It Doesn't Get Any Scarier Than This (Literally)

The S&P is 5.5% off its all-time record (triple the 666 lows) highs (and still positive year-to-date) and this happened...

What happens when it goes negative?

If the market (DJIA and SPX) breaks the 200 DMA by 5-10% with volume the FED cocksuckers will intervene. Anyone short had best cover by Tuesday.

Then go short again on Thursday because that's my best fishing day beyond the reef off the Florida Keys and I will be properly intoxicated enough to catch my limit on Mahi and Yellow Tail Snapper and fuck the markets like Clinton hitting the hole on fat bitches in heat.

MontgomeryScott's picture

China now has officially surpassed CONUS in two quite important areas (actually, there are several, like manufacturing): World's biggest economy; and world's largest oil consumer.

The '71 OPEC accords were based on the CONUS buying all the oil they could produce IF it was sold un USD denomination. NOW, China is the #1 consumer, and has the money. You DO see the logical outcome I presume.

Yeah, the market traders SHOULD be soiling their Depends.

The Conneticut fucking Tot.Soc. Governator has just enacted an emergency order that allows forcible quarantine of anyone exibiting 'Ebola-like' symptoms, so you better not sneeze or cough or blow your nose in public in Conneticut! I wonder how many market traders live there.

Fear porn? MY ASS!

The break of OPEC from the 1971 Accords will be the FINAL SIGN, I think (unless the CONUS is the target of a concerted nuclear attack FIRST, in which case any 'preparing' will be for naught).

A little Dio-vocalized Black Sabbath song called 'Children Of The Sea' might give pause to those who think that this is just some type of fear-mongering. People don't realize that there IS such a thing as 'predictive programming'. This song is about the vision of the end of the FED-RES CONUS MIC and the WESTERN BANKERS in the E.U.:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nd3ZiAwmLpM

Hell, it came out before most on this site were even born. I bought this album as a first-cut vinyl 12-inch 33 and a third rpm record. The CONUS was between wars, then.

You are not understanding, young Grasshopper.

If YOU were a 'tribe-member' and got to set the rules and rig the markets and steal the riches and buy the control thereof; you would have pre-positioned yourself LONG AGO so that you were insulated from the utter destruction that you had initiated in the first place.

'It's a small club, and you aren't invited.' I believe George Carlin said this in a supposed 'comedy sketch' once.

Hope all you want, but the outcome will not be as hoped (as usual). Pagans and Goyim and 'non-believers' in 'CONfidence' will undoubtedly bear the brunt of what is happening (not what IS GOING to happen; what IS happening).

I presume you are speaking of the Ashkenazim and the Khazarim 'tribes'. 'The Protocals Of The Elders Of Zion' is NOT a MYTH. Can you imagine the depravaty of paying a 'MOYLE' to literally bite the foreskin off of your newborn male child with his teeth?

The West may be about to launch a surpise offensive to reverse it's epic defeat at the hands of East Ukraine. Cease fire was used to mass new forcces and obtain new western high tech weapons. It is not known yet how serious Kiev might be about beating winter and going over to an offensive. Washington DC makes the decissions, and Obama is dropping the ball in Ukraine. Perhaps his tame Anti Assad Army having turned into ISIS and gone off the reservation has Obama all tied up with that war. Markets in Europe would sell off fast on any Kiev offensive, the fear being that Washington DC will order the EU to cease all trade and joint business between the EU and the Russian Federation. Germany is weakening fast and a futher limit to it's vast consumer Market in Russia would push GDP down another point or two.

European weakness, with Ebola moving into Spain, and with the UK in high terror alert. With a new army of illegal young male migrants rioting in the Channel Ports for access to the British Welfare System is killing Franco British relations as I write. Europe is going to be a net negative all around. Panic? Not yet, but the Fed is out of fucking ammunition, so the next leg down is going to cause whiplash to the long haul investor. Note also, the time is ripe to harvest people's 401K investments by selling out from under them, cashing in gains for big traders and sticking the 401K crowd with huge fucking losses.

The FED was out of ammunition in 2008 and they did the CRAZY thing of increasing their balance sheet by 4 trillion. Meaning indebting the Country by more than all history together.
I am curious, really curious what makes you think that they won't go to QE4? They don't have any physical limits to what they can't print short of financial chaos.

I predicted when they started with Q1 that they were not going to be able to stop, since it is a flow problem and not a stock problem, it has always been and it will always be, debts are never paid, except in bankruptcy. My prediction also indicated that they were going to have to accelerate QE as they went from 1 to infinitum, with acceleration to the acceleration and so forth, basically the derivative of the next order would have to increase. The model doesn't allow for anything less without a crash.

