Over 50 Killed In Gaza As Israel Shelling Is "Fiercest Since 1967 War"

Tyler Durden's picture

While the world's attention is focused on the tragic events in Ukraine, the fighting in Gaza has entered its 13th, and most deadly day, with at least 50 Palestinians killed on Sunday by Israeli shelling in a Gaza neighborhood, where "bodies were strewn in the street and thousands fled for shelter to a hospital packed with wounded, witnesses and health officials said." Reuters reports that the mass casualties in Shejaia, in northeast Gaza, were the heaviest since Israel launched its offensive, since expanded to a land offensive including tanks and troops. This has brought the total dead count on the Gaza side to over 400.

A few hours later, Israel agreed to a two-hour humanitarian truce in Shejaiya. The ceasefire was supposed to last from 13:30 to 15:30 local time an Israeli military spokesman said. But a BBC team on the ground reported an exchange of fire less than an hour after the truce began.

According to elderly locals, today's Israeli shelling was the fiercest they had seen since the 1967 Middle East war, when Israel captured Gaza. Shifa hospital's director, Naser Tattar, said 17 children, 14 women and four elderly were among the 50 dead, and about 400 people were wounded in the Israeli assault.

Gaza's Health Ministry officials said at least 385 Palestinians, many of them civilians, have been killed in the 13-day conflict and about 2,600 have been wounded.

On Israel's side, two civilians have been killed by cross-border fire and five soldiers have died in fighting. More than 50 Israeli troops have been wounded, hospital officials said.

Thousands fled Shejaia, some by foot and others piling into the backs of trucks and sitting on the hoods of cars filled with families trying to get away. Several people rode out of the neighborhood of 100,000 in the shovel of a bulldozer.

Video given to Reuters by a local showed at least a dozen corpses, including three children, lying in rubble-filled streets, though the footage could not be verified independently.

An AFP reporter comments on the ground:

Meanwhile the IDF is denying all responsibility for the mass killings of civilians, instead saying it had warned the locals to evacuate in advance:

Furthermore, the IDF released the following schematic to explain the layout of local militants and rockets within Shejaiya.

In other developments surrounding Gaza, the BBC reports that:

  • Hamas claims it carried out a major attack on Israeli forces in Gaza, causing multiple casualties. There is no comment from the Israeli military on this
  • There has been almost constant shelling by Israel in the past few hours, with tanks and troops reported on the move
  • Hamas is continuing to fire rockets into Israel, with one landing in the city of Ashkelon
  • UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon is due to arrive in Qatar later to meet Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas

Perhaps most disturbing, and something which has gotten zero coverage compared to the ongoing chaos in Donetsk, is that Israel's Government Press Office on Saturday warned foreign journalists it was not responsible for their safety in the Gaza Strip, where the Jewish state has launched an offensive against Palestinian militants.

"Gaza and its vicinity are a battleground. Covering the hostilities exposes journalists to life-threatening danger," an e-mailed Government Press Office (GPO) statement said. "Israel is not in any way responsible for injury or damage that may occur as a result of field reporting."

The GPO, which accredits journalists based in Israel, many of whom also cover events in the Palestinian Territories, charged Islamist group Hamas was using journalists as human shields and advised reporters to take "every possible precaution."

In other words, if there are no foreign journalists covering the atrocities in Gaza, that would be ideal. In the meantime, it is best to distract the public's attention with some speculation that the Separatist rebels in Ukraine are doing the same, and try to provoke fury there, but not here.

Below are some photos documenting the sheer destruction in Shejaiya:

The district of Shejaiya came under heavy Israeli bombardment overnight, Palestinians say

The Israeli military says the ground offensive has been expanded to destroy a Hamas tunnel network

An air strike early on Sunday morning killed four people, including two children, according to medics

Israelis who support the offensive faced off with those against it in Tel Aviv on Saturday evening

Finally, the reason why it is all about to get much worse, is that in an interview with Cannel 2 TV, the Israeli Minister of Intelligence and Strategic Affairs Yuval Steinitz said the military may take control of Hamas-controlled territory for several months to “dismantle the terror army.” Needless to say such an act would provoke a firestorm, literally, of desperation from Hamas which would almost certainly lead to the deaths of thousands of innocent bystanders in the latest sharp escalation of a conflict that goes back countless years.

