Governments from Around the World – Including Western, Islamic, Asian and African Nations – ADMIT They Use False Flag Terror

Governments from Around the World Admit They Carry Out False Flag Terror

Governments from around the world admit they carry out false flag terror:

  • A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland. Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson
  • Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev admitted in writing that the Soviet Union’s Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939, and declared that the fire originated from Finland as a basis launching the Winter War four days later
  • Israel admits that an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, then left behind “evidence” implicating the Arabs as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers, and several of the Israelis later confessed) (and see this and this)
  • The CIA admits that it hired Iranians in the 1950′s to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected prime minister
  • The British Prime Minister admitted to his defense secretary that he and American president Dwight Eisenhower approved a plan in 1957 to carry out false flag attacks in Syria and blame it on the Syrian government as a way to effect regime change
  • As admitted by the U.S. government, recently declassified documents show that in the 1960′s, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up AMERICAN airplanes (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to commit terrorist acts on American soil, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba. See the following ABC news report; the official documents; and watch this interview with the former Washington Investigative Producer for ABC’s World News Tonight with Peter Jennings.
  • 2 years before, American Senator George Smathers had suggested that the U.S. make “a false attack made on Guantanamo Bay which would give us the excuse of actually fomenting a fight which would then give us the excuse to go in and [overthrow Castro]“.
  • And Official State Department documents show that – only nine months before the Joint Chiefs of Staff plan was proposed – the head of the Joint Chiefs and other high-level officials discussed blowing up a consulate in the Dominican Republic in order to justify an invasion of that country. The 3 plans were not carried out, but they were all discussed as serious proposals
  • A U.S. Congressional committee admitted that – as part of its “Cointelpro” campaign – the FBI had used many provocateurs in the 1950s through 1970s to carry out violent acts and falsely blame them on political activists
  • The South African Truth and Reconciliation Council found that, in 1989, the Civil Cooperation Bureau (a covert branch of the South African Defense Force) approached an explosives expert and asked him “to participate in an operation aimed at discrediting the ANC [the African National Congress] by bombing the police vehicle of the investigating officer into the murder incident”, thus framing the ANC for the bombing
  • An Algerian diplomat and several officers in the Algerian army admit that, in the 1990s, the Algerian army frequently massacred Algerian civilians and then blamed Islamic militants for the killings (and see this video; and Agence France-Presse, 9/27/2002, French Court Dismisses Algerian Defamation Suit Against Author)
  • Senior Russian Senior military and intelligence officers admit that the KGB blew up Russian apartment buildings and falsely blamed it on Chechens, in order to justify an invasion of Chechnya (and see this report and this discussion)
  • According to the Washington Post, Indonesian police admit that the Indonesian military killed American teachers in Papua in 2002 and blamed the murders on a Papuan separatist group in order to get that group listed as a terrorist organization.
  • The well-respected former Indonesian president also admits that the government probably had a role in the Bali bombings
  • As reported by BBC, the New York Times, and Associated Press, Macedonian officials admit that the government murdered 7 innocent immigrants in cold blood and pretended that they were Al Qaeda soldiers attempting to assassinate Macedonian police, in order to join the “war on terror”.
  • Similarly, the U.S. falsely blamed Iraq for playing a role in the 9/11 attacks – as shown by a memo from the defense secretary – as one of the main justifications for launching the Iraq war.  Even after the 9/11 Commission admitted that there was no connection, Dick Cheney said that the evidence is “overwhelming” that al Qaeda had a relationship with Saddam Hussein’s regime, that Cheney “probably” had information unavailable to the Commission, and that the media was not ‘doing their homework’ in reporting such ties.   Top U.S. government officials now admit that the Iraq war was really launched for oil … not 9/11 or weapons of mass destruction  (despite previous “lone wolf” claims, many U.S. government officials now say that 9/11 was state-sponsored terror; but Iraq was not the state which backed the hijackers)
  • Former Department of Justice lawyer John Yoo suggested in 2005 that the US should go on the offensive against al-Qaeda, having “our intelligence agencies create a false terrorist organization. It could have its own websites, recruitment centers, training camps, and fundraising operations. It could launch fake terrorist operations and claim credit for real terrorist strikes, helping to sow confusion within al-Qaeda’s ranks, causing operatives to doubt others’ identities and to question the validity of communications.”
  • United Press International reported in June 2005:

