The hackers' group "Anonymous" has released the full audio recordings of the St.Lousi Police Despatch from the night of Mike Brown's murder.

These files compiled in this video contains audio of St. Louis police dispatch from the date of August 9th 2014, the day Mike Brown was murdered by a Ferguson PD officer.
We have released these tapes to the public so as they are able to get a sense of the atmosphere the moments before and the hours after Mike Brown was shot.
These raw audio files have been compiled and long quiet moments have been cut down. Time stamps are available within the video.

this is a bit misleading... Hazelwood is an independent police depart. St. Louis County is a seperate force, though there is some jurisdictional overlap.

Judging by Obama's and the Cops' reaction, and Anonymous involvement, the government wants this to escalate to justify another rehearsal of Martial Law AKA "Shelter in Place".
Anonymous is a red herring. For me the tell was when just days after a Malaysian hacker stole documents from a UK security contractor server with evidence they were being engaged to stage a chemichal weapons attack in Syria, Anonymous released the "supreme court warheads" video with emotional soundtrack saying they would release information as payback for Aaron Swartz... and so far, this so called information has gone the way of Wikileaks BofA hard drive.

Sheriffs (and deputies) are the only lawful law enforcement. Police are policy enforcers as said. You do not have to contract with them or the city. (They never were peace officers. Only now is their mission changing.)
If that was true then sheriff's deputies would not be enforcing policy. In California, Government Code sections 26600-26616 specify the duties of the Sheriff. There is no mention of enforcing codes. Yet sheriff's deputies in California routinely hand out traffic tickets and perform other silly code enforcement that is supposed to be left up to the policy (police) officers.
Police officers are private security for incorporated municipalities. It's just like IBM setting up shop in your town and hiring some private goons to police their premises. They have authority and jurisdiction on IBM property but outside that they are merely private citizens. It's the same with the city police, employees of a corporation. So why do the police enforce codes on you if you're not an employee of the city?

Good observation on the raising of compliant slaves, agreed on that point! But have to disagree on what you say to the cops, there are three things you say to the cops:
1) Am I being detained officer, or am I free to go? (Used in respond to almost every question they ask, except the two below.)
2) I do not consent to ANY searches. (Used if they ask to see ANYTHING; inside your car, inside your personal belongings, your cell phone, your pockets, your back pack, whatever.)
3) I reserve all of my rights, including the right to remain silent. (If they tell you that you are being detained in answer to question 1 above, and then shut up and say nothing else until you have a lawyer, no matter how tempting.)
The above guidelines are suspended if they shoot or tase you, in that case feel free to scream and writhe in pain.
I've taught them to understand that in the street, the cops have the advantage.

Cops always try to get you into contract with them (verble) and so when they say do you understand and you say yes , then you have just entered into contract with them , so when asked a question always say " I don't understand the question"

No go, then...then be like me..have your lawyers number pogrammed on speed dial.....tell the officer you are calling your lawyer to have the situation clarified as to wether you are being arrested or set free.....(just for info, had to progress all the way down the ladder to this point once...officer got furious, was already in a foul mood and started cussing at me...i put my lawyer on the speaker and ask if she heard the officer. Promptly said yes over the speaker. Officer said so what...she said she was conferencing in the judge and chief at that exact moment. The guy changed immediately and like to have flipped out with apologies). Needless to say I was released immediately and the officer had a conference that night with his superiors....

Their names, crimes and positions should be, at a minimum, kept for future reference and trial.

ZH has a hard time with enforcement. They really do seem to want to let people have freedom of speech. The downside is when they get shut down because the racist stuff is not legal in the country they are hosted in.
I'd rather hear the points of view and undertand the logics than shut down the free speech. I do not feel comfortable sending my black students here to learn up about the economy because of some of the tone of things here, so there is a down side to it.

The ZH dilemma is we have real information that is not easy to share because many post messages that are hard to share with kids....do we want the truth to be exposed to everyone? I do not advocate censorship, but I am also aware the nature of some comments can limit the ability of certain readers to promote the articles and web site. Posters are banned for reasons I do not grasp, yet if I want to send my young niece an article I have to check there are no extreme sex act comments.

I watched some vids online that showed Brown lying in the street, completely unaided/untouched for more than 10 minutes and the background was full of comments as to why there was no EMS or any other presence other than cops 50 feet away. None of the PD lifted a finger, except the one on the trigger.
I am NOT Advocating this, but...... Until the police are reigned in and a whole lot of these criminal are either hung and or imprisoned for a LONG time, they will not get any respect, nor do they deserve it at this point.

I am wondering about the same damn thing reading these comments. These are the militarized police that we on ZH are freaking out about. When the cops beat down a mentally unstable woman a while ago, most here were quick to see that as the bullshit it was. A young black man? Not so much.
It isn't about race. It is about cop culture going horribly wrong and us becoming ever so gradually used to it. Sort of just how it is, they shoot some folks unarmed, sometimes.
I saw an interview with a young black man who was making some comments to his own about these events. Wish I could find it to link to it, but he was really sensible. He was spelling it out that it was not about race but about how the police had become militarized against the police. He pointed out that some of the crap his own were up to was foolish. He also asked us to consider how powerless and angry folks felt. It burns over time, and then blows up.
Reaserch shows he is correct. In disasters the only time you see looting or rioting is in areas where perceived injustices have been going on for a while. In an are where this is not the case, no looting or rioting.

The cops around where I live will kill you for any reason at all, including no reason. They shoot unarmed people in the back, they killed a homeless guy "for talking loud" and killed a demented housewife in her kitchen while she was peeling vegetables with a paring knife. Over the last few years it's become transparently obvious, you need to stay the fuck away from the cowboys around here, their training is for shit and they can kill you on the spot and walk away from it, no questions of any kind ever asked.

Yeah I'm a little mad. My dad was a small-town cop for 14 years, and then trained cops for 20 years after that, so I know a lot about cops and their training and what they are supposed to be doing out there and the cops these days are becoming a bunch of gangsters, if you ask me.

A city near me had a single cop shoot 7 people in 7 different incidents, killing 6 of them. All were labeled justified, including shooting an unarmed father holding his kid. He was allowed to retire after 12 years with the department after #7.
This is the richest, whitest city in Arizona (Scottsdale) with very low crime -- and for at least one (and possibly more) year 100% of all officer involved shootings were done by this single officer.
Exactly. I live near there (about 15 miles away), and I was surprised at the riots as the area--as far as I can tell--doesn't have the racial problems of other cities. It's moving from being about race to an issue of power.

They love this shit. I have neighbors who say they don't want it but it is inevitable. The programming is staggering. We don't need a stinking race war, we need to drag a few fuckers out into the street by the ears, away from their mansions and armed guards, and have some "war" with them. Trying the Constitution and actual law enforcement on for size would be a real plus.
