Dallas Hospital Worker Tests Positive For Ebola In First Person-To-Person Transmission On US Soil
And then there was #2. A few hours ago, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, announced that a health care worker who cared for dying Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan, has tested positive for the virus after a preliminary test, officials said early Sunday. If confirmed, it would be the first known person-to-person transmission of the disease in the United States. The name of the patients is currently unknown, what is known however, is that the worker was "considered to be at low risk for contracting the virus" and the he or she was wearing full protective gear when treating Duncan, suggesting - yet again - that there is a transmission mechanism which is not accounted for under conventional protocol.
Confirmatory testing of the second case on U.S. soil will be conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, the statement from the Texas Department of State Health Services said.
The worker reported a fever late Friday and was isolated and referred for testing. "We knew a second case could be a reality, and we've been preparing for this possibility," said Dr. David Lakey, commissioner of the Texas Department of State Health Services. "We are broadening our team in Dallas and working with extreme diligence to prevent further spread."
Alas, until Friday night, said spread was once again completely uncontained if said worker was able to interact with countless others, who will become symptomatic only after they in turn have spread the disease to an unknown number of their own friends, acquaintances and co-workers.
The statement added that people who had contact with the health care worker after symptoms emerged "will be monitored based on the nature of their interactions and the potential they were exposed to the virus."
This announcement came hours after New York's JFK Airport began an Ebola screening program, taking the temperatures of passengers arriving from three West African Countries.

A health care worker at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital who provided care for the Ebola patient hospitalized there has tested positive for Ebola in a preliminary test at the state public health laboratory in Austin. Confirmatory testing will be conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta.
The health care worker reported a low grade fever Friday night and was isolated and referred for testing. The preliminary ?test result was received late Saturday.
"We knew a second case could be a reality, and we've been preparing for this possibility," said Dr. David Lakey, commissioner of the Texas Department of State Health Services. "We are broadening our team in Dallas and working with extreme diligence to prevent further spread."
Health officials have interviewed the patient and are identifying any contacts or potential exposures. People who had contact with the health care worker after symptoms emerged will be monitored based on the nature of their interactions and the potential they were exposed to the virus.
Ebola is spread through direct contact with bodily fluids of a sick person or exposure to contaminated objects such as needles. People are not contagious before symptoms such as fever develop.

A couple of things to consider; the hospital can't help you and is everyone with " flu-like" symptoms going to go check in at the hospital.
I watched the Frontline show on an Ebola camp. There is no treatment. It is hydration and boost immune system all u can. There are no drugs, and drugs are the worst thing for your immune system. Your immune system will win or lose.....end of story. Like going to the doctor when u have the flu, drink plenty of fluids, take aspirin for the fever, and get plenty of rest........no drug available.
I for one will not be going to any clowns at a hospital for these symptoms. Africans would do well to save the airfare. I would add water, emergenC, Gatorade, ibuprofen, and plenty of vitamin C to the prep list. That's all you got.......well, and the grace of God.

The fact that the US and UK are not simply banning commercial flights from West Africa (medical staff can and should be chartered in and out - yes, it is most important to try to put out the fire in West Africa) suggests either abject incompetence or a deliberate plan to spread the disease enough to a] invoke martial law, and possibly b] let the disease "mow the lawn" of crowded/poor urban areas.

What to believe? Scientists who have studied the virus say it is only transmitted through open cuts, etc. So here is a health-care worker using protective gear and still gets it. They say she/he may not have removed the suit properly. Maybe. Or maybe a CIA agent bumped into them. Perfect scenario to create the public fear they need since none of their other tricks are working.
Removing the contanimated protective gear is very tricky, and even experienced workers can touch bare skin to dirty materials. Think about it. Try to remove contaminated gloves without bare skin touching the outside. Removing an entire suit is even harder.

None of the people that Thomas Duncan came into contact with upon his arrival into the US on 23/09 are showing any symptoms.
That's encouraging actually.
How is that possible or why did they manage to avoid it is more interesting than trying to figure out how the health care worker got it after caring for the patient when he had full blown ebola. They tried to prolong his life with treatments that are unavailable in Africa like dialysis or intubation. By doing so, they exposed the health care workers since they were operating in uncharted territory.
Drugs can work and will show effect or they won't. If drugs don't show effects then it's game over for the patient and the patient should have the right to die less violently and suffer less. In turn reduce the harm and exposure to everyone else. Cremation is the only safe disposal of the body afterwards.

