The low-income units, which are available to people making 60 percent of median income or less, will also be in a segment that only contains affordable apartments and that faces the street while the luxury apartments will face the river.
In New York City, this arrangement is relatively common. Luxury builders get credits to use up more square footage than they normally could by promising to build affordable units as well. Those developers can then sell the credits to cover the costs of building the low-income housing. I immediately dumped my downloaded 'Google Earth' program (but not before picking up coordinates and saving screenshot pictures of the aircraft carrier that was almost completed by the Chicoms which was 5 years before the USGOV even ADMITTED that they had a state-of-the-art ship like this... the deal was between Russia and China, and the Chinese bought an almost-completed carrier and then proceeded to reverse-engineer some of the U.S. aircraft tech to set up a counterforce, after the AWACS plane was forced down back in, what was it, '99 or '00...).
At FIRST (before YouTube purchace; or 'BYP'), I nicknamed them 'GOOKLE' (a racial slur denoting their cow-towing to the communist PLA). A little later, though, I found myself revamping the nickname. NOW, it became 'GOOKLETUBE'. Of course, SOME ignorant people call them 'JewTube' (actually, not so ignorant, as the communist ideology was conceived by people whe CLAIM to be of 'Jewish' bloodlines but are actually atheist Kazarim and Ashkenazim).
It's not that I consider the Chinese PEOPLE to be evil or bad or anything. It's their so-called 'LEADERS' who have always made the people look bad (throughout history). It's like that in every nation, I suppose. The assholes in D.C. are assholes, just like the assholes in any other polito-social clique are. Any 'leaders' in ALL nations wish to retain power and have great avarice, and will murder indiscriminately; either quietly and singly; or en-masse; those who oppose their ideology of slavery and ownership of mankind.

When I went to my credit union this morning, I surrendered my contact information to them (including officially sanctioned government identification, 'social security number', account number, and several minutes of recorded video that was being made that recorded all the biometric identifiers that I consider to be personal; so that they could store them in their database) when I gave them Fedscrips so that I cold continue 'transacting business'.
When I gassed up my automobile, I surrendered my credit information to them (no one carries 'cash' these days, because 'plastic' is so much more 'convenient').
When I tried to complete the drive to my employment in order that I might fulfill my obligation as a 'wage slave' and complete my payments of taxation to the authorities (as well as supplementary taxes mentioned here), I was 'pulled over' for some inane 'infraction' by the people who wear badges and guns; and given a 'ticket' for doing 36 in a 35 zone (and forced to surrender 'proof of insurance', but that's another story in itself), as well as proof that I was not carrying contraband; was not under undue influence of ingestibles that are considered 'illegal', proof that I had paid my 'registration fee' to operate my vehicle, AND my officially-sanctioned government identification. I could FEEL the irradiation by the 'radar gun', and most likely will be forced to report to my mandated 'healthcare provider' several years hence; where I will be FORCED to pay for ridiculous and totally INSANE drugs in order to combat the radiation that I have been forced to absorb this day (and ALL parties will be held 'unnacountable' for doing this shit to me. When my headaches start up, I will be told by a 'doctor' that i am a 'pain-med seeker', and as the cancer in my brain progresses, I will be forced to PROVE them wrong before the condition is finally deemed to be 'too late for intervention', at which point they will have gotten everything they wanted; and I will be left to DIE).
I was thinking of taking an airline flight on my 'vacation' that they said I should take. They don't do this kind of shit at AIRPORTS, do they?
