I entered the contest (but I was disqualified, for obvious reasons).

to me this picture says, the 'motorcycle' is an outdated symbol of freedom as as expressed by peter fonda and dennis quai.

Hey Wm. I know your mother died last year. I join you in that sorrow with the passing of my mom last night. She was getting close to her 97th birthday. I've admired your astute artistic political satire for a number of years now. Thanks for the stick-in-the-eye of the status quo oligarchs and their destructive ways.
Sorry to hear of your loss. Condolences to you and your family. My parents are now in that range of 'any day'. I can only imagine what it's like to lose a lifetime of love.

My Dadasked me if I could identify the best day of my life. To which I responded I have had many great days and it is impossible to compare them.
Then he said how about the worst day, to which I responded I can answer that question without hesitation. The day I lost my Mom.
A hole that can never be filled, we learn to live with the hole but its always there.
I am very very sorry to hear that. She made it to 97 and you undoubtedly had many good times together. Savour the memories.
It will be one year since my Mom passed on the 10th and as many who have lost parents will undoubtedly confirm, not a day goes by that I don't think about her, particularly when doing these posts.
I remember everything she savoured in life and I make every effort to continue to savour those things. Laughing was at the top of the list ;-)