The pictures remind one of the Royal Air Force destruction in Dresden Germany. And as we all know now, the raids on Dresden - not a prime military target for the Allies in WWII - were calculated to be an attack on civilians so devastating that the civilian population of German would rise up and force the Nazis to abandon their war.

The destruction of Gaza has that same look, targeting the civilian population in hopes that the Palestinian will turn against the Hamas government that they elected. And make no mistake, once you see the video of the four boys targeted on the beach by an Israeli ship, you know now the purpose of Israel's invasion.

Actually John Kenneth Gailbraith was commissioned to research after WW2 how effective was the allied bombing on German war making.  He wrote a paper which illustrated that the bombong of Germany made the German more determined and the peak of the arm manufactures was in February 1945.

He found that when the allies bombed civilian German housing the workers would just stay at the arms factory and work more hours.  The Allied bombing pissed off the Germans and they struggled  harder than ever to fight their opponents.

The American air force, headed by the mad bomber, Curtis Lemay. buried the report.

In the Vietnam war, over 20 years later,  extreme bombing was done once againh by the American air force and we know how that worked out.

Does America ever learn any lessons?

Do you even know how to read??? The report wasn't about "fairness" - it was about effectiveness. And it was determined that mass civillian murder was ineffective. In fact, it had the completely opposite result that the attackers were seeking to accomplish.

But that's okay, you go right ahead and continue to bang your brainless head against the wall...

america was neutral in both wwi and wwii!   wilson got the u.s. in late because germany was turning the tide, and showed signs of triumph. the same is true for wwii had it not been for the german troops being bogged down in ukraine because of bad weather and the worst winter in russian (   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Moscow    ) contemporary history as they were just ~ two-hundred miles outside moscow on dec/1941. sitting ducks! yes, the weather was a factor, but the usa secretly was supplying weapons and ammunitions to the allies. japan bombs pearl harbor dec7/1941 and enters wwii-- and germany declares war dec11/1941 on united states, and hours later the usa declares war on germany's axis. the usa had deciphered japan's secret.    ( The Majic [ULTRA] Documents: Summaries and Transcripts of of Top Secret Diplomatic Communications of Japan, 1938- 1945)         http://www.kingscollections.org/catalogues/lkcma/collection/t/xm10-001              ?[T]he usa could have known of  the attack and had moved it's entire south-pacific fleet `airforce, and aircraft carriers days before ???  What's really mysterious is that the jap's didn't destroy the huge fuel depots?, which would have cost the usa ~six-months in delays,... but, they headed to MacCarthurs Philippines where BIG`Mac slept and refused to be wakened... strange shit!      http://www.conservapedia.com/Attack_on_Pearl_Harbor

so?... these are the two wars we won hands down after the axis-battles were already exhausted, and japan was fighting a two front war with china simultaneously.

of all the crap you've posted on this topic, this is probably the most absurd.

It would probably strain Israel's capabilities somewhat, but they probably could do a Dresden on Gaza, and if they did there would not be a building standing, and there would probably be 500,000 casualties.

But only as long as Israel has the US Congress in its pocket. In the words of US banker-controlled congressmen, the Israelis may be savages, but they're our savages.

The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy (Farrar & Straus, Sept. 2007), by professors Stephen Walt of Harvard University and John Mearsheimer of the University of Chicago, charges that the “Israel lobby” has distorted the foreign policy of the United States in favor of Israel to the point of serious damage.

The authors summarize their case as follows:

“The U.S. national interest should be the primary object of American foreign policy. For the past several decades, however, and especially since the Six Day War in 1967, the centerpiece of U.S. Middle East policy has been its relationship with Israel. The combination of unwavering U.S. support for Israel and the related effort to spread democracy throughout the region has inflamed Arab and Islamic opinion and jeopardized U.S. security.

“This situation has no equal in American political history. Why has the United States been willing to set aside its own security in order to advance the interests of another state? One might assume that the bond between the two countries is based on shared strategic interests or compelling moral imperatives. As we show below, however, neither of those explanations can account for the remarkable level of material and diplomatic support that the United States provides to Israel.

