Flight MH17 - What You're Not Being Told

Tyler Durden's picture

Who was really responsible for the downing of flight MH17? Let's take a look at the facts...

As SCG News explains...

On July 17th, 2014 two major events took place: Malaysian flight MH17 was downed over eastern Ukraine, presumably by a missile, and Israel began a ground invasion of Gaza. Israel's invasion was granted an almost complete media blackout. The MH17 tragedy, however, got full coverage, and was immediately propagandized. (This in spite of the fact that far more civilians have been killed by Israel's bombardment of Gaza over the past few weeks.)

The U.S. government and the western media pinned the responsibility for the MH17 tragedy on Russia within minutes, long before investigators had time to even arrive at the scene, much less provide any actual conclusions. Then came an all out information war, with lies, omissions and disinformation coming from all sides.

The geopolitical implications of this event should not be underestimated. If this was ever in doubt, the fact that Obama just sent military advisers to Ukraine to help Kiev in its assault against the east should make it very clear. Depending on how much mileage Washington can get out of it, the downing of flight MH17 could end up being extremely pivotal.

Anyone who knows their history, knows that media coverage of events like these often lay the psychological groundwork for war. Consider the sinking of the Lusitania for example on 5/7/1915 (or the murder archduke Ferdinand in 1914). These combined with the Zimmermann Telegram (which was dispatched on 1/16/1917) pushed US public opinion over the tipping point, and on 4/6/1917 the United States declared war on Germany.

It is worth noting that though the U.S. denied it at the time, later diving expeditions revealed that the Lusitania was indeed smuggling war munitions at the time that was sunk (as Germany had asserted from the beginning). Of course, by the time the truth was known it was far too late for the 116,000 Americans who were killed in that conflict.

So who was REALLY responsible for the downing of flight MH17?

Characters "Hijazi" and "Charlie Gage" from Philip Caputo's masterpiece Horn of Africa (1980), my favorite fiction book of all time:

(Hijazi) "No such man has ever been here," he answered too quickly.

(Gage) "The truth is as rare and valuable as the hashish from Afghanistan."

(H) "I'm not lying."

(G) "How valuable is the truth?"

(H) "That depends on the truth."

The scene is in Hijazi's hash den in Bulaq, Cairo...

< Putin made a copy and is waiting

< Putin is an honorable man and did not make a copy

Well the Brits have told us that the flight data recorder info is consistent with an explosive decompression (without releasing anything) but they ain't said SHIT about what they heard on the Cockpit Voice Recorder. (rat-ta-ta-ta-tat!!!)

I find that strange... after all they had plenty of time to doctor up a new copy that corresponds to the doctored Data Recorder and of course the missing Kiev tower recordings.

Hmmm... I think they are worried about something.

(If I were Putin and I didn't make a copy... just for shits and giggles... I would have some of my guys talk on their encrypted iPhones about how he was waiting for Obama to divulge the info before releasing the REAL recordings...)

For me this is a watershed event for determining where Putin really sits with the NWO psychobankers.  He either comes clean with the truth or else he's playing along with the insanity and is just as guilty Obummer in promoting a new cold war.

This really is the question: who is Vladimir Putin, and who are the oligarchs in Russia?  Is this genuine friction or just theater for we the little people.  I am on the fence on this quesiton...

Sofa man. I had to downvote you a little bit because to me, your question is off a little bit.

Who is Vladomir Putin? Fair enough. But, to me, if you are looking for truth and you want to understand the story, the next question should read

'Who were the Russian oligarchs at the time Putin came to power?' You must realize there have been some changes since then. The oligarchs at the time were agents of a foreign power, bent on crushing the people and looting the country. They thought they would own Vlad like they own their previous puppet, the drunk, pliable Yeltsin and like they own their Western polititians. They were shocked and screaming for bloody murder when Vlad flipped them, flipped them for real when he showed himself to be a Russian patriot and defender of his faith. What followed was open warfare in the Mafia sense.

Real big Zionist Russian oligarchs who stole most of what they had during the break up of the Soviet Union died and/ or were disposessed or jailed or fled or ... a few chose Vladomir and Russia. Most prominent among the latter is Roman Abromovich, owner of [among many other things] Chelsea FC.

Most prominent among the fled and died was Boris Berezovsky who famously threatened from exile in London to have Putin killed as part of a coup he was organizing.