U.S. intelligence officers are reporting that some of the insurgents in Iraq are using recent-model Beretta 92 pistols, but the pistols seem to have had their serial numbers erased. The numbers do not appear to have been physically removed; the pistols seem to have come off a production line without any serial numbers. Analysts suggest the lack of serial numbers indicates that the weapons were intended for intelligence operations or terrorist cells with substantial government backing. Analysts speculate that these guns are probably from either Mossad or the CIA. Analysts speculate that agent provocateurs may be using the untraceable weapons even as U.S. authorities use insurgent attacks against civilians as evidence of the illegitimacy of the resistance.

  • Undercover Israeli soldiers admitted in 2005 to throwing stones at other Israeli soldiers so they could blame it on Palestinians, as an excuse to crack down on peaceful protests by the Palestinians
  • Quebec police admitted that, in 2007, thugs carrying rocks to a peaceful protest were actually undercover Quebec police officers (and see this)
  • At the G20 protests in London in 2009, a British member of parliament saw plain clothes police officers attempting to incite the crowd to violence
  • A Colombian army colonel has admitted that his unit murdered 57 civilians, then dressed them in uniforms and claimed they were rebels killed in combat
  • U.S. soldiers have admitted that if they kill innocent Iraqis and Afghanis, they then “drop” automatic weapons near their body so they can pretend they were militants
  • The highly-respected writer for the Telegraph Ambrose Evans-Pritchard says that the head of Saudi intelligence – Prince Bandar – recently admitted that the Saudi government controls “Chechen” terrorists
  • High-level American sources admitted that the Turkish government – a fellow Nato country – carried out the chemical weapons attacks blamed on the Syrian government; and high-ranking Turkish government admitted on tape plans to carry out false flag attacks and blame it on the Syrian government

So Common … There’s a Name for It

This tactic is so common that it was given a name for hundreds of years ago.

“False flag terrorism” is defined as a government attacking its own people, then blaming others in order to justify going to war against the people it blames. Or as Wikipedia defines it:

False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to appear as if they are being carried out by other entities. The name is derived from the military concept of flying false colors; that is, flying the flag of a country other than one’s own. False flag operations are not limited to war and counter-insurgency operations, and have been used in peace-time; for example, during Italy’s strategy of tension.

The term comes from the old days of wooden ships, when one ship would hang the flag of its enemy before attacking another ship in its own navy. Because the enemy’s flag, instead of the flag of the real country of the attacking ship, was hung, it was called a “false flag” attack.

Indeed, this concept is so well-accepted that rules of engagement for naval, air and land warfare all prohibit false flag attacks.

Leaders Throughout History Have Acknowledged False Flags

Leaders throughout history have acknowledged the danger of false flags:

“This and no other is the root from which a tyrant springs; when he first appears he is a protector.”
- Plato

“If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.”
- U.S. President James Madison

“A history of false flag attacks used to manipulate the minds of the people! “In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations, and epochs it is the rule.”
- Friedrich Nietzsche

“Terrorism is the best political weapon for nothing drives people harder than a fear of sudden death”.
- Adolph Hitler

“Why of course the people don’t want war … But after all it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship … Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”
- Hermann Goering, Nazi leader.

“The easiest way to gain control of a population is to carry out acts of terror. [The public] will clamor for such laws if their personal security is threatened”.
- Josef Stalin

People Are Waking Up to False Flags

People are slowly waking up to this whole con job by governments who want to justify war.

More people are talking about the phrase “false flag” than ever before.

"Top U.S. government officials now admit that the Iraq war was really launched for oil."

Umm... explain this one to me.

Who exactly benefits? SPECIFICALLY. "Winners" vs. losers.

Which government officials GAINED via this new era of high prices at the American pump that began... or rather that stuck... not from the Iraq War, but from Katrina?