“Instead, the overall thrust of U.S. policy in the region is due almost entirely to U.S. domestic politics, and especially to the activities of the “Israel Lobby." Other special interest groups have managed to skew U.S. foreign policy in directions they favored, but no lobby has managed to divert U.S. foreign policy as far from what the American national interest would otherwise suggest, while simultaneously convincing Americans that U.S. and Israeli interests are essentially identical.”

End the Fed: Bernanke’s printing press is the sole source of Israel’s financial power to buy and retain the US Congress.

No it was Israel that was created after WWI. It is Israeli Khazars of European descent - DNA research shows 95% of Israelis not of Jewish blood - who occupy Palestine. And if you’re going to do propaganda, you’d better work on your techniques. I think I detect by your language that you’ve become frustrated that your lies are not working.

The Palestinian people elected Hamas; it is Hamas that is fighting for their independence, for their freedom, which is defined as having your own life and having a choice as to your government and your right to property.

Israelis just cannot stand it that someone else can have self-determination other than themselves.

It’s amazing that the American government, founded on the principle of self determination, freedom of assembly, freedom of speech, property rights and the pursuit of happiness, etc., should be the primary power trying to extinguish this right, not only in Gaza but in eastern Ukraine. The US has no reason to be in eastern Ukraine other than to suppress self-determination.

Palestinian people: Wikipedia (excerpt)

The Palestinian people are the modern descendants of the peoples who have lived in Palestine over the centuries, and who today are largely culturally and linguistically Arab due to Arabization of the region. Despite various wars and exoduses, roughly one half of the world's Palestinian population continues to reside in historic Palestine, the area encompassing the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and Israel. In this combined area, as of 2004, Palestinians constituted 49% of all inhabitants, encompassing the entire population of the Gaza Strip (1.6 million), the majority of the population of the West Bank (approximately 2.3 million versus close to 500,000 Jewish Israeli citizens which includes about 200,000 in East Jerusalem), and 16.5% of the population of Israel proper as Arab citizens of Israel. Many are Palestinian refugees or internally displaced Palestinians, including more than a million in the Gaza Strip,[27] three-quarters of a million in the West Bank, and about a quarter of a million in Israel proper. Of the Palestinian population who live abroad, known as the Palestinian diaspora, more than half are stateless lacking citizenship in any country. 3.24 million of the diaspora population live in neighboring Jordan where they make up approximately half the population, 1.5 million live between Syria and Lebanon, a quarter of a million in Saudi Arabia, with Chile's half a million representing the largest concentration outside the Arab world.

Consider a real two-state solution.  Borders between Gaza and Israel would be more open than between Gaza and Egypt.  Nobody would be using military weapons against each other.  Gaza citizens would freely circulate through Israel and the West Bank, and who knows, maybe Gaza would even let Israelis visit and work in Gaza.

Palestinians could have this going any day they want, but they don't want.

This is an attempt to brand Islam as terrorist. Who's a terrorist? On NBC this morning, a "river" of Palestinians flooded into the streets of Northern Gaza as Israeli tank shells landed regularly, the river of people with "terror" on their faces. "Terror" was NBC's word. Who, then, is the terrorist?

You may see some strong indictment of what Israel has become and what it is doing to the people of Gaza. But you will never see a stronger attack on the State of Israel than the one delivered by Justin Raimondo this weekend, Antiwar.com.

The killing of the boys on the beach was the last straw for this well-known opponent of war.

As Raimondo charged:

“Why does al-Qaeda target civilians, including children? Why do the Syrian rebels? Because as a military doctrine terrorism works: it can cow a people into submission, it can cause them to give up and flee their homes – which is precisely what the Israelis want to accomplish in Gaza. Even now as I write they are invading Gaza City with ground forces after warning the populace to evacuate. Their goal is to solve the Palestinian Problem once and for all, or at least the Gaza Problem – by reoccupying it as a prelude to annexing most of the West Bank. The dream of Greater Israel – the key plank in the ruling Likud party platform – is about to be realized.”