Most prominent among the jailed was Michael Khodorkovsky

People here who claim there's only one side and Putin is part of it need to explain the righteous thashing he gave to the oligarch Mafia when he took power, demonstratibly clawing back wealth for Russia. Ukraine is such a miserable place because they were never freed from the zionist looters the way Russia was. When you wind up getting jailed, having your loot confiscated and possibly dieing as a result of a new team in power, you are clearly not in power any longer, hence we have two teams.

Some people want to break it down into The Statists vs. The Anarchists. Fair enough, but clearly some states are better than others. No Russian ever called me nigger.

I tjink you are uninformed historically.  While the West developed a bureaucratic form of government.  Which is based on written general rules for everybody, Russia developed a system of trustworthy persons,  So those local trusted people (today named oligarchs) were local leaders.

In both cases the plan for keeping peace and normality was to promote general rules for everybody. I wonder if the western (and japanese) bureaucratic system today could be proven better than the russian.    I for my part sense a prevailing modern western view:   "The truth of the pudding is in the eating".  Completely meaningless, and humanly devastatoing for any independent living person

You Americans are hopelessly insane, and one could wish for a very heavy sorting away from your access to the civilized world.  What remains of it.

Try to contemplate this:   When you are reading an opinion, you look also for the PERSON behind it.  "The oligarch".  So why is it not a just a bad thing, but a good thing, that the PERSON is identified? The abuse of anonymous postulates in the US are staggering!   You are not "safer" by it, but only DUMBER!  What a career for a human life, you have developed!

< Obamas neoCons want a 'limited' war

< Obama and Putin are yanking our dicks

The way I see it if they are playing together to create a new cold war then the downside is that the collapse comes sooner or somehow we spend so fucking much we inflate our way out of this debt trap. I can live with that.

On the other hand if Obamas neoCons are just 'winging it' (as I believe they are) things could get very ugly very quickly...

Which country is responsible for the most false flag attacks in the last 50 years?

Here's a hint:

American Officials Admit that the U.S. Is a Huge Sponsor of Terrorism

The director of the National Security Agency under Ronald Reagan – Lt. General William Odom - noted:

Because the United States itself has a long record of supporting terrorists and using terrorist tactics, the slogans of today’s war on terrorism merely makes the United States look hypocritical to the rest of the world.

Odom also said:

By any measure the US has long used terrorism. In ‘78-79 the Senate was trying to pass a law against international terrorism – in every version they produced, the lawyers said the US would be in violation.

Such a law was never passed.

Torture – which the U.S. has liberally used  during the last 10 years – has long been recognized as a form of terrorism.

Worldwide, 74% of countries that used torture on an administrative basis were U.S. client states, receiving military and other support to retain power.

In 1991, a book edited by Alexander L. George [the Graham H. Stuart Professor of Political Science Emeritus at Stanford University] also argued that other Western powers sponsored terror in Third World countries. It concluded that the U.S. and its allies were the main supporters of terrorism throughout the world.

History proves that most terrorism is STATE SPONSORED.  After the fact the only real question is- which state?

Besides the Russian people, who would believe him?  Any evidence presented, no matter how strong, will automatically be dismissed as fabrication, So, what purpose would it serve?

I wouldn't be so sure about the Europeans taking the US side anymore.  The US is of course dismissing what Russia says as a fabrication, but the Europeans are getting less and less comfortable as the lapdogs of the US.  Their leadership is still talking the talk, but on the streets, the people are pretty fed up with the obviously arrogant and imperial behavior of the US government, and at least in Germany, their business interests are also pretty uncomfortable with the "US good / Russia bad" story.

What you described is what exactly takes place around the world.  If national sovereignty means that citizens control (or even have a say) in what 'their nation' does - - - than very little of it exists in the world today.

Interesting remark about the Lusitania sinking.

In one of John Moody's books (the original founder of Moody's and ultimate Wall Street fanboi), I believe it was Masters of Capital, he crows about how crafty Carnegie and Schwab were to sell the Germans the subs (which would later be used to sink that ship) by going around the official munitions ban and shipping through Canada.

When it is published in a book, you just can't take it back.

New analysis on where the BUK was fired from by CDN on vineyardsaker.blogspot.com

After looking at BBC and Telegraph reports and using Russian supplied pics of BUK positions only 1 could have hit MH17 and cause the debris damage,

south of Shakhtars'k. This position offers an optimum firing solution as the aircraft will be approaching the launch position rather than moving
away from it, thus avoiding pursuit mode. MH17 is clearly within the 35 km missile range.
