Meanwhile, Ukraine's Government Collapses, PM Yatsenyuk Resigns
As if Ukraine was not struggling through enough turmoil currently, Bloomberg reports that the fragile coalition government has collapsed after two parties quit. The UDAR and Svoboda parties said they’d leave the government and seek a snap parliamentary ballot. Tempers have been fraying recently as numerous brawls have broken out in parliament ahead of President Poroshenko's pledge to call elections this year. All we have to do now is find out who Washington would like to see in power? The end result: Prime Minister Yatsenyuk just resigned. The big question now is what will the IMF do about the remaining tranches of its loans? Via BBG:

How The Ukrainian government has settled these problems in the past.
Ukraine’s coalition collapsed after two parties quit during a months-long pro-Russian insurgency in the nation’s east that downed a Malaysian Air jet last week.
The UDAR and Svoboda parties said they’d leave the government and seek a snap parliamentary ballot, according to statements today on their websites. Under the constitution, the former Soviet republic has 30 days to form a new coalition or it must call early elections. The existing cabinet will remain in place in the meantime.
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s government, took over the country in February after pro-European street protests prompted Kremlin-backed President Viktor Yanukovych to flee to Russia. Yanukovych’s successor, billionaire Petro Poroshenko, had pledged to call parliamentary elections this year.
“We will probably have snap parliamentary elections at the end of October,” Yuriy Yakymenko, the head of political research at the Razumkov Center, said by phone from Kiev today. “This option was probably agreed on by political parties seeking elections and the president.”
The government and the current parliament will keep working until new institutions are formed, he said. Olga Lappo, Yatsenyuk’s spokeswoman, declined to comment when reached by phone today.

Nothiing really going on here in Kiev even though the government collapsed. Everyone saw it coming I guess and in any event Yats is as corrupt as any of em (he's now Timoshenko's buddy even though before they were enemies) so just another corrupt guy getting the boot and/or moving on.
Just wish all the thugs and criminals in Maiden would leave as it's a big eyesore. Pretty much all the Ukrainians I know want them out too. I think most people except the die hard Ukrainian Nationalists (and the Svoboda / Right factor guys) just wish this never happened.

According to the colonel, at 16:19:45, a Ukrainian jet fighter targeted the Boeing with an air-to-air missile R-60. The missile damaged the right engine of the Boeing. The Boeing was hit, but still managed to stay in the air. However, in doing so, the Boeing turned 180 degrees to the left. It was at this moment that the false flag attack started falling apart. According to Zhilin, part of the plan controlled by the US with Ukrainian hands executing it was to have the Boeing crash past the southern frontline by the Ukrainian-Russian border. Had the Boeing fallen there, securing the crash sites with the troops in response to international pressure was on top of all else effectively allow Kiev to lift the encirclement of its brigades in the southern pocket by the Russian border.
When, however, the Boeing started to turn in the opposite direction and was still apparently manageable, "the US-Ukrainian headquarters of the special operation panicked and order the Buk battery to destroy the plane in the air in order to pre-empt the possibility of the Boeing's emergency landing." A Buk missile was fired and the plane was then finally destroyed.
The disclosure of the Russian electronic intelligence (in fact, only one part of it) on July 21 put the US against the wall. The existence of this intelligence and other data also means that the US cannot show the real intelligence, which they also have, including the data from their electronic warfare exercise SEA BREEZE 2014 and the data from their spy satellite, which just happened to be over the area during the downing of the Malasysian Boeing.
The other relevant information, which the Russian colonel revealed, was that the Malaysian Boeing was insured for $97 million against damages or losses as a result of military actions.

You can see a Buk missile launch that finished off the MH17,which was already damaged by the Ukrainian SU 25. The landscape appears to fit the satellite imagery of the Ukrainian Buk missile battery 8 km south of Shatyorskoye as presented by the Russian Ministry of Defense on July 21.” It also appears that this is kolomoiski's handy work.