I was told that an executive order will expand all mandatory vaccine requirements to include Ebola, TB, HIV and about two dozen, in total, vaccines. Vermont Senator Kevin Mullin, who unsuccessfully attempted to remove the state’s philosophical vaccine exemption in 2012, is proposing a bill (VT S 194) to require schools and child care facilities to publicly post their specific vaccination rates…Health care workers, teachers, daycare employees and students in NINE states are targets of new legislation that proposes to force children and adults to get federally-recommended vaccines or suffer economic and other sanctions – from denial of employment and education to denial of parental rights to be informed if a minor child has NOT received one or more vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases…Health care workers in Illinois (Il SB 1610) and Massachusetts (H 1975) may be required to get flu shots every year in order to keep their jobs. If either of the Vermont bills pass (VT H 114 or VT S 103), Vermont would become the first state in the country with pertussis containing vaccine mandates for teachers that could result in teachers being fired for declining vaccination (daycare workers in Vermont are also being required to get pertussis vaccines in these bills). Legislation has been introduced in Illinois (HB 4406) that would require day care centers in the state to mandate all day care workers get federally recommended vaccines”. This represents the tip of the iceberg of what I have found. Vaccine Cards Americans are going to be required to obtain a vaccine card which demonstrates that they have complied with the federal list of vaccines. DHS is lobbying to have the information to be included on one’s drivers license and it will be a pre-requisite to obtaining a drivers license. Admittance to movie theaters, sporting events, to make a purchase at a grocery store or a mall will soon require the showing of one’s card. I was lightheartedly told that a person will not even be able to get a pizza delivered to their home without giving their vaccination card number over the phone. Does the marginalization of the people who do not have a vaccination card remind you of any other group in world history? ---------- The vaccination card will only be the beginning of the incremental practice of mass vaccinations in which my sources believe will leave much of the population in a debilitated condition. At one time, these allegations would have been considered to be lunacy. However, when one considers how Ebola is being allowed to spread by keeping both the borders open and our airports open to travelers from West Africa, these allegations are very conservative. The mandatory vaccine cards will be a pre-requisite for all employment, much like an I-9 card was intended to be. As I have already reported, healthy people, in an impact zone (i.e. the term being used for a pandemic outbreak) will be assigned and relocated until such time as they have taken the soon-t0-be mandatory GSK Ebola vaccine. As both Greg Evensen and myself have revealed, there will be vaccine roadblocks designed to arrest and transport, for detainment, individuals who refuse to be vaccinated. I was told that the lion’s share of the work will be performed by the militarized local police. In the late stages of Ebola the entire body is filled with virus, leaking from every pore. Think of it like a dandelion. If you rub it when it is still yellow, you can transfer the color and become "infected". After the seeds reach maturity, a simple puff sends hundreds of particles flying. Ebola works then same way. As each day goes by you become more infectious and an Ebola corpse is even more deadly. As the tissues break down the virus is everywhere. The chances of being infected rise exponentially if you are near a person with late stage Ebola.
Trying to save people is what causes a virus to spread. Like the war on poverty, trying to stop it will just cause more to be infected. You don't throw more potential vectors at the disease, you isolate it and let it burn out. Any potential exposure must be isolated. Failure to isolate guarantees the further distribution of the virus. Duncan should never have been allowed within 500ft of any living person. In my eyes he was a terrorist who never should have been allowed entry in the US. Any Hispanic crossing the border illegally should be labeled as a terrorist as well. The destructive effect they are having on the nation is far greater than a nuclear bomb blowing up New York.
We currently have two potential pamdemics in America. Both carry disastrous consequences. The spread of Ebola will mimic the expansion of illegals. Everyone seems to think the illegals are contained in the southern border states. They fail to realize that the virus has infected every state. Entire portions of states like Indiana, Ohio, and Massachusetts have become Spanish only zones. Elementary schools have student populations where only 8% of the kids speak English. There is no desire to integrate, only to stake a claim and multiply. The government and the media will claim the spread is not an issue, but like seeing your town turn into Mexico City, people will just start dropping dead.
The way Ebola turns into a pandemic is that the hard choices are not made. The border will not be closed. Flights will only be stopped after it is already too late. Quarantines will not be implemented, or will only be half assed. Small pockets of infection will just start popping up until one person breaks containment and causes the exponential spread. Your only real hope is a natural immunity.

Here’s a quick-tip.

To make a long story short, the use of even the full protocol *reduces* the risk by say 99.99% but never, ever eliminates it. The talking heads who reassure us every day know this, I hope and pray, but it's their training to simply lie about that last 0.01% as too much for mere laymen to understand.
And how often do protocol *violations* occur? Probably a lot more often, maybe 1/100 instead of 1/10,000. Maybe not every violation even results in an infection so reduce that by a factor of two or something.
The net result is that even following all protocols as best is humanly possible, there will be a few more infections, but if the numbers and science hold out it will still be contained.
Is that SO hard to say that they couldn't just say it?

This virus is active about 2 days after you contracted before the fever and sickness is shown (6-10) days.
Patient zero flew in from Brussels ( major European Hub) around and after mid September. So if you flew from Brussels then be worried.
