When the mainstream media was proclaiming that they were toying with putting plastic explosives into toothpaste tubes it was acting like this was the result of decades of grueling research and represented something that NO one could have imagined! Seriously folks, if all these "TERRORISTS" are fixated on smuggling onboard explosives onto airliners then they truly have a failure of imagination and suffer from terminal stupidity. I can think of dozens of ways to inflict mass casualties other than the nearly impossible task of trying to carry on explosives through airports. Fear them? I think not, perhaps laugh at them, yes. Also, keep in mind that it is not the best idea in the world to go hiking into terrorists' enclaves, just following that rule should allow you to die of old age...