Yes... I understand... certain individuals gain... but overall I'd say the single biggest factor retarding true growth of the American economy has been persistantly high energy prices. Certainly since 2005 we haven't had a real breather!

If this is the case... wouldn't more of the people in power have rejected a "war for oil" rather than cheered one on?

These wars are never about oil...they're about the Dollar hegemony. As long as the petro-dollar exists we already own all the oil.

Yeah this was the conclusion I reached a few years ago that really is the keystone to understanding this insane world.   Nothing makes sense when you think in terms of "they would never do that"...NO...YOU would never do that.

to the general issue discussed in this article: yes, false flag attacks are the bloody norm, in history

yet... the best counter is to wait before going to war until facts are on the table. or listen to doubtful allies, instead of renaming a menu item in the Congress Cafeteria to "Freedom Fries" or renaming the doubtful allies "surrendering monkeys"

simplified, war weakens the real economy and strenghtens special interests. after the war, the bill has to be paid, by taxes, by default or by inflation

after Vietnam... hangover. after Iraq... hangover. note the simple pattern

well done, GW. the only small detail I disagree with:

"The highly-respected writer for the Telegraph Ambrose Evans-Pritchard says that the head of Saudi intelligence – Prince Bandar – recently admitted that the Saudi government controls “Chechen” terrorists"

I lost all my respect for AEP during the years and years he was constructing his anti-EUR stance with very little emphasis on facts and lots and lots of propagandistic items. also note that the Telegraph itself is a highly doubtful source for news, though it gives good insights on the political stance of one faction of the British conservatives

NOTE THAT FOLLOWING ALL LINKS to the original website... no admission by Bandar bin Sultan. only an alleged criticism of helping Chechens from Putin to Prince Bandar... under a big photo showing both smiling. on that original website on which AEP takes as source, an excellent comment which I think is worth repeating here:

1. Has Bandar admitted this openly to a journalist during an interview, or is this "admission" found in an anonymous leak to a pro-Assad newspaper with no possibility to verify it? Please, have some information literacy. This is Russia we're talking about with a very long history of document forgery..."

And I agree with hohesc. Please, let's have some information literacy. AEP and the Telegraph don't have much of it

Even the whole idea of the experienced diplomat Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan admitting something like that to a journalist should ring bells - big ones

A couple of recent False Flags you may have missed George.
The Bali Bombing. Meant to look like an Islamic attack. Purpose: to sow terror and cement hatred of Muslims by terror-striken Australians and get them on board the planned, upcoming, joint attack on Middle East countries. Also, as alleged by some observers, to test new weaponry, perhaps an innovative micro-nuke and to gauge their effects for use against future enemies--foreign or domestic--in future false flag events.

And the The Port Arthur Massacre in Tasmania.   Meant to look like the work of a lone gunman in a tiny village but vastly too successful. Far too much expertise for the patsy, far too many suspicious anomalies to list. Purpose: to sow terror among peaceful, law-abiding but individualistic Australian gun owners and thus force restrictive laws allowing nationwide gun confiscation.

The Port Arthur Massacre worked perfectly. Almost too well. But the clueless Aussie media, headed by future Fox mogul, Rupert Murdoch, served almost as a propaganda ministry for the brand new John Howard administration, and brushed all doubts and conflicting evidence away.

Where it remains hidden today, forever it seems. Reportedly, access to the Port Arthur case is forbidden to investigators for the next 30 years. No CSI for the Port Arthur coverup Aussies, meanwhile, remain virtually weaponless under "benevolent" Big Brother and John Howard.

London Bombing 7-7 was a false flag to many observers. Meant to scapegoat Islamic people, of course. (Are we seeing a pattern here?). Served to terrorize Londoners and allow draconian, new power measures while bolstering lagging support of the war in Iraq. Perhaps even served as a punitive strike, to punish Londoners for their lack of war support.

I credit the recent deceased Joe Vialls for the Port Arthur info. RIP Joe.