Continues Raimondo in his column, Israel Kills – For the Fun of It:

“Torat Ha’Melech is wildly popular in Israel in spite of the controversy it aroused, and as the Israeli political leadership fanned the flames of hatred and vigilantism – culminating in the burning to death of Mohammad Abu Khdeir – the pogrom advocated by these two rabbinc nutjobs and their numerous supporters was carried out. Just as it is being carried out by the IDF in Gaza today. The crazed genocidal doctrine of Shapira and Elitzur isn’t some fringe phenomenon: it is the national spirit – and military doctrine – of the state of Israel.

“This is why the ‘two-state solution’ is an illusion: would you want to live in the same country with a population of committed genocidal maniacs? Israel cannot be reformed or ‘saved’: it can only be dismantled. The whole society is poisoned by hatred, racism, and a quasi-religious ideology rivaled in its violent fanaticism only by groups like al-Qaeda and ISIS. The Israelis are demonstrating this every day as they wantonly dismember Palestinian children while celebrating their own brutality. They don’t care what the West thinks – as long as the ‘aid’ spigot isn’t turned off. They are sadists, pure and simple, who murder for the sheer joy of it.

“As such, the rest of humanity has only one option: to turn our backs on them, to boycott and isolate them, to sanction them and drive them out of the international community. A poll recently cited Israel as the main danger to peace on earth, and this is absolutely true. Until the world is rid of this nuclear-armed rogue state, none of us are safe.”

Exactly.  The west  and Hamas have different values.  To Hamas, any casualty is a martyr, and if they advance the strategic plans all the better.

These whack jobs would think nothing of killing you or me if given the chance.

Israel needs to press hard, now, and cripple this organization.  Note, there is zero cry for israel to stop beyond the usual diplomatic pleasantries.  The world is growing weary and wary of Islamists.

Deception is the name of your game, to call evil good and good evil.

Kaasem Khaleel points out in his book, Wrongly Blamed (2007) that “Public terror was invented by the Israelis.

“To achieve their political goals, Zionists are dependent on terror. These terror acts are used as a distraction. Even though the Israelis are the sources, they effectively blame others…Thus people are being misled regarding the real source of these crimes.”

“We must use terror, assassination, intimidation, land confiscation, and the cutting of all social services to rid the Galilee of its Arab populations.” -- This is the voice of Israel’s first prime minister, David ben Gurion, head of the terror group Haganah and a founder of the State of Israel, speaking to his General Staff in May 1948, the year Israel was created on Palestinian land.

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to it! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not!  Look, your house is left to you desolate. I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.’” –Jesus Grieves over Jerusalem – the City of God, a symbol of the whole nation. Luke 13:34

Was there a Muslim religion before the Koran? Was Mohammad a Muslim before the Koran was written? Were his followers muslim before the Koran was written?

Mohammad and his early followers were jewish. They did not follow any other religion other than the one God gave them. Gabriel told him so. It's the same value system that the Jews have, and the Christians have.

What you are seeing today about jihad is not the way of a true muslim. Only muslim infidels want Isreal destroyed.

We are all God's people. Some, more so than others...

People of Arab descent prosper once they leave the Middle East. It's that corrupt, nihilistic value system that passes as Muslim political leadership that holds the good individual back.

These guys are just begging to be put in concentration camps. It's not as if Israel will always have the upper hand - it's far from friendly supply lines and the Islamic world is currently in a disorganized clutter. But that will only last so long; history just keeps going and no state stays on top forever. If Israel were limited to the military its local population and resources could support, they'd be able to field an army a little more powerful than Lebanon's.

So right now, today, the "Jews" (really Eastern European trailer trash) are deciding how the Arabs will treat them when the Arabs inevitably gain the upper hand. When the Anglo-American empire falls, Israel will be on its own. And what then?

Israel's Government Press Office on Saturday warned foreign journalists it was not responsible for their safety in the Gaza Strip, where the Jewish state has launched an offensive against Palestinian militants...

It’s hard to provide protection for journalists when you’re indiscriminately firing tank shells. First the Israelis say they have laser-guided bombs that can be fired from the F-15 jet fighters. So now that they are rolling tanks into Gaza, tanks that can fire powerful shells, they can’t know at all where these shells are going to go.

