There are a lot of cases arcoss the country that don't seem to be reported:
1 - What happened in Jacksonville?
2 - 3 in Dallas, not two, but no one is talking about the third, the boyfriend, or they figure this dosent count for some reason becuase it was inevidable?
3 - What happened to those 5 middleeastern guys in boston? Even if it's just MERS it's news?
4 - What happnend in Phoenix?
5 - What about the guy in Stony Brook?
6 - If the tests take 24 - 48 hours, and have to be done twice, how are the CDC guys "clearing" cases so quickly?
That's just of the top of my head.
Don't forget that:
7) As of this morning, CDC still doesn't have a "fast test" confirming Ebola infection with less than a 38% error rate;
8) Official mortality rate from current strain of Ebola virus was mysteriously hiked to 70% from a previous "official" 50% in just the last several days (this is profound for many reasons, not the least of which is that it casts doubt on all official statements and statistics).
They are trying to make us scared, and convince us they have it under control at the same time.
While normally I might take that as a sign that things are 'out of control', in this case, I take it as transparently showing their intent.
There's no such thing as a small crisis any more. Why? Because they LET small crises spiral out of control, before the public demands "something must be done".
One time, I saw a video of a guy dying from rabies. Haven't seen the Ebola equivalent, but hard to believe it wouldn't have been filmed yet.
Check this vid out of an article from Liberia. They have caught people dumping formaldehyde into the villager's wells and they say drinking the poisoned water causes ebola-like symptoms.
