Is 4th Time The Charm For Stocks Today?
With S&P futures liquidity at near record lows (but what about the HFT liquidity-providers?), it seems the major stock indices are extremely sensitive to any and every headline or JPY twitch. For the 4th time today (and Nth time this week), stocks have decoupled higher from a less exuberant bond market... every other time, stocks have recooupled lower... Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me 4 times, I am Gartman...

Even a CNBC "on air talent" category employee can see that 1904-05 is a key level here and why.
Still dick-tickling with the 1925-27 area mentioned here repeatedly and we have the 1935-42 zone above that. 1978ish possible (yup sounds absurd but with jawbone intervention possible I suppose) but if 1904-05 goes convincingly I have sub-1833 by the end of the month and an actual intermediate and long term downtrend in motion (caveat as always some new bullshit printing scam).
I don't get wrapped up in FA but my mind is open to the possbility that the "next QE" is more of a coordinated global effort where all of these clowns from different areas try to jerk each other off and maybe even some type of reset. I'm not suggesting it will work but it appears to me that certain people are very serious about abandoning USD and certain people are not going to be very happy about declining crude and certain things could be thrown onto the table to call each other out. Not so sure the usual "here's some more QE" will fly anymore.
