Their church services mix worship with political denunciations of Islam and, now specifically, targeting the Palestinians.

Yesterday I heard on a so-called Christian radio station a broadcast by Rabbi Robert Owen Miller ( who has a mixed messianic organization which looks to be half Christian and half aggressive Judaism. Rabbi Miller’s message on this "Christian" program referred to the Palestinians “squatters” as “murdering, thieving Philistines" “who stole Israel’s own land,” “Palestinians who don’t have a land,” "Palestinians who never had a land,” and that anyone or any nation that helps them retain any of Israel’s land will be punished directly by God.

And then Rabbi Miller goes on to relate, using cherry-picked examples, how anyone, be it president or official or nation, that has negotiated in the past with the Palestinians for a peaceful settlement has been punished by floods, deaths, hurricanes, torrential rains, earthquakes, natural disasters, and so forth…

It’s obvious that the power and support for this kind of attack on the Palestinians comes straight from pro-Israel groups. And it is this message carried on so-called Christian radio stations throughout the country that gives the leverage to Zionist to exercise control in Republican primaries over Republican candidates if they want the Israel-first Christian vote.

In short, Christian stations have progressed from relating their Biblical views of Israel to opening their Christian airwaves to political partisanship, and this is how they have become dangerous. This specific station, KKMC , should be identified as a political and not a religious entity if it is going to broadcast, nonstop, Israeli war promotion.

You are correct in the fact that Christians suffer descrimination at the hands of Israel as well as Moslem.  It matters not to Israel if you are Moslem or Christian.  Many Christians that live in Palestine suffer the same atrocities.

I wish western "Christians" would wake up to this.   Here is a little story of the Orthodox Christians in Taybeh Palestine.   People who claim to be Christian in the USA and support Israel without reservation should do a little more research of the plight of Palestinian Christians.

Mon, 07/07/2014 - 13:28 | 4932058 JR
JR's picture

If it isn’t stopped, pazmaker, this Israeli attitude, so strongly enforced in the United States, means we all are to suffer the fate of Palestinians.

As the Saint George Greek Orthodox Church of St. Paul, Minnesota, sadly reports:

“At the beginning of the 20th century Christians made up about one fifth of the population of historic Palestine. Today, 80% of their historic homeland is gone and they are struggling to maintain a population of 2%.

“The hardships forcing Palestinian Christians to leave are numerous. Some have been brutishly forced out of their ancestral homes by military might. All are victims of Israeli check points which inhibit or cut off markets for businesses and access to schools for children. Unemployment in many areas hovers over 50% because of these and other hardships continually imposed on the population. In addition to the economic difficulties, social harassment and military attacks from multiple groups continually terrorize the population.”

Thankfully, “St. George Greek Orthodox Church in St. Paul, MN welcomes the efforts of Dr. Maria Khoury of Taybeh, Palestine. Maria is working hard to alleviate the suffering of the Christian community in Palestine...”

And for those who think it can’t happen here, it is happening…in this Jewish-dominated city of Lakewood, NJ.

An Orthodox Final Solution:  Struggling to survive, throngs of homeless are pushed out of N.J.’s “Tent City”- established eight years ago in the woods - to make way for construction of massive “yeshivas” subsidized by taxpayers | AFP |June 21, 2014

"The razing of the outdoor homeless shelter is being done as thousands of Orthodox Jews violate federal housing laws by excluding non-Jews from Section 8 developments, while the government fails to act…

"The Orthodox community has created a voting bloc, and has been pushing through their agenda for decades. Mayor Menashe P. Miller is an Orthodox Jew, and the boards and committees are filled with people named Meir, Yechiel, Avraham, Moshe and Judah, raising questions from many of the minority whites, blacks and Hispanics, who have long called Lakewood their home…

"Jewish developers have been accused of buying up many properties in Lakewood, then renting them out at far below market value to undesirable elements in order to depress real estate values so they could buy up the cheap land and then sell toOrthodox Jews. The result is what amounts to a massive “ethnic cleansing,” which is in fact what has been occurring for many years…"

How Moses, come back from the dead, would groan

to see with what grim, groping, desperate hand

his Chosen cling to desert sand and stone –

this poor and arid place, this “promised land”.

He would be appalled to see Shylock’s world

(a little man grown brave on borrowed might)

ball its fist at the hand of Allah curled

round the throat of Canaan, like a snake tight

around its prey, squeezing tighter, content,

with full knowledge of its power, to bide

its time until, last twitch, the prey is spent,

resistance gone, and heart and hope have died.

