ISIS

"As sophisticated and well-funded as any group that we have seen" --Chuck Hagel

Yet our own sophisticated and well funded misintelligence, financial intermediation and digital snooping apparatus is apparently incapable of explaining for our collective benefit, the source of all of this sophistication and funding.

Since our supposed enemies Syria, Russia and China are obviously not funding and training the decapitating folks who have rather conveniently put forward the Pretext (i.e., for bombing Syria and arming more appropriately vetted rebels) who the fuck is?

a. The US and its EU limited partners

b. The Gulf Arabs

c. Mossad

d. Shut up you low brow ZH morons

e. All of the above

Let's see, where were we precisely one year ago...

And BTW, have they fired the jackass Langley spooks who have been doing the "appropriate rebel vetting" to date?

Looks like the DoS is getting into the act of ordering "stuff" with taxpayer money that is largely out of their jurisdiction. 160,000 HAZMAT suites for an impending Ebola epidemic!

Was thinking this is should probably be falling under the leadership of the CDC or perhaps FEMA.  I would have guessed FEMA given how "johnny on the spot" they were the day before 9/11!

This is reminiscent of the bullet purchases by the social security administration awhile back...

But hey technically speaking IT'S ALL under the same "umbrella"!!! Right???!!!

The Commander-In-Chief in the MAD (white ) HOUSE whoops in delight after an up and down from the bunker on the Par 3 17th. LIFE IS SWEET.
Meanwhile the members of CONgress return from an extended vacation to catch up on the latest Executive Orders in their INBOX. Fortunately the lobby cash rolls in and the fundraiser banquets will keep this party going full swing for the foreseeable future. Why rock the BOAT??

Hey WB7, do you know who will be putting together the White House's  2015 'Moderate Syrian Rebel' calendar?

That would be a real prestige gig and those guys are real heroes.

We should all support them...er...whomever they are.

Wedllll, from what I'm reading and hearing Obama refuses verbal briefs from annybody especially the spooks.  Apparently if he gets a report that differs from his world view he round files it, or if it is to complex for him he gives it to Valerie Jarret to decide on.

It is and old, old, problem for spy agencies, if your king doesn't want to hear bad news it is safer not to tell him and get your self and escape route.

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—After announcing, on Thursday, that it would seek $500 million to help “train and equip appropriately vetted elements of the moderate Syrian armed opposition,” the White House today posted the following Moderate Syrian Rebel Application Form:

Welcome to the United States’ Moderate Syrian Rebel Vetting Process. To see if you qualify for $500 million in American weapons, please choose an answer to the following questions:

As a Syrian rebel, I think the word or phrase that best describes me is:
A) Moderate
B) Very moderate
C) Crazy moderate
D) Other

I became a Syrian rebel because I believe in:
A) Truth
B) Justice
C) The American Way
D) Creating an Islamic caliphate

If I were given a highly lethal automatic weapon by the United States, I would:
A) Only kill exactly the people that the United States wanted me to kill
B) Try to kill the right people, with the caveat that I have never used an automatic weapon before
C) Kill people only after submitting them to a rigorous vetting process
D) Immediately let the weapon fall into the wrong hands

I have previously received weapons from:
A) Al Qaeda
B) The Taliban
C) North Korea
D) I did not receive weapons from any of them because after they vetted me I was deemed way too moderate

I consider ISIS:
A) An existential threat to Iraq
B) An existential threat to Syria
C) An existential threat to Iraq and Syria
D) The people who will pick up my American weapon after I drop it and run away

Complete the following sentence. “American weapons are…”
A) Always a good thing to randomly add to any international hot spot
B) Exactly what this raging civil war has been missing for the past three years
C) Best when used moderately
D) Super easy to resell online

Thank you for completing the Moderate Syrian Rebel Application Form. We will process your application in the next one to two business days. Please indicate a current mailing address where you would like your weapons to be sent. If there is no one to sign for them we will leave them outside the front door.

if memory serves the Iraq war started with a projected cost of less than 1 trillion, but when it quickly went over 1T that number was considered outrageous. the current est cost of that war is now between 2 and 6 trillion. so 500 million doesnt sound like much but at mission creep pricing it could easily become 2 or 3 billion. bernanke prints that much on monday morning before he's finishes his coffee.

Why is it so difficult to take a step back and look at the whole picture? And acknowledge that you have elected a(in clandestine Muslim) President who no one really knows what he is,three different names and a life history that is concealed or protected by produced desinformation. It is not possible to understand what he stands for by listening to his words so judging him by his actions is the only way. Looking at these you can only eventually arrive at the conclusion that he is a covert muslim , in league with the muslim brotherhood and under payment and ordesr from al-Saud. It´s a shocking insight but believing in Nigeria e-mail scam artists usually leaves you in that state , shocked and poorer than before. The big question is why TPTB let this come to pass - what is it that we don´t know or can´t see presently? The world oil situation much worse than previously understood? A need to counter-balance AIPAC by sucking up to the Arabs instead? Or have all the major playas been bought and paid for by oil money? It feels like this situation with increasingly tortured explanations are put forth for bombing some on even day and others on odd days is spinning out of contro. Maybe there will emerge a decent explationation that will be shocking but true.

>>muslim president

why is so difficult to see that the obama/muslim thing is a red herring set out to suck conservative christian americans into the zionist 'war on terror', and thereby further divide and conquer the american population.  If obama were a muslim, he would likely have at least a few muslims in his administration, right?  so where are they?  why is his administration composed almost entirely of zionist Jews?

ya.. this childish bullet point is a WINNING point with the limpdick, faux, drudge crowd, nothing more.

muttering it, immediately demonstrates lack of intelligence and research.

with a over powering nsa, intel, etc, what moron would imagine any element could go rogue without immediate shut down? jack asses actually still imagine the problems will be fixed by playing a role in the circus? ya.. mittens would be sooo much better.. LMAO. no one element has a impact. period. they are sock puppets playing out their given scripts.

duh. every element is a controlled sock puppet.

its the SYSTEM idiots, not muslims, not brown people, not illegals.