It’s just indiscriminate firing and devastation.

something to consider in context of MH17.  coincidence?

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/183099

Justice Minister Tzipi Livni (HaTnua) explained over the weekend why she agreed to a ceasefire - even though the IDF had not yet managed to destroy the Hamas tunnels network.

She said that until the infiltration of 13 well-armed terrorists into Israel this past Thursday – most of whom scattered back into Gaza after seeing that they had been detected by Israeli forces – the problem "still hadn't taken place." The Thursday incident, which could have led to a catastrophic attack on Israel, is largely seen as the final straw that led to the ground-operation into Gaza.

Channel Two news anchor asked Livni over the weekend how it developed that the government basically agreed to a ceasefire on Tuesday, while on Thursday it suddenly "remembered" that "the tunnels are a strategic problem that must be urgently taken care of."

Livni answered, "First of all, in truth the tunnels aren't something new…. There is a difference between a problem that still hasn't taken
place and you still don't see it inside the territory of the State of Israel, [and between] that infiltration [from the tunnel] at Sufah that basically meant that it's not only a tunnel, but that Hamas continues and intends to use them inside Israel against the citizens of Israel."

It was Livni's veto last week that delayed the ground operation into Gaza for two full days.

Media analyst Dr. Aaron Lerner noted sardonically that this statement by the former Foreign Minister and Prime Ministerial candidate, a current member of Israel's security cabinet, "helps to provide a very important understanding as to how the very top of Israel's leadership analyzes situations and makes policy decisions." The guiding principle, he wrote, is "there is a difference between a problem that still hasn't taken place..."

In actuality, Livni overlooked the fact that the tunnels had been used successfully in the past against Israel. It happened in June 2006, when Hamas tunneled under an IDF outpost, killed two soldiers, and abducted Gilad Shalit back into Gaza. Hamas held him hostage for more than five years, until Israel released over 1,000 terrorists to secure his release.

Among the many tunnels from Gaza to Israel and back detected by the IDF in the past few days, one led to Kibbutz Netiv HaAsarah, on the northern border of Gaza and four miles south of Ashkelon. "If Hamas had accepted the ceasefire last week," Lerner added, "that tunnel and the many others now being discovered would still be intact - waiting for use at a time that most serves the program of the enemy."

Lerner concluded: "Oslo, retreat from the Gaza Strip and Philadelphi Corridor, 'quiet for quiet', as well as the many initiatives to trade the Golan for a piece of paper that only failed because of an uncooperative Assad, are all illustrations of how policymakers had reasonably accurate technical information about security ramifications, but chose to downgrade or ignore the information since the technically possible scenarios had yet to play out."

Well, Israel produces some fruits ( I mean oranges, pun intended) and an odd machine or two for cutting precious stones.

Hardly enough to sustain the profligate ammo/fuel/pieces expenditure since...1982? 1967? earlier?

Our US readers shouldnt blame Netanyahu, with each tax they pay, with each price hike they accept, they are loading the howitzers and the MLRS killing civilians in Gaza.

Without the american taxpayer the israeli warmachine would wither and die, and there would be a serious risk of peace breaking out.

And what would become of israeli ruling class then?

They have only one objective in life; remain in power at all costs, and Talmud interpreted by some mentally ill rabbis teaches them that all other peoples are cattle, destinied to serve the Chosen People until death.

Take that mindset , add US-paid warmachine, and you have the results we see now.

It will brutally end when US Navy stops dominating the seas, and not a moment earlier.

Doctor in Gaza hospital begs Obama

Dr. Mads Gilbert: "Mr. Obama, spend one night with us in Shifa hospital"

Dr. Mads Gilbert, a doctor and activist based in Gaza, has written in Mondoweiss a plea for Barack Obama to spend a night in Shifa hospital to know the experience of life for the injured in Gaza:

"Mr. Obama – do you have a heart? I invite you – spend one night – just one night – with us in Shifa. Disguised as a cleaner, maybe. I am convinced, 100%, it would change history. Nobody with a heart AND power could ever walk away from a night in Shifa without being determined to end the slaughter of the Palestinian people.