Moses, seeing this, on his knees would shout:

pity the poor israeli nazi defense forces having to fight 13 year old school girls.

later they get promotions.

in the recording, a soldier in a watchtower radioed a colleague in the army post's operations room and describes Iman as "a little girl" who was "scared to death". After soldiers first opened fire, she dropped her schoolbag which was then hit by several bullets establishing that it did not contain explosive. At that point she was no longer carrying the bag and, the tape revealed, was heading away from the army post when she was shot.

I and another soldier ... are going in a little nearer, forward, to confirm the kill ... Receive a situation report. We fired and killed her ... I also confirmed the kill. Over," he said.

Palestinian witnesses said they saw the captain shoot Iman twice in the head, walk away, turn back and fire a stream of bullets into her body.

On the tape, Capt R then "clarifies" to the soldiers under his command why he killed Iman: "This is commander. Anything that's mobile, that moves in the [security] zone, even if it's a three-year-old, needs to be killed."

I gotta admit, I figured they'd do this over the 4th of July holiday.

The kidnappings of the 3 Israeli teens, and their murder, was horrific, and I wouldn't put it past Hamas - but the media blitz about that story strongly suggested laying the groundwork for the Israeli "need" to defend itself from rockets which kill no one, typically fired only after airstrikes that kill a handful of Palestinians... a "defensive" operation which will no doubt me more collective punishment which the US will not condemn, and all over the media, the discussion will be about Hamas' rockets.

While they are war crimes, for sure, they don't really stack up against F-16s and the like.

If the UN belongs anywhere, it belongs in Gaza. For sure, Israeli civilians should not have to worry about rocket fire - but they are nearly harmless, and this is nothing like a fair fight.

Just as Israel won't end the occupation because it has no intention of anything but annexation, it uses absurd excuses to maintain a blockade that prevents basic building materials, toys, and foods from getting in.

Frankly, Israel deserves more condemnation than it gets.

Its apologists claim it is targeted because it is a Jewish state - I think that, on the contrary, were it not a Jewish state, it would not have enjoyed the diplomatic cover and media spin it has enjoyed. If it did not have a wealthy, powerful diaspora in the US, France, UK, etc. it may have faced stifling sanctions by now.

Not only is BDS moral, claims that it is 'anti-Semitic' are absurd, and utterly lacking in merit. Hamas does not threaten the existence of Israel, but for its crimes, Israel is willing to kill dozens - hundreds of innocent people.

The only democracy in the middle east ought to be held to a higher standard than the freely-vilified Assads of the world.

According to former NSA, Wayne Madsen:

"Israel’s most secret and tried-and-true weapon is the “false flag” terrorist attack.

State-sponsored terrorism is defined by Encyclopedia Britannica as the “systematic use of violence to create a general climate of fear in a population and thereby to bring about a particular political objective [and] is employed by governments -- or more often by factions within governments -- against that government's citizens, against factions within the government, or against foreign governments or groups.”

"On July 22, a bomb, said to be an Oklahoma City-type explosive device, crafted with fertilizer and diesel fuel, blew up in downtown Oslo, Norway, in the heart of the government district. Shortly thereafter, a man dressed in a Norwegian police uniform opened fire on a Labor Party youth camp on the island of Utoya in Tyri fjord. Access to the island was by boat only.  Over 100 people were killed in the twin terror attacks.

"Almost immediately, the world’s corporate media began pushing the story that those who were responsible for the blast and mass shooting were associated with “Al Qaeda” and other radical Islamist groups. CNN’s Washington, DC chief anchor Wolf Blitzer, a former spokesman for the powerful American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) lobby and a correspondent for the Jerusalem Post, began his late afternoon program by pointing to “Al Qaeda” and radical Islamists as the chief culprits for the terrorist attacks in Norway.

"CNN paraded out a number “experts,” in actuality, propagandists for the Israeli agenda linked to neo-conservative outlets and the Pentagon’s “terrorism industrial complex,” before the cameras to advance the radical Islamist meme even as Norwegian authorities pinned blame on the attack on at least one perpetrator, a Norwegian named Anders Behring Breivik. CNN constantly showed footage of frightened people in downtown Oslo running for their lives from the site of the blast, as well as still photograph of a pall of light-brown smoke over downtown Oslo. Of course, CNN’s intention was to evoke memories of the 9/11 attack in Manhattan.

