IBM VISA GS all ramped to hell to take the Dow positive, just one monster Ponzi scam, and of Course Gold slammed back down
Insanity on parade.
Who needs a fucking reason? It goes up!!
The more gh0atrider thinks about it, the more likely it seems we see a complete melt-up in stocks on a worthless dollar than a crash.
Zimbabwe
Order out of chaos.
Yep, I've been saying it for some time now. As the dollar goes to zero everything measured in it will go to infinity.
The chance of this market ever trading down below 1900 is in the single digits and the chance we ever see a 1700 print again is zero.
Because of this all puts need to be sold with reckless abandon. If it has a bid over your commission rate just close your eyes and sell it; it's free money.
Don't fight the FEDs software.
Great news! Apparently the russian 'rebels' gave back the fudged black box to the monkeys at the UN. it is all solved now. Wfew! And I thought there was a problem.
If the S & P is lifted by a rising USDJPY, then why is the S & P up 8% YTD and the USDJPY is more or less flat?
It's more of an intra-day catalyst than a long term predictor.
as nodebt said. but its also part of the new normal, as in a rising USDJPY lifts it, but when USDJPY falls, stocks dont go down, because they arent allowed to.
gee would u look at that...the same paper price action at the same time on consecutive days...shocking.

It's not going to crash until every retiree in the USA has his/her last nickel in the stock market, and then comes The Rug Pull.
Or the bond market. Just wait til the fedgov steals all of the social security money and some other money to boot and pumps it into the bond market. This nation is buit on a foundation of rugs... many rugs with many handles for pulling.
It's NEVER going down...what part of NEVER don't you people understand...it's rigged
"what part of NEVER don't you people understand"
I am smashing the up arrow button but I can only give you one.
I helped him out, too. That should be a triple-digit greenie post right there.
Who's got two thumbs and loves free money? This guy.
Never is, of course, a very long time.
ZH, please never post another up move Gold chart, never ever again !!!!!!
Do you think they realize that everyone with half a brain can see what they are doing?
I can't wait to start killing these fucking assholes.
assholes like you only kill defensless animals.
They are pretty obvious about it.
I can't wait to start killing these fucking assholes.
You might want to try disobedience first. I can't imagine that being nastier than killing people... unless the tough guy talk is just for show.
Courtesy of the central bank put. Also, many investors believe that even though the geopolitical situation is messy, it is contained and will have limited spillover effects.
lol... like Syria..
The put is all that matters. The only thing investors think about is timing the collapse.
And many also believe that the greater the mess, the larger the put.
this explains what the stock market measures

Idiocy on steroids.
Idiocracy. Hey just wait till they start using water (you know, from out the toilet) on the crops instead of Brawndo....we ain't seen shit yet.
You guys remember when the Portugal banking system went under? That was a rough 20 mins.
Yeah I couldn't even get to the bank to pull my money out before my confidence returned.
well ftse hasn't made a new high in 14 months or so. dax isn't confirming these highs and nikkei is forming, for now, a lower high. the usa is really on it's own here and has been for some time.
whilst this can go on a lot longer than bears hope. it can't go on forever
Right, because the cause is inflation. As others have said here, look at the Venezuela stock market.
This will not end until overt and covert money printing ends or the currencies become valueless. The latter will probably happen first. It's just too easy for Central Banks and governments to keep lying.
Bot some puts at 1984. Seemed like an appropriate #. Gotta feeling we end the day red. Yep....I'm nuts.
Glad you announced yourself as a Put Buyer, so I don't feel alone. You know the other side is winning, &$#@#$#!!!
Iran leaders must be desperate to unleash Hezblloah, but have their hands tied with these Nuclear talks...wonder if they will fall apart? also Euro statement out later, there is no way the DAX should be up 125 points with that coming down the pipe...and totally unreported its all going off in Libya again
"All-time record high" ? If VIX & JPY keep their near-term trajectory since 10:05. it may end up being be just a "lunch-time record high." Spidey sense makes me think this rolls over to a modest gain today, either now or post-12:45, after a secondary round of goosing.
S&P is destined to hit close to 2200 before it collapses.
Believe me.
Yeah, tonight we have the financially engineered, China channel stuffing, commodity maker Apple to report absolutely blow out, who'd a thunk it, earnings - and still no new products.

must be all that "cash on the sidelines" finally getting in. Even if cash-on-the-sidelines actually existed, why in the hell would people be putting it to work at all time highs?
I did predict that NFLX was going to start to tank w/ this earnings call though. I should have bought puts.
FTSEMIB up 500 points, IBEX up 200 LOL
Buy the cannons, sell the trumpets.
Nuthin' more bullish than new highs!
Are they trying to push people to go into stocks so than they can crash it and blame the investors ??
This Ponzi scheme is getting old
It's always like this right before major global wars.
Ludicrously shitty trading day, stasis for 4 hours, can't even get a solid 1/2 pivot pullback on the Russell, which sits at the R3 level (!) Time to click on those "work from home" spam e-mails . . .
