Phillly Fed Misses By Most In 7 Months, Employment Surges

Tyler Durden's picture

Once again, there's a little something for everyone in yet another soft survey macro data point. The headline Philly Fed print missed expectations by the most since February and fell from 28 to 22.5 in September. So that's the bad news... The great news is that the employment sub-index surged to iuts highest since May 2011. That great news comes despite a plunge in the average workweek and collapse in hope as the outlook index fell to 3-month lows.

Headline disappoints...

But employment rips to its highest since May 2011...

Full Breakdown...

The Federal Reserve just keeps pumping it higher and higher.

The Federal Reserve equates the stock market to a better economy.

"The Federal Reserve equates the stock market to a better economy."

Are you implying that the Fed is trying to improve the economy?  You are competely wrong.  The Fed's purpose is to steal the wealth of this once great country and enslave us all in debt.  Stop speading this nonsense that the Fed is clueless.  The Fed knows exactly what it is doing.

In some cases we probably see some increase in Inventory levels prior to "Layoffs".

This stuff is hard to read without the whole database to look through.

- I guess I am waiting for the day that never comes when all the data I need to be an investor or citizen is available

- The FED mission is just "to keep the people from getting out the Pitchforks". The don't create Jobs. They serve their own investors who are big Bankers.

- Big Bankers like to keep a lid on the Economy for many reasons including keeping wages low, keeping production low, and creating money out of thin air while collecting fees for being a middleman (Rentier).
- All Bankers are Usury in the USA as this is the US Culture.
- All Bankers also like importing goods by cheap shipping, cheap labor, and cheap production & overhead
- All Bankers like Cheap Oil, except they can profit off of the high priced oil through Investments
- All Bankers like War & Information Gathering through their networks

But whatever you do, don't buy 22LR ammo. It's complete crap and useless. Really, just stay away from 22LR altogether.*

* brought to you by the committee to make 22LR ammo available to me.

More people doing less work and as a consequence get paid less than a living wage, sounds like a great idea to impoverish the masses