Another one:

In 1987 the West German secret services (Landesbehörde für Verfassungsschutz) detonated a bomb at the outer wall of the prison of Celle, Germany, in an attempt to lay blame on the Red Army Fraction, West Germany's most active and prominent left-wing terrorist group. However, the incident was revealed in 1986 to be a plot by the government, a False flag operation, much to the embarrassment of the government.

For some, being associated with the 'Truther Movement' is too much to bear.  Not saying that's the case with GW, but anyone with a decently functioning brain can see 9/11 for the false flag it was. A cursory review of the conflicts, war-profiteering & and erosion of our civil liberties that followed that day proves the intent behind that false flag.  It's blatantly obvious, and those who fail to recognize it are in denial.

Well, rsnoble, perhaps the only thing left is the ideal of honour, or intellectual integrity, to attempt to not be personally duped, nor excessively afraid. However, like you suggested, the nuclear weapons already exist, and are already deployed. The only thing missing is someone criminally insane enough to actually use them.

Pretty well everything I have done during my adult life can be traced back to making decisions based upon thinking about the problems presented by atomic bombs, that I first began to worry about when I was a teenager. However, several decades of thinking about that still leaves me in the same predicament that you described.

What I have found is that the more I learned, the worse it got, because I have tended more and more to believe that there are people criminally insane enough to use atomic bombs in false false attacks!

His brand of Hopium is no different in substance than Obummer's. The only difference is taste.

As long as people insist upon being ruled by the criminal class at the barrel of a gun, nothing can change. Bitch about "corrupt government" all you want, but until you realize that's the only kind of external government there is, you're doing nothing but supporting the absolute worst people in the world.

Nothing would go further toward the right direction than to have an election where the vast majority stayed home, as it is the ONLY way to prevent government from winning every election.

The D and R parties are indistinguishable.

The scripted, psuedo-war between Dems and Repubs, liberals and
conservatives is in reality a false divide-and-conquer dog-and-pony show
created by the powers-that-be to keep the American people divided and
distracted. See this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this and this.

It keeps us distracted from the fact that the two mainstream parties are virtually identical in terms of issues of war, liberty, crony capitalism, bailouts, big oil and nuclear energy, genetically modified foods, and other core issues which affect our basic health, freedom and prosperity.

Both the GOP and Dems are bought and paid for.  They make money hand over fist by literally pimping out the American people.

Ron Paul would have been good, but TPTB wouldn't give him a chance.

A third party might be good ... but the vote-counters probably wouldn't let it happen.

agreed GW,  same in the UK, and most western democracies. But worse in Italy where unelected bankers get made president, the troika in greece, etc. EU is even worse for unaccountability.

Religions also seem to equal the distraction of the false choice paradigm, as most are born into and stay in their family one.  However for preaching 'love', there seems to be a lot of death & hate, both now and throughout recorded history.

Qui Bono in all these cases ? - those who are hidden puppet-masters as per usual. do we really still have to debate this self-evident logic ?... Answers on a postcard to ......

[good article btw, but 'preaching to the converted' here at ZH = perhaps post on a more mainstream sheeple site.].

Strange how every "terrorist" event in the past ten or fifteen years benefited the various imperial governments of Britain, Israel, Australia and the USA. These false flag terror operations help cement power, by spreading terror throughout the victim nation. By spreading the effects of terror--pictures of damage and film interviews of mass hysteria and confusion--the mainstream media of the traumatized country served as an unquestioning, ultra-effective propaganda vehicle. The national media acts as a brilliant, second phase of the false flag operation, by further spreading the terror while muddying the waters to any conflicting evidence or subsequent investigation.

Pick a few suspicious events that helped cement power in the four countries. There are dozens, and I'm certain you can think of many more, but I've only listed six.
Each event is intended to (A) scapegoat a group or individual, while (B) removing power from the unsuspecting people, while (C ) giving more power to the government, while (D) directing hostility toward the intended group, or individual, while (E) muddying the facts of the story for future reference. If you control the events and control the story than you control the people, for your own purposes.

worse than facts, "terror" has been used incredibly well to muddy the constitutional liquid