American military advisers arrive in Kiev, and then the day after the 'government' collapses- I hope no-one here is stupid enough to think this is a good sign.
We are now entering STAGE THREE (the original destruction of the elected government of Ukraine was stage one- the loss of Crimea, and the starting of the genocidal war against the Humans of Novorussia was stage two).
Now the USA will drop the pretence of supporting a 'friendly' 'independent' government, and will directly rule from Kiev, with the new puppets being literally nothing more than mouth pieces for the US authorities. Just like what happening in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya after the invasions.
Ukraine is now a formal colonial state of the USA. Very shortly, America will begin introducing US weapon systems and US mercenaries operating under a legal framework of COMPLETE IMMUNITY for all possible (inevitable) war crimes. The window for Putin to send peacekeepers into Novorussia is about to close.
During the time of the USSR, the USA fought many proxy wars against the USSR, and the outcome was always the same- death and destruction for unthinkable numbers of innocent Humans, no downside for the USA and no upside for the USSR. America knows it can promise the same outcome for the entire region- with an excellent chance of moving terror campaigns into Russia proper.
Here's Americas very accurate calculation. If Putin won't even get off his knees to enter Novorussia (the smallest and safest military act imaginable), he certainly won't risk any kind of real war against the USA. So the USA can give Novorussia the 'Gaza' treatment, and the best Putin will do is offer some covert assistance to allow the brave defenders to die with 'pride'.
Those of you trying to feel 'optimistic' should go read up on the history of all the 'small' wars fought since WW2. Russia, in this case, was big enough to stand up to the bully, but clearly has chosen not to do so.

You must see it positive. It’s now or never. The chances are somehow again great, that now the nuclear showdown between Russia and the US is just a matter of days away. It was very close already in Syria that the world as we know it would have been destroyed. There the US was stopped because the Russians made the clear statement, that a direct attack on Syria by the NATO or Israel would be regarded in the same way as direct attack on Moscow.
And now it’s the same, the moment the US is taking this war in Ukraine in its own hands by sending its own military, then the Russians are going to react with the full force of their military. Then this thing is going out of control within hours. Therefore I do not believe that STAGE THREE is going to make a difference.
A few hundred military advisers from the US do not make a difference. What the Ukraine needs in the eyes of the US, is a full manned, highly motivated, functioning army. But even this would not be a guarantee for success. It would be for sure enough to continue the bloodshed and the destruction of Donetzk (population close to one million) and the surrounding cities and the infrastructure.
But right now the Ukrainian army is running out of manpower. Its government just collapsed. Simply for the fact, that even hardline anti-Russian Kiev nationalist can clearly see, that the present strategy leads to nowhere except total catastrophe for the whole Ukrainian population. They need only look to Syria then they know how the future of Ukraine as a whole country is looking like.
So new, better motivated fighters can only come from the outside, like the ISIS army in Iraq and Syria. But this is completely different in Ukraine.
Which mercenary army from the outside wants to put up a fight with the Russian backed population of East Ukraine? I do not see such a thing. Plus, neither Poland, nor Romania, nor Bulgaria nor any other EU member country (nor its populations) wants to put up a fight with Russia for a piece of land what is anyhow regarded by most of them anyhow “as a part of Russia in Ukraine” (culturally, historically, linguistically and ethnically). So there is going to be no military back up to be expected from the before mentioned countries nor from the EU as a whole.
If the US wants to achieve something there, then this time they have to come in by themselves and put up the fight, which they are of course not doing. because this would be a war declaration towards Russia. As far as mercenaries are concerned they do have one thing in common: They weigh the risk and the reward carefully. The risk in Ukraine is extreme high for them, therefore it is extreme doubtful that they stay alive or stay unharmed so that they can enjoy later on their blood-money. Mercenaries are normally not suicidal but maybe some are stupid enough to go to Ukraine. But with stupids one cannot win a war, that’s a given.
While the freedom fighters in Eastern Ukraine are in a very different situation. They stand on the moral high ground and do willingly risk their life and health to defend their home places and their way of living. Plus they have the full backing if necessary from the second military superpower on this world, Russia. Plus they have the full moral back-up from their loved ones. If they die or get a wound it is making heroes out of them.
So tell me how can the US be successful there? No way.
By the way, Just yesterday the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg sentenced Poland to pay 230,000 Euros for two inmates of Guantanamo as compensation, because these two men (among others) were tortured in Abu Ghraib style in Poland, in a secret CIA prison with the permission of the former Polish government. While in Germany yesterday Frau Merkel grabbed the German Secret Services as a whole and in total. She took these agencies out of the hands of the US/UK Empire. These so called German secret services (BND, Verfassungschutz -Constitutional Guard-, MAD -Military Defence Service- and all the other running around in Germany) were all more or less under the direct control of the occupying forces in Germany. These developments do all have reasons. The US wants to force the EU into a confrontation with Russia so that this can serve as the reason why US forces do continue to tightly control (and exploit as far as intellectual property is concerned) parts of Europe more than 70 years after the end of WWII. The US does not want to loosen its grip on Europe because this would be the immediate end of its superpower status and least in economic terms.
Europe wants to get rid of the US domination because it would be good for Europe’s economic development. Plus it would be the decisive trigger towards a real USE with its capital located in France, Strasbourg.