"Breivik, who sometimes anglicized his name as Andrew Berwick in his numerous web postings, was said to be a right-wing Islamophobe who sympathized with Zionism and who was a Freemason…"

"Norway’s coalition Labor-Socialist Left government has been seen as hostile to the interests of Israel and the United States. There is now a widespread belief that the terrorist attack against Norway was engineered to shock erstwhile peaceful Norway, a nation where police generally still patrol the streets unarmed, into adopting the police state tactics of the United States, Israel, Britain, and other Western nations. Norway’s pro-Palestinian foreign policy also irked the Zionist and the far-right anti-Islamic factions in Europe and North America, as well as the governments of Israel and the United States."

you are blaming breivik on israel. please....ridiculous . he was a homegrown euro-skeptic that understands tribal dynamics and sees that under the leadership of liberal socialists drunk on oil wealth norway is forgetting its roots and allowing the importation of waves of immigrants into a country that has historically been too cold to support a large population.

norway is well known for a culture of women who have children at 30 years or older!.

there are more norwegian americans in the midwest than norwegians in norway. norway has historically experience many cold induced famines.

now, newly drink on on oil wealth norway has become hyper liberal with respect to 'pop' culture . old school men and conservatives still build ships and weaopns and pump oil while the new school talks about how 'bad' oil and global warming while travelling the world upon the strength of their kroners ( one of the worlds strongest currencies)

the only sane people in norway responsible for its wealth are those who have made the choice NOT to join the EU decades ago. but for those sane people, norway would not be keeping the great mass of its oil wealth.

the real problems come when the insane liberal elite start to make the real decisions for everyone. then norway will be 50% immigrants within 20 years. that's just 2 million more people.

they can easily flood norway with those people.  in the last MONTH 300,000 immigrants have crossed the border through mexico. if that happened in norway, the entire country would be swampped in a couple years or less.

Ethnic cleansing ongoing for 50 years:

Why we should stop calling for restraint between Israel and Palestine

If both sides were evenly matched then it would be appropriate — but they aren't

In the wake of the latest appalling flare-up in violence between Israel and Palestine, the buzzword among international leaders has been “restraint”. In most conflicts, this would seem like the obvious solution. But in this case, there is a problem with the word.

Calling for restraint on both sides frames the situation as an equal conflict, with two sides inflicting near equal amounts of violence on each other.

This is simply not the case. The Israel-Palestine situation is not a fair battle, but a prolonged process of colonisation by Israel which that has led to a brutal occupation of the Palestinian people.

The kidnappings and murder of the three Israeli settler teenagers is a horrible tragedy, but many people are failing to understand it as a symptom of the Israeli occupation.

Haneen Zoabi, an member of the country's parliament, has made one of the most rational evaluations of the situation. “Is it strange that people living under occupation and living impossible lives [...] act this way?" she has asked. "They are not terrorists. Even if I do not agree with them, they are people who do not see any way open to change their reality, and they are compelled to use means like these until Israel wakes up and sees the suffering, feels the suffering of the other.”

The Israeli Occupation Force’s operation to rescue the settlers demonstrated the total control over the Palestinian population. That was when we needed calls for restraint.

With little condemnation from international leaders, Israel raided over 2,000 buildings, arrested over 550 people (including children), demolished homes, and bombed Gaza. Deploying their common tactic of collective punishment, they have done their best to demonstrate to the world that Palestinian life is disposable and cheap.

But the Palestinians haven’t taken this latest assault on their liberties lying down.

They have resisted in Ramallah after Israeli Occupation Forces entered the city for the first time since 2007, and demonstrated in East Jerusalem against the Israeli vigilantes who abducted and killed a Palestinian teenager following the discovery of the bodies of the three Israeli teenagers.

And now there are whispers of a third intifada on the horizon. So just what is being asked of the Palestinians when international leaders now also ask them for restraint? Is it so strange, as Haneen Zoabi asks, that Palestinians should resist so many years of occupation, siege and abuse of human rights?

But this isn’t about absolving anyone of violent acts. It is about framing the frightening escalating events on the ground in the correct context so that we may go some way to ending it.

The current international paradigm insists that when we call for restraint, we call for it on both sides, just to be fair. But this persistent idea that Palestinians and Israelis are equal adversaries couldn't be further from the truth.

Israel is one of the world’s leading nuclear powers and they have one of the world’s deadliest armies. They have sustained an occupation on the Palestinian people for decades. And now they have used the murder of three Israeli teenagers as a justification to unleash a barrage of violence.

This is not an escalation between two warring enemies, it is an occupation that has lasted for over half a century, and must be understood as such.

Frostfan1's picture

By the way, calling Haneen Zoabi a voice of reason is complete bullshit.

