I was flicking through the images above and came to the one titled "Oranges". Where are the oranges....in the foreground in front of the pretty girl? Or are you talking about the orange "New World First Bus Services Limited" bus?
They didn't need air traffic control on the moon until the 2nd one showed up........
And maybe of interest, if the missle was shot from a mobile SAM battery that has now hauled ass out of the area, this might make the 2nd time we may never know what really happened causing a B-777 crash.
Malayzia has a tribunal, which sentenced the BUsh 43 and Netanyahu for torturing the Palestinians and Iraqies.....I belive, Rumsfeld and Cheney as well.

I would say European travelers to SE Asia have plenty of due diligence to consider.

Let me just say this, I see no reason why concepts such as collective liability, reckless endangerment, manslaughter and contributory negligence should not apply to the actions of world leaders, but that is far far too much to expect.
In the meantime, as a global flyer, I am horrified at what has come to light in terms of airline safety as a result of these two incidents.
Agreed. But in such a highly propoganda-charged situation, perhaps a few more facts first. Ukraine, Russia AND The US are all involved, none of which is an innocent bystander.
It is clear that MH17 flew much further North than other MH flights in prior days and than other airlines using the Ukraine route to Asia. It seems that in this respect it also departed from its registered flight path which took it directly over the restricted airspace. Why? Was this detour required by Kiev ATC Centre? We don't know because the Ukrainian Intelligence Service has confiscated the ATC records of conversations between ATC and MH17. Why? Also, whilst restricted airspace only reaches to FL 320, MH17 was only at FL330. This was not a fully loaded aircraft and it was already several hours into the flight, so, again, why was the aircraft only at FL330?. At this stage of such a long haul flight, one would expect to be at a FL of 350 or 370.
Further, where are the CVR and the DVDR (Aka "The Black boxes"). I think we can safely assume that they are already in Moscow? The DFDR will not reveal much except "Boom". The CVR would be an alternative source of information regarding communications between MH17 and Kiev ATC. IF the aircarft was directed to divert further North than the flight pland AND if the Black Boxes are indeed in Moscow, we MIGHT get a transcript. But who will believe it? If not, we will probably get nothing.
I am not suggesting any conspiracy, just that, if it will ever be possible, we need more facts before concluding who did what to whom and why. Meanwhile, beware all the propoganda.
It's sad that 300 innocent souls should be lost, and lives and families destroyed, as collateral damage in a Global power play. May the victims RIP. My thoughts and prayers are with the lost and their loved ones.
