Jason Best and Sherwood Neiss are two of the Crowdfunding movement's most influential thought leaders. We've had the pleasure of knowing them both for some time now, and recently we grabbed about 90 minutes of their time to record some really insightful podcasts.

Jason was kind enough to join us in Aspen this past August to speak to Members of our private global investment syndicate, Seraph. His lecture was one of the best of the week, and we all walked away excited and eager to find out more.

The passage of the JOBS Act has ushered in a new movement. It's a disruptive movement. Those that are holding to the "old guard" way of doing things are in for a very rude awakening.

There hasn't been a significant change to securities regulations for over 80 years. Over the next two posts we'll talk to Jason and Woodie in a series of three podcasts. We've gone ahead and transcribed those podcasts for you as well, so you can either listen to them at your leisure, or download them and read them later.

Listen to Podcast #1 here.

Alternatively, you can download the podcast here. For the audio transcription, click here to download.

As always, thank you for reading (and now listening!). If you have questions you can reach out to Jason and Woodie via their website at: http://crowdfundcapitaladvisors.com/

You can also meet Jason in person at the Crowdfinance 2014 conference happening on the 16th in New York at the Thomson Reuters Event Center. For more information check out the website here: http://www.crowdfinance2014.co/

Dr Suess would have liked ZH. The feebs drove him to drink... vodka fueled his sarcastic nonsense.