Here's an example of what you call a voice of reason:

Another example? In the protest march in Hebron and Jerusalem in March 2010, as part of the events organized by the High Follow-Up Committee for Arab Citizens of Israel under the banner of “Day of anger against the occupation and Israel’s Judaization policy,” Zoabi identified Israeli policy with “ethnic cleansing” and afterwards called on the Palestinians to begin a third Intifada.

In doing so, Zoabi crossed all the red lines. This is incitement. Imagine if a right-wing Knesset member called on the Jews to carry out an Intifada against the Arabs.

estimate 700,000 islamic alligned arabs living in moder british palestine and west bank territories and gaza.

2013. 1.6 million of these are now israeli citizens living in israel. 20% or less of these are druze and christian, non allgined peoples. now add 3.8 million palestinians living in the occupied territores and gaza. that's 5.4 million palestinians. that's at least a 7 fold increase in population in 60 years, and in actuallity its far more than this becasue a substantial number of the original 700,000 fled to jordan and syria and lebanon. in 1948, at least 1/3 according to many estimates. so you are talking over 10 fold increase in populatoin.

in the west bank and gaza there are an estimate 3.8 palestinians, with another 350,000 jewish settlers. almost all of whom upwards of 200,000 live in east jersusalem, and the remaining 30-50thousand live in military styl outposts. many people agree that these are the nuttery type fanatics that are being used as political pawns for the setup of any final outcome on a peace deal.

so considering you are claiming ethnic cleansing for how many yeas? 60 yeras?  you are telling me that you are defining ethnic cleaninsing can exist despite massive population growth of over ten fold.

if there is a serious amount of israeli murder, that means that the palestinians must be reproducing like insects to keep pace with grwoth levels that are the highest outside of subsaharan africa.

if america should keep the massive waves of illegal aliens out, what's so wrong with israel wanting to keep the palestinians out.

especially when they bring bombs with them from time to time. and when they demand their land back from 1948.

the jews didn't get their land back in europe after world war 2. why should the palestinians get shit back.

the native americans didn't get their land back , they got reservations. whose crying for them now? i saw a comment on zh recently saying andrew jackson was a good guy despite the masacres because he shut down the fed and nixed the national debt. many americans feel this way about ol' smokery.

ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE AND WAR. he who wins it ,keeps it. the palestinians don't accept their losses from 50 years ago and want it all back. it's disingenuous for either side to make any enduring 'peace deal' because the well has been poisoned. history is a poisnouss well of mutual massacre and distrust.

the current dynamics of demographic compeittion set in stone the future reality of war in that tiny corner of the middle east---the levant.

ISRAELI ARABS WHO ARE CITIZENS OF ISRAEL ARE A DISTINCT BUT OBVIOUSLY RELATED ISSUE. THEY DON'T LIVE IN THE WEST BANK OR GAZA THOUGH. THEY ARE ISRAELIS THEY VOTE AND HAVE MINISTERS IN ISRAELI PARLIAMENT. THEIR DEMOGRAPHICS THREATEN THE 'DEMOCRATIC' CHARACTER OF ISRAEL. but democracy is a lie. it's a lie in the united states and europe and everywhere. people know this because they see corruption and they see how stupid the 'public' is. law order and LIBERTY don't rise from democracy they rise from an educated elite population of liberty lovers that on occasion have the rare chance to rebuild a government upon the ashes of a former tyranny.

IF YOU'RE GOING TO COMPARE ISRAEL TO Apartheid, it's that group that makes more sense to compare to. yes yes i know about the bantusans and how you ghettoize groups. but the west bank is almost larger than israel proper. its no bantusan. it's 12 miles from tel aviv. if and when the west bank militarizes ---with modern weapons brought through jordan, you WILL HAVE A FULL SCALE WAR.

israel unilaterraly pulled out of gaza in 2005, despite many PALESTINIANS opposing the pullout because they correctly presumed it would fracture palestinian leadership and thus scuttle peace talks.

they were right. and so , ten years later, what do you really think the odds are that israel will unilaterrally pull out of the west bank? the odds are that israel WILL UNILATERRALLY PULL OUT WHEN THEY DEEM IT APPROPORIATE.

West bank is the high land (hills) and sits 12 miles inland from tel aviv. its hard to imagine the west bank inflicting much damage on israel, but you'd be surpirsed what a few rockets manpads and some simple missiles can do.

he who is wealthier has FAR MORE TO LOSE and so he that is poorer must use the wealth of his enemy as a weapon against him. the threat against the property can be used to extract appeasment. death by a bunch of cuts leading to a last hackoff of a limb.

that is the essence of economic warfare and siege. causing enough internal chaos in your enemies camp to stir up internal fighting and self sabotage until the time is right for the blitzkrieg coup de gra.

that is how the west has defeated much of the east. there's no reason the east cannot return the same favor. especially with a colonial style outpost like israel.

