ISIS Threatens Putin, Caliphate In Chechnya; Kadyrov Responds "You Will Be Destroyed"
ISIS threats, it would appear, are not limited to President Obama and his American allies. RIA is reporting that Russian leaders are seeking to cut access to an ISIS video posted that threatens Putin (for ties to Assad), and plans to liberate (via Caliphate) Chechnya, and calls the Chechnyan leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, a Putin puppet. The Chechnya leader took to Instagram to respond slamming "these bastards have no relation to Islam," and exclaiming if they try to threaten Russia or Chechnya "you will be destroyed."
Vladimir Putin was directly and personally threatened by extremist Islamic terror group ISIS because of his close ties to Syrian leader Bashar Hafez al-Assad, and will liberate Chechnya and Caucasus...

The Muslim Brotherhood, for instance, is Turkey's child, and at one time was Egypt's child. Turkey supported the MB in Egypt to take power when Egypt went off the deep end. The MB is also Turkey's horse in the race to rule Syria.
Al'Queda and now ISIS are the Saudi contribution to humanity. ISIS expansion is geo-political language-through-action that says, "We are looking for a larger power base for the post-Petro-Dollar world".
ISIS is also a way for SA to get their more extreme elements to go get themselves killed.
These 'extremist' organizations have a complicated relationship with their parents. On the one hand, they are primarily funded by the parent. On the other hand, the distance the parent keeps for 'plausible deniability' gives the child organization a long leash, allowing them to get out of control.
This is what got Zarakawi killed. When he became too big of a problem he became persona-non-grata to his organization's parents. And they sold him out.

But the general shape of geopolitics retains the character of the ethnic relationships of entire regions, and changes very slowly or not at all.
The view of ISIS, and much of the arab world, is that the time will soon arrive when they will transition from exporting oil to exporting culture in the traditional islamic 'conversion of the infidel by the sword' way.
ISIS is not the US's creature. It is an animal that the US, and others like Russia, have encouraged when it was rampaging in a convenient direction, nothing more.

They can't conceive that there is no unified military command directing all the nations' troops. But there isn't.