"But the heartless and merciless have done their calculations and planned another “dahyia” onslaught on Gaza.
The rivers of blood will keep running the coming night. I can hear they have tuned their instruments of death.
Please. Do what you can. This, THIS cannot continue."

Finally: Why all the others? The ME is one big nation or conglomerate of indigenous tribes,... as is/was the US past/ present and yesterday?!? They (ME) have however no cohesion because of past UK, France, and US colonialization. Their [Western influence] CT/ COIN and covert attacks every decade or so, are the so cause that the United Arab front will never, ever have a chance to reason with each other. The US is the ultimate propagandist and master of 'Divide-and-Conquer' methodology in the last sixty years.

The Cold war ended in 1989 and for 25 years the USSA has run the globe unilaterally with an iron-fist. It's days of calling Russia and China,... and for that matter anyone that stands up to it a tyrant or redux McCarthyism are over. [P]eriod!

Israel was set-up as a pivotal axis-front... for creating chaos and dissention, with the bellicose US-AIPAC running Wall Street and DC!!!

Afterall, with the media, printed word, FRBs, K-Street, Wall Street all under their dualism-istic thumbs!  What can the ordinary layperson do, but say... 'What's Goin On!'

It has been confirmed that the Israeli military is used fletchette shells in Gaza, which spray out thousands of small metal darts upon impact. Thats why the kids are peppered with wounds -

Those are actually humanitarian darts the kids are supposed to catch so they can play parlour games to occupy their time while they wrap up the operation.  People are just misunderstanding their intentions and the arabs are spinning their use as war-like.

Boy Tyler knows what causes debate I'll give him that:) I'll come back to the facts. They've been quarreling over this patch of earth for thousands of years and it isn't likely to change. How many tens of thousands have died on both sides over the millenium? Who knows. They are essentially the same people with different religious beliefs that is what is sad. Think of what could be accomplished if they ever decided to work together???? Hmmm

However if Hamas weren't such cowards they would form their own army and they would meet the Israelis on their own turf army to army. However these guys tried that back in 1967 which was the reason Israel took the GAZA in the first place. Did everyone forget this fact? Would it have been fine if they did drive them into the sea with an unprovoked slaughter which was their objective at the time? However they can't fight them face to face and they know it. That is why they use people as weapons and shoot from neighborhoods so the world can say, "look at the innocents being slaughtered"? Genocide or just another chapter in this ugly war torn book?

My solution would be, the Palestinians need to put an end to these fuckers coming into their lands in the first place. If they really are tired of their own people paying the price then ban them. I see everyone using the house scenario so lets use that. Even if I didn't like my neighbor that much I doubt I would let anyone come into my place and use it as a means to launch grenades at their property especially if he had missle launchers pointed at my own home because he was worried about me doing just that. I would go to great lengths to prove to him that I wanted to live with him peacefully and would not allow anyone to fight for me.

Then innocents wouldn't be killed because they would prove once and for all they are tired of all the bloodshed. That is not nor has it ever been that case. When Arafat was alive (remember him the Nobel Peace prize winner/terrorist/embezeller of billions from his people). He was good at solving that problem too. Throwing gasoline on the fire when ever he could get away with it. Except he got caught a few times.

It is as simple as this:

Attack me and my home....well I will retaliate so that you will never think of doing it again. Embrace me and I will welcome you into my home.

It can work. There is enough land everywhere there and surely with all that oil plenty of wealth for all????

Hot mic on John Kerry

Kerry: "It's a hell of a pinpoint operation"

US Secretary of State John Kerry has been caught on mic, speaking to one of his advisor sarcastically about Israel's operation in Gaza.

"It's a hell of a pinpoint operation," he said. "We've got to get over there. We ought to go tonight. I think it's crazy to be sitting around."

For many years the Palestinian resistance had nothing to do with Islam. It was a secular resistance movement which was only relatively recently overtaken by 'Islamic fundamentalism' (whether that fundamentalism was supported/funded by Mossad/CIA is open to debate)

Presumably you are Jewish. Would you agree then that the Zionist movement which led to the creation of Israel is just as 'fundamentally religious' as 'Islamic jihad' or Hamas?

