That printed money really doesn't exist.  It's being thrown into a black vortex of debt as soon as it comes into creation.  That's why the environment is deflationary with a bubble here or there.  Foolish mortals.

has not. You see before Glass Stegall, before the mega banks became public companies....if they screwed up the disappeared. Now they manipulate all aspect and have the shareholders take the blame and the government bails them out.

I know plenty of bankers....their arrongance today knows no bound. In the old days....the bankers feared destruction. The system is now so sold out....they fear nothing! Even if they lose their job...they have another on a bigger salary the next week. HFT....was impossible. There was a gold standard.

Today's market is the Oxford Dictionary definition of MORAL HAZARD.

Look at France 1796, the Weimar 1924, the rich and connected of Zimbabwe 2007...it is always the same, those close to the printer get to use the new money while it still has the value of old money. Once that dough has been spent a few times it becomes worth less as prices are impacted by the original purchases.

Now we see it in the stock market. If it does not collapse suddenly we will eventually see it in all prices....except wages...as society collapses it is usual for wages to fall below liveable levels.

There is nothing new here.

Read When Money Dies and White's 1912 book on French inflation. they can be used as a guide for making money and criminal activity. Find a banker to bribe, take out a big loan, pay the loan off in a few years and keep what you can (after bribes of course.)

The difference is that, we CAN NOT grow out of the debt, this time, because we used most of earth cheap energy resources.

Look at the US: Totally dependent on outside oil and natural-gas; even after spending billions of dollars.

Disagree.  Being out of (new) resources is not even the problem because we are not.

The problem is that TPTB are buying everything.  They will own your mortgage, car loan, the gas station, the grocery store, the techs, medicals, you name it.  They are doing this by regulation and buying assets and stocks.  The debt we will end up owing will be to them.  You will come to live in a giant worldwide company store.  That is how it will be until some sadistic lunatic takes over (always happens when power is centralized) and starts the Soylent Green company.  What is worse is they will employ robots to do all the work and then they don't even need us.  I guess robots might be considered dual use technology.

Exactly. This is about acquiring the worlds assets. The same as its ever been. The few ideologues who want to rule the world because they simply think they are smarter than everyone else are being used to facilitate this. Those who would own it all are selling matches to one group who loves setting fires and water to those who have dedicated their lives to putting fires out, and our wealth, our assets are being consumed and appropriated in the process to pay for both factions. Until we face this, until we are willing to lose what we think we own (but really don't as long as TPTB hold our nuts in their hands) and just say NO, the process will conclude. No exits, no life boats, no way out. We will be owned with no delusions of freedom afforded.

Hey so - has anyone made any progress on identifying just who owns the 12 federal reserve banks - or at least NY, the branch that rules them all?

What about who owns Russia's?

It can't be all "Rothschilds"  -can it?  Whenever I see that name, or "illuminati" or "jesuits" or "lizard people" or "freemasons" I note the lack of any evidence at all... but hey, I love a good C-theory.

I guess this book by Dean Henderson may provide some hints who owns the 12 Fed,,,

"Big Oil & Their Bankers In The Persian Gulf: Four Horsemen, Eight Families & Their Global Narcotics & Terror Network" By Dean Henderson

http://hendersonlefthook.wordpress.com/bookstore/

"The Four Horsemen of Banking (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo) own the Four Horsemen of Oil (Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch/Shell, BP and Chevron Texaco); in tandem with Deutsche Bank, BNP, Barclays and other European old money behemoths. But their monopoly over the global economy does not end at the edge of the oil patch."

... <"Big Oil & Their Bankers In The Persian Gulf..." by Dean Henderson>

According to company 10K filings to the SEC, the Four Horsemen of Banking are among the top ten stock holders of virtually every Fortune 500 corporation. So who then are the stockholders in these money center banks? This information is guarded much more closely. My queries to bank regulatory agencies regarding stock ownership in the top 25 US bank holding companies were given Freedom of Information Act status, before being denied on “national security” grounds. - - - - - This is rather ironic, since many of the bank’s stockholders reside in Europe. One important repository for the wealth of the global oligarchy that owns these bank holding companies is US Trust Corporation - founded in 1853 and now owned by Bank of America. A recent US Trust Corporate Director and Honorary Trustee was Walter Rothschild. Other directors included Daniel Davison of JP Morgan Chase, Richard Tucker of Exxon Mobil, Daniel Roberts of Citigroup and Marshall Schwartz of Morgan Stanley."

