Maybe he was so stupid that he believed that he could do good by doing evil ... but I think not. I think he is just a very, very, very bad person. He seemingly has no morals, no ethics, no conscience. He just acted like an evil turd servant of the banks, creating a two tiered legal system, giving the elitists a full pass and persecuting the little guys.