As a Palestinian Christian living outside the region I maintain solidarity with the oppressed, humiliated, people of Palestine despite the differences between Christians and Muslims throughout the Middle East .

Killer Netanyahu thanks Obama the other killer. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is addressing a press conference ahead of a cabinet meeting on Sunday night.

According to Haaretz correspondent Barak Ravid, he thanked US President Obama for US support during Israel's "operation" in Gaza.

He warned that the operation is "very dangerous", but necessary.

There are too many hasbara trolls here these days, constantly derailing the conversation, which should primarily be about why the United States continues to be chained to a small, racist, apartheid, nuclear rogue colonial power which spies on the US relentlessly, is responsible for the King David Hotel bombing, Lavon Affair, USS Liberty attack, probably the Marine barracks in Lebanon, possibly the USS Cole  [who killed John O'Neill?], has sold American tech to China, and most certainly of all - did 9/11 with help from the ZOG and its confederates like Cheney and Rumsfeld and the Joint Chiefs.

The problem is wildly disporportionate Jewish power in government, media, banking - not just in the US, but in several nations around the world, in which they burrow into the state apparatus and media and hijack the nation's resources and bias its understanding as much as possible.  When the ex-minister in Australia recently said that the Australian government had outsourced his foreign policy to the Jewish Lobby- he was not lying.  When most of the US government shows up to AIPAC, or has the requisite photo op at the wailing wall - it is not for Jewish "votes" but kneeling before Jewish power.  When the French government kneels before CRIF - it is kneeling before the power of not only French but international Jewry.

They aren't all evil from the crib, it's not "all" of them, but as a group - internationally, Jews have too much power, and if that power, that "Jewish privilege" is not challenged, Israel's desire for blood and expansion, Judaism's ability to be free to practice itself, in non-whitewashed, Christianized form, will grow beyond all bounds.  Israel's weapons already threaten the planet.

Israel will not stop at Gaza or the West Bank.  It will always claim defense and cry antisemite.  The press will continue to lie on its behalf - unless and until people in the US, UK, Canada, France, and Australia, and elsewhere frankly get in the streets and demand that their Israel Lobbies be BANNED as agents of a foreign power, and people begin to more freely examine the role of disproportionate Jewish power in these societies.

You do know old Daffy they could just WIPE THEM ALL OUT! I mean I’m starting to come around to that idea; and just say be done with the whole thing. You see peace is a LIE, and a accident. I don't make that as a knee jerk reaction nor a troll statement. I make it from a educated stand point of, the supremacy clause of life.

Because for peace too take root. There has to be assimilation under the supremacy clause. Israel is the supreme power in that area and the Palestinians are very weak and child like. The restraint that Israel is showing is profound; I mean they could literally in a sweep of the hand wipe all those people from the face of the Globe; and still restrain from such acts. Why is that? Can anyone tell me why? I have a theory it’s the need to be kind and value for human life and with that you should be grateful because there are those among us who wouldn't be so kind. You can be thankful for that!  I dont think if the shoe was on the other foot they would be so kind to obliage.

TRUE COLORS OF SATANIC PEOPLE.

IDF: 'We have no moral obligation to avoid civilian casualties. Israel: not responsible for journalists' safety Israel's Government Press Office on Saturday warned foreign journalists it was not responsible for their safety in the Gaza Strip, reported Reuters. - See more at: http://www.middleeasteye.net/news/live-blog-israel-palestine-tensions-co...

What does this mean? It means they will now target journalists who are exposing the genocide and target civilians even more.

The Israeli military, like the American military, is a hyped-up paper tiger.  Hell, even with all of their state-of-the-art military hardware, the fuggin Israeli army still can't whip a few ignorant Palestinan Muslims who are using 30 year-old AK-47's, IED's built from used cellphone parts, and Korean War-era small rockets.

The US military has not been allowed to FULLY perform its proper function since World War II.

Thus the "paper tiger" thesis, to the SMALL extent that it is true, is is not a military issue, but a societal one; born of the twin "progressive" plaques of political correctness and non-judgmentalism.
