I am putting together a PowerPoint "stack" to take into my Congressman and try to get him to jail that scum. If nothing else, it might get him to put some heat on Eric Holder. Maybe an independent prosecutor. The slimy Mr. Holder has still to say whether or not he will prosecute. All we know right now is that an unnamed Justice Department source, under conditions of anonymity, disclosed that charges would not be brought. Excuuuuuuse me!?!? Am I not allowed to know for sure? Am I not allowed to see the file? FOIA baby. Will pester my Congresspuke to help me fill out the forms.
It wasn't as if Corzine didn't sign the Sarbanes-Oxley Act which stipulated that boyz in the exec suite could/should go to jail. Enron boys are still in jail. Bernie Ebbers is still in jail. John McCain didn't go to jail for the S&L scandal so long ago, but he is special - a US Senator. Corzine is an ex-senator. He doesn't count anymore.