Yeah, it is ok for Jews to have an ethnic based homeland, remove illegal Africans and other non-jews from Israel by force, as well as murder the Palestinians, but the very same ethnic Jewish collective sure want to push the third world on the US, EU, and Western World, and have been pushing their open immigration agenda for 80+ years.

An ethnic Jew, Barbara Spectre, spills the beans about her tribal agenda, to multiculturalize and divide the Western World.

An ethnic Jew, Nathanael Kapner, explains.

many jewish americans i know sympathise with the liberty movement and the disgust with suicidal mutliculturalism. the idea that jewis in america and israel itself is the scapegoalot for american corporatists internatoinalist policy, and nothion that all jews can be considered evil demons because the rothschilds play a substantial role in global finance------despite that the rockefellers vanderbuilts mellons and many other american families have huge banking interests the world over------

i think it twells you something about people's ability to simply interepret reality.

yes, all of 10 million jews control the world that's how simple this is. come now....

Mossad Chief predicted “three teens will be kidnapped” one week before it happened

By Barak Ravid

Ten days ago, at a security cabinet meeting, Mossad Chief Tamir Pardo outlined a scenario spookily similar tothe kidnapping of the three Israeli teens missing since Thursday night… “What will you do if in a week three 14-year-old girls will be kidnapped from one of the settlements?,”  he asked. “Will you say there is a law, and we don’t release terrorists?”

So Tamir Pardo has just won a place for himself in the False Flag prognosticators’ Hall of Fame alongside:

*Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Cambone, Cohen, Kagan, Kristol, Libby, Rosen, Shulsky, and other PNAC-ers who called for a New Pearl Harbor in September, 2000 and got it exactly one year later.

*Philip Zelikow, who published a 1998 article in Foreign Affairs speculating on the psychological, political and cultural consequences of a massive Pearl Harbor style attack on America such as the destruction of the World Trade Center.

*Nick Rockefeller, who prior to 9/11 told Aaron Russo “there’s going to be an event” that would send America to war and usher in a National Security State of Emergency. (I've been reading lots of credible stuffs on 9/11 and the nuclear demolishing of the TTowers and Building 7).

*Peter Power, the head of Visor Consultants, who confessed that the 7/7 London bombings perfectly mimicked a terror exercise that envisioned bombs going off in the four exact same locations at the exact same times that the real bombs went off.

Hoax or not hoax, nobody believes them anymore, as nobody believes the US either.

Nobody with access to little tiny information believes whatever NATO allies or Israel say.

The only real facts are the milions they've been killing since WWII. Not to speak what happend before.

The kids they've murdered in many ways, including starvation. The slaughtering, the assassinations, 9/11, the displaced, the refugees, the milions they've condemned to a miserable life or to horrible deaths.

The torture they've been exercising over innocent people or even guilty people. Guantanamo.

The unforgivable lies they've been telling about almost everything.

These are truly perverse people. Their degree of perversion is an irreversible desease poisening Mankind. That fact may be inspiring such an obscene amount of zombie's movies Hollywood is punishing us with.

In the end, I don't think they're gonna walk without consequences. And along History in future times people is gonna spit over their graves, is gonna curse their names.

I'm kind of agnostic, but if there is a Hell, that's their final destination.

Big fucking deal.  What he said he probably said every day or week for years.  It's no different than those "esteemed" military analysts who have been screaming for ten years that Israel is going to bomb Iran.  So long as they say it every week to someone and then it happens, voila, they're "geniuses" who predicted it.

Wall Street on the other hand fires people like Pardo and the Israel-Iranian analysts because in their world, being early=being wrong.

Jesus, thought this was an economics blog...

remind me to keep my newbie mouth shut when it comes to anything involving Israel/Palestine.

Although for the record - Israel, as usual, is going to kill lots of Pal civilians with a powerful modern military in response to whatever small/ineffective provocation they were able to get from airstrikes... claiming to act in 'self defense.'

Just because Hamas is a terror group doesn't mean Israel's armed forces are not.

I thought it was an economics blog too until you read the comments and quickly it devolves into a blame the jews/zionists/israel/mossad blog.  And it's all  bullshit.

Israel will kill more Palestinians that the P's will kill  the I's but but they're the ones breaching the peace to start this fight.  Just because they're weaker doesn't mean they'right.

As for comparing the IDF to Hamas, let me know when Hamas has people in their group calling off an attack because it's immoral.