Markets are going into a parabolic bubble, which is EXACTLY what should be expected with central banks adding liquidity at these rates.

The game is so long in the tooth now that it is beyond dangerous. We are now in the end game. Expect a severe melt up to be followed by an economically destructive decline within the next couple years, if not much sooner.

I can say unequivocally that small business in America is on life support because the customer base is getting poorer by the quarter. They now flock to Wal Mart and every other big box store to try and stretch their fiat.

Of course they never see their money anyway--just using that magical debit/credit card. They "sense the danger" but can't quite put their finger on it yet: Too much work to research and figure it out.

There is little doubt small business is dying. If you play by the "rules" you won't remain in business long at all. Gubmint will see to that. They don't like competition with their big box buddies.

These Keynesian dirt bags would rather drive America into the ground than admit their dreams of big government central planners making all the economic decisions to enforce some stunted socialistic doctrine of "fairness" has failed beyond all our free market capitalist dreams.  The only thing that will save us is if there's enough Americans left who still want to work for a living to start voting in people who want to slice and dice this bureaucratic behemoth until there's enough room in the economy for a small business entrepreneur to see some daylight.  Until then, there's no where to go but down the pushing on a string stagflation rat hole...

Once we hit DOW 20,000 soon, GDP should be humming along at about 0.1% growth per year, 10-year bond will be at 0.25%, labor participation rate will be 45%, top 1% will control 97% of the wealth, and the dollar will buy 50% less.

Well done central planners!

So the correlation seems to be that, the higher the stock market, the less productive the economies get.

Makes sense, because money allocated into stocks is money allocated into intangible phantom assets, and since money represents economic energy, the stock market needs to instinctively rob the material economy of energy in order to continue rising.

Thus, you will not have a real recovery in the tangible economy until the money is re-allocated out of stocks into productive assets, like plant, equipment, labor, product.

Its very simple, its a tail of two economies located in the same city.

The population of said city has a choice, they can go across the street and gamble their savings, or they can take their savings and invest into their own businesses, homes, and expanding their productivity.

The Casino operator (the Fed) is smart, and wants to draw in business, so it offers various "match plays" (FIAT QE) at its various casinos, tempting offers like "100$ match play, if you play 100$ we will give you 100$ more dollars to gamble" everyone rushes to take advantage of this "free money", and as such, the "limits" on the tables (price of stocks aka play chips) goes up to meet demand, everyone piles in, losses and leave the Casino and a few lingering players get lucky and hit a nice win and then the owner/FED uses this person as an "example" of a "successful investor", and continues to sell the population on the idea that they too have a chance to be like him, even though the odds are astronimically low.

The problem is, once you rob the city of all its money to gamble, the match play offer (FIAT QE) starts to lose its effectiveness, since the curve is exponential, the more QE you put in per dollar required to take advantage of it, the more the ratio will rise, as the match play may start off at 1to1 (100 for 100) but will endup with higher ratios say, 2 to 1 (200$ for every 100$ of your dollars gambled), this goes on and reflects itself in the market as margin offers that various brokerages offer (trading on margin and shorting) are primary examples of this match play effect at work

It will all backfire, its a mathematicle certainty, the Trillion Zim Question is always "when?".

With the massive expansion of its money supply and large public debt I believe hyperinflation will hit Japan destroying the myth that advanced Democratic countries are immune to hyperinflation. Soon after that people will realize that the Dollar, Pound, and Euro are not safe from hyperinflation and they will want to get out of bonds in these countries as well.  This will result in a huge monetization in these countries and then hyperinflation. These four currencies make up about 95% of the central bank reserves backing other currencies. Faith in paper money will be shattered, Japan will be the first domino to fall, but not the last.

Expect this hyperinflation cycle to happen far faster and much wider than others. In the past when hyperinflation occurred people did not understand what was going on, sometimes for years.  When prices are shooting up people will quickly become interested in hyperinflation. With blogs, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media it will not be long before people realize the implications. Once people understand what is occurring the currency dies. So instead of taking three years, the cycle could go from start to finish in only three months. The big question is how soon will hyperinflation start in Japan, while we may debate that issue most of us will agree that we do live in interesting times. For more on this subject see the article below.