At the time I wrote an open letter to BB but was ignored, like many others who have cautioned the same. We all saw hyperinflation in real terms, meaning the stock of paper money people think they have a right to (including derivatives) versus the total amount of goods and services available in the economy accounting for their maximum possible growth. NOT CPI, which is only a manifestation of the speed of money and thus limited by what percentage of their total assets people want to spend today. As time progresses and those assets needs to be converted into goods and services by the baby boomers, which don't exist and wont exist, reality will collide with CPI models and hyperinflation will ensue. Sadly, it most likely will be superimposed with stagnation.
And please forget the scarecrows that are talking about deflation, please, that is only a transitional manifestation of people becoming scared of spending money now in fear of not having it tomorrow and has NOTHING to do with real deflation.
Good luck to all, we will need it... No amount of weapons, gold, silver, water etc. will save us from what may come. Only getting smart scientists (please NOT economists, whose Keynesian philosophy is based on lying to the people) to plan the future may save us.

Russia unlikely to stand by if another second front offensive is unleashed in East Ukraine with more high tech weapons by Kiev supplied  by Neocons.  Opening up a second front did not end well for Nazi's in WWII nor will it succeed with US involvement in Middle East, Ukraine and saber rattling with China.  Somehow the problem is not Obama, but with his trying to placate the real power interests in Washington. No doubt the quest to achieve economic growth after QE and ZIRP have proven to be ineffective is another reason for  a marauder mentality in Wash. If nothing much happens between now and 2016  would be a good thing, but the Presidential  election will be extremely polarized, as it should be, since we really need a national referundum on expanded military incursions, fighting terrorism overseas or waging extended decade old  costly military actions.  The latter is a formula for economic collapse

I have followed all the battles since the start. I suggest 12,000 KIA is very possible. The defeats of Kiev's big offensive in August offered up World War Two style battles in which Rebel artillery and Multiple Rocket Launchers caught whole battlions of Ukies in the open. Ilovisk battle accounted for 2,000 + Ukie soldiers in a week.

Lowest number is 8,000, but I suspect 12,000 is just about right. Rebels are over 3,000, and they get a kill ration of 5 to 1 or so, so do the numbers.

Yes, I was contemplating today on the possibility of an asymptomatic carrier state occurring in a small percentage of people who, through genetic fortune, are simply resistant to this disease. Modern day Typhoid Marys who spread the disease by shedding virus going through their normal day. Others may emerge from their carefully prepped spider holes, relieved they survived the initial burn through only to be felled by such beings.

I really need to find a way to quell my mind or channel it's wanderings into something profitable like doomer sci-fi paperbacks. I think children's books are out of the question.

Look at Fed QE as a virus. A virus hijacks a cell, and uses the cells machinery to make replicas of the virus. In much the same manner, the Fed has managed to hijack the US and force it to replicate federal reserve notes. Often, a virus does not know how to stop the replication process, and so, it hijacks too may cells, makes the cells make too much virus, and in the process, kills its host. Smart viruses, like herpes or the common cold, have co-evolved with humans to keep both the virus and the host alive, in what amounts to a boom-bust business cycle dynamic equalibrium. Other viruses, kike ebola, do not know how to live within the business cycle. The Fed cannot stop printing, just like the ebola virus cannot stop replicating. The result is the same- an incurable overload of viral particles that will cause the host to hemmorhage out of all pores and membranes, leading to massive blood pressure (economic deflationary bust) drop, and then shortly thereafter, death.

What part of {cheap commodites, strong $} are you missing EKM?

The system is priming itself for another round of easing. Not the converse< Commodities are pegged to the USD, and even China and Russia know that. That's why they're moving away from the usd. (it takes time terms of trade)

The scenario you're speaking of comes after the country/blok/region, loses the war. Then you have hyperinflation.

Why would the US use santions to crush other economies if they wanted a weaker $? Or wanted to drain $'s out of the system?

I like you and think you're a nice person EKM. You just get stuck on/in these(straight line) tangents.

My primary dealer thesis is still strong and proved correct. Everything I said in May 2013 proved correct and it is still being proven correct as far as structural events'

It is precisely primary dealers which were Weimarized.

And no, commodities are in hyperinflation right now

Cheap oil = $20 per barrel

Affordable oil = $50 per barrell

Zero growth = $80/ Barrell

Guaranteed economic collapse = $100 per barrel (3 years alredy and still ongoing)

Show me $50 per barrel, then you'll see what cheap commodities mean, which is getting there anyway.

I'd say Barclays will go down, maybe merrill lynch also

I estimate about 5-6 billion barrells in storage as collateral for derivatives at minimum which is 1 year of USA consumption

That is on top of iron ore, aluminum, copper etc in storage worldwide bonded for derivatives, not available for consumption thus starving the economy

Middle men (insolvent oliargchs) are controlling prices and gambling, not suppliers.

Eventually suppliers take over.

You're contradicting yourself. Pick a side EKM.

You can't have your cake and eat it to. Unfortunately you grew up in a communist society.

Your reasoning is completely out of whack. Economics are about demand. ( scarcity commands a premium)

Based on your reasoning... Demand only exists for hedging, and companies don't have to report positive earnings because they've hedged demand.

What value does a commodity have, if there isn't demand for it? Why would you want to hedge a commodity, and expose yourself to RISK, if there wasn't demand?

You have too much Soviet Russia in you.
